      I ordered a F-18 and I received a defective item the motor has no blades the company either wants me to send the whole item back assembled cause I didn't know of the issue until the item was fully built, or I get nothing I asked to cancel my no fuss return and change my claim to a warranty claim. This is my second item I've purchased from this company that had issues with the item out of the box first one was a F-16 came damaged upon delivery and opening of the box and now this I've asked that they send a reshipment of the item and I shouldn't have to send a defective item back and I'm guessing since I didn't initially open the correct claim that the company is taking advantage of that cause I've asked to cancel the no fuss return and open a warranty claim. Another what I've spent with this company/ website is over 300 the company handled the F-16 issue and I was happy with the outcome but now the company wants my to do extra steps that a normal customer that received a non faulty item would have to do...

      ******* ******f shipping these batteries is more than the original purchase price. They have now refused to respond to me since September 2 and marked this dispute as resolved! I want them to provide me with a postage-paid return shipping label so that I can get my money back as well as refund me the original shipping charges which they also refuse to do.

      As I described earlier, before I contacted BBB the business never admitted it's a warranty issue, and said it's just product variation I have to deal with. After the BBB case opened each time they have replied the same lies that the "warranty" issue has been resolved and they have contacted me. They have NEVER contacted me nor provided ANY compensation. I don't get why they can keep reply with lies and I now have to somehow provide an official complaint rejection?

      I purchased a RC Airplane Kit from Hobby King that was delivered with faulty components. I filed a complaint with their customer service department and was told I had to return the plane that was now fully assembled to them in order to get any kind of refund. The cost to return a fully assembled airplane would be more than the original purchase price. I was told that it was my fault for not checking all of the components first, a step which was never required in their instruction manual. All I want is for them to cover the return shipping,
