      Hello,

We have called the customer and spoke in depth about the various concerns. We believe we have handled all concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to mend this relationship and respond accordingly.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 03/07/2024

I was under the impression that ******* was going to rectify my concerns, however they continue to fail to return my calls and hope I will just give up and accept an unsafe vehicle. The electrical problem with the tail lights has been ongoing since day one and they cannot replicate the issue. If there is an accident, I would be held responsible and do not want to risk the safety of my family or those around me. ******* has had the unit in their possession for four months of the first year that I have owned it, in that time I have been unable to enjoy or use it for the purpose that I purchased it for. I feel that this is the reason that they obtained the unit with low miles and just passed the problem on to me. This most recent trip to the service department, I asked for an appointment for when they could work on it and not just have it on the lot for when it was convenient for them. They had the unit for five weeks before they called me to say they could not make repairs and wanted me to drive it until the problem presented itself again. In that time they were also to repair/replace the ** but did nothing until I arrived to pick it up. At that time they had me sit around for another hour and determined that it was not functioning and would have to get authorization from the warranty company to replace it.  After a week and a half I have yet to hear from them and will require another trip and who knows how much time to make that repair. I look forward to your response and ****** like to have a conversation with you.

      Thank you,

      *******************

We have attempted to replicate the customer's complaint multiple times at multiple facilities, including ********* We were willing to help fix the problem, but until we can replicate the problem, there is nothing to fix. Thank you for letting us tell our side of the story!

      Complaint: 20739174

I am rejecting this response because: This is a safety issue that first occurred the first day that I drove the unit off the lot. This is an intermittent issue that has happened no less than 4 times and I am not comfortable driving a unit with malfunctioning taillights. This is a safety issue that puts me, my family and others around me at risk of injury or death. Clickit has had the unit for over 4 months out of the first year that I have owned it, the last time they had it for 5 weeks. At that time the solution was for me to drive it until it happens again and they were not even able to repair/replace the ** that should be covered under the warranty they sold me.

      Sincerely,

      *******************

We bought our 2018 camper from Clickit RV at their north division location in March 2022, last year. At the time we asked if the tires were new (because they looked new) and were told YES. We used the ** for the Summer of *************************************** October 2022 on our gravel, level driveway for the winter. A couple weeks ago we began looking to de winterize and noticed the tires are severely cracking on the side walls.I called Clickit RV North and told them what was happening and that I would like them replaced.1. The store manage looked up the purchase and said that the tires were in fact 2018 tires. I asked what he would do to mitigate the misrepresentation. He offer a discount for new tires, but I had to pay. 2. Next I spoke with the *** *****. He told me that he wasn't present for the conversation to know what I was told and that he couldn't just replace every ** tires when a complaint was made. I told him I was telling him what was represented and unless he wants to call me a liar, that should be good enough. He then reiterated that it had been a year + and he wasn't present so he wouldn't replace them. He offered to have me pay cost at $135 per tire. I asked if $500 was worth not fixing the misrepresentation. ***** reiterated they couldn't pay for all the ** tires of customers. I assume at this point this means they misrepresent to a whole lot of customers. I said I would circle back after talking with *****, one of the owners.3. I called to talk to ***** and had to leave a message with a receptionist, after 3 call attempts to different business he owns, and was told by the nice lady that she has seen ***** maybe 2 or 3 times in the years she has been there. So, as of 01 May I have no call back from ***** or other owners after my detailed message to be past along to them. I have a trip in two weeks and intend to have his resolved. We were misrepresented about the new tires and they should be replaced. Do what's right.

This gentleman bought a used trailer from ** in March 2022. Customer bought unit knowing that it was a used unit and tires were in excellent condition. If they hadn't been in excellent condition, it would have been brought up at time of sale & delivery. We have no way of knowing what the salesperson verbally stated but even a new manufacturer only warranties the tires for one year. The fact that we would be expected to replace tires after 14 months is ********. Even if we were to entertain this complaint, we have no way of being able to determine how the trailer was used while he has owned it.

Thank you for letting ** tell our side.

The unit purchased was a 2009 Diesel pusher in great condition and everything did work at the time of sale other than a window awning which we did reimburse the customer to have fixed. We also covered coach batteries. The amount we reimbursed was more than ***** dollars. This was all done under good will as the coach was sold as is. That being said, when buying a diesel class a motor home of this age it may be recommended to upgrade or replace some components. This is a very high end motor home and any service work can be expensive. We do have our service department go through everything we sell and a lot of money and time is spent in an attempt to avoid problems for our customers. We do this on units under warranty as well as those sold as is.
Thank you for letting us give our side of the story.

