I have bad experience with this roof cleaner. He forged my signature and gave it to my bank so he could get paid. He did a bad job. Lied to me and never gave me a invoice. I gave him my credit card information and that was a big mistake. Hes very prejudiced agains Asian women. *****, you can lie to people but you cant lie to yourself. I believe in honest customer service to work together. I trusted you but it became a nightmare.Ive had my roof cleaned many times in the past but I never was deceived like you deceived me.

Dear future clients of One Stop Home Services,

This information provided by this client is a lie.

We never forged any signature, we provided all invoices and estimates over email.

What happened was I provided 2 options to this client. A lower cost option that included treatment only, no moss removal. And more expensive option that included moss removal and moss treatment. The client opted for the less expensive treatment only. I asked if she is sure she wants  that option because this doesn't include moss removal. I asked her several times to make sure she was aware that moss will not be removed. We sent all invoices to her email explaining what we will be doing.

Once we completed the job, she said she wasn't happy that the moss was left on the roof and demanded us to come back and remove it for free. I showed her the invoices and our text history explaining what she agreed too. She did not care and disputed the payment for the job with her bank.

Then I provided to the bank our text history and the invoice and email history, as well as photos of the job. Then her bank determined that One Stop Home services was in the right and reversed the dispute in our favor.

She got upset and left this review.

Future clients, I can assure you, we do not commit acts of fraud, we are not prejudice, and we always provide documentation on the work we will be doing for all parties to have transparency
