I placed an order with hobbyking *** warehouse on 2/21/2022. I waited 12 days and my account still said processing. I checked all items and they showed in stock. I contacted live chat several times and I was told to wait and no estimated time can be provided. I found it very unprofessional and bad business to treat long time customer like this. ********************** did not bother to simply send an email on the status of my order or tell me the reason for the delay. I contacted live chat and requested order cancellation. hobbyking did not respond.I escaladed the issue through paypal and I still have no final respond or refund from hobbyking.It is very disappointing and bad business. I will dispute the charge on my card and I hope I can get my money back since hobbyking does not have any proof or service, shipment or delivery. I hope our reviews help others to think twice before doing business with hobbyking.Review from shawn a

Do not order anything from them they will lie straight to you and not give it a second thought they refuse to cancel an order even if it has not shipped out, they will come up with any excuse they can to keep your money and could careless how you feel! I cant believe how they will just lie to their customers! its like their a bunch of little kids, so in-mature and incompetent! Good news for me is i will never in my life have to deal with them again, I will never buy a single item from them again, thank god!~Review from MICHAEL K

Do NOT order anything from this company what so ever!. I had placed an order with them on 1/27, received an email stating order will be shipped in 3 days. After 3 days No order has been shipped. After a week, still No order has been shipped. After chatting with their online chat help, hearing excuse after excuse. Still NOT SHIPPED!. THRN I TELL THEN TO CANCEL THE ***** and refund my money.....guess what? ANOTHER EXCUSE! They tell me with their online support chat that their customer service isn't there. This is on a Friday at 10;15 am, that it won't be processed until the next day. SCAM ARTIST THEY ARE. I checked the location of their so called warehouse in the USA, and the address is a house......what the h*** DO NOT ***** ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! I can not stress this enough, just don't do it.