As I stated before,  **** is a sales manager for Clickit RV. I  have text messages from him stating that " EVERYTHING WAS CHECKED OUT ON THE ** BY THEIR MAINTENANCE TEAM AND THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING AND GUARANTEED TO BE WORKING ". That was a lie. I have spent almost 15k on fixing everything and I sent Clickit RV the receipts for those repairs. They reimbursed me for around $4k. I had to change the shocks, air bags, plus trouble shooting of the air conditioning system. They are crooks.

      Complaint: 19874773

I am rejecting this response because:

The factory defects on this ** have never been completely repaired. Attempts by Clickit to repair factory defects were completed poorly and cause more damage to my **.  The ** was unavailable to use between Sept 2021 and June 2022 because repairs were not complete.  Clickit does not have any communication, from me, stating Clickit has done everything to attempt to make this right.  You may be able to pick out a sentence or two and fabricate that idea but from multiple conversations and dozens of emails there is no way a person could come to that conclusion.  I do have concerns about defects from the manufacturer.  Winnebago, the manufacturer, has offered $7000.00 cash to accept the factory defects, which I have indicated I will accept if they exclude Clickit from the settlement. Clickit has refused to repair or provide compensation to accept the poor-quality repairs they attempted and the additional damage the attempted repairs caused.  Please come up with a plan to fix my ** soon or accept responsibility for your poor-quality work and pay me $6,354, and have Winnebago honor the $7000.00 offer, so I can have it repaired on my own.

      *********************

, electrical indicator lighting up during rain, frame cross member bent, nose cap separating from trailer, roof seal separating at nose cap, water enters trailer at slide during rain (rain gutter dumps water on top of slide), multiple fasteners loose/striped along faring/wheel *****. Many additional issues not listed.Clickit claims all the issues are minor and that they have fixed everything they are responsible for. That is not accurate. Many of the repairs they attempted need to be redone correctly. Clickit looked at the trailer again but did not allow me to hook up to water/power so they could see the issues. I want a trailer that has the defects repaired to as new and Clickit thinks that is an unreasonable expectation. Clickit did get Winnebago to offer $7000 cash to accept the trailer as is. I suggested that Clickit take the money and fix my ** if that was reasonable. They have refused.I have had a trailer for 19 months that was unusable much of the time.

un billed hours involved in trying to please Mr. ******* We feel strongly that Clickit RV has done nothing wrong and has made several attempts to address all concerns. Thank you for giving ** the opportunity to give our side of this story.

      Complaint: 19874773

I am rejecting this response because:  I am not requesting a refund.  A refund, to me, would indicate that I am looking to get a better deal/price than was originally agreed to.  I have no issue with the original deal.  What I am requesting is that Clickit and Winnebago hold up their end of the deal and repair the ** or offer cash compensation that will cover the estimated costs to repair known issues/defects that have not been repaired, or Clickit attempted to repair but were of poor-quality which resulted in additional damage.  Winnebago has offered $7000.00 to take care of the known factory defects.  Clickit needs to take ownership of the cost to repair the work they attempted.  Alternatively, I would prefer/accept Clickit and Winnebago fixing this **.

Addtional information about complaint. Clickit stated they are having a hard time canceling insurance policy and returning my money. I called insurance company called Compass at ************* with agreement # CRT82348109 and they have received no cancellation request from Clickit. Their response to  you about having difficulty canceling insurance has no validity.

Clickit was suppose to have sent refund to me on the 13th of this month with nothing in the mail. Mail can be slow but 10 days is not reasonable.

I dont believe Clickit has sent a check.

After purchasing a brand new ** and full sticker price, including the maximum warranty available... we went to pick up our ** and they casually told us "oh by the way, the dining room window needs replaced. It won't leak but it's very warped so please make an appointment to have it replaced." We took the ** out and scheduled the window which had to be ordered. During the course of the past year I have had to call every two months. I was told the following reasons for the delay; first it was a supply chain issue, then the company lost the order, then the company had shipped the wrong window and it had to be returned, then it was delayed 6-8 weeks. After my wife sent the window measurements and we waited another 8 weeks, we were told the window was here and ready to be installed. I took the **, let them have it 2 weeks including another repair to the bed frame, and picked it up yesterday. They did not replace the window, they essentially popped out the old window, re-sealed it and put it back in. In the process my window is now completely warped and has multiple drill holes and broken metal around the frame. The wall is now completely warped as well and the screen won't fit in. In addition to this, the bed frame they allegedly fixed was not fixed. They bent the spring enough to close the hideaway bed, but the moment we unlatched it, the spring went back to it's original form. The gap on one end of the bed frame is at least 1/2 inch difference than the other end. I can upload pictures if necessary, please advise. I am very worried at this point, that they have caused massive damage to our wall and I would be ok with a complete trailer exchange for the exact make and model, as the trailer we have now, assuming the exchange is for a trailer that doesn't have issues.
