      RANT!!My husband and I bought an 44 ft momentum rv from ClicketRV in MosesLake WA.We realize we bought as is item , but they said they went thru to make sure camper was sound .They did not because 1 when we got home we found broken solar panel and roof damage, we also found baking dishes in oven drawer. And some other things in *********** obviously they did not do a precheck of rv.the black water valve is frozen shut for the half bath in rv also screws that held outside stairs to handles were missing and we just opened the awning and it was ripped from the mount on camper. We called them and they informed us that we bought as is and warranty was void. WE DID BUY AN extended warranty but will be paying out 100 $ for each thing to be fixed.And waiting on them to be able to book a fixing time....SO IF YOUR THINKING OF BUYING A RV FROM ********** CLICKITRV BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE NOT HONEST .

      In June of 2024 my wife and I bought a travel trailer second hand from a private dealer. We had some work to do to it and decided to use clickit as a parts place for our needs. Everything was fine until it came time to return what we didnt need. I paid $1100 cash for a few parts, mainly a water heater unit that we actually didnt need so it was never opened or used. When I called to ask about the refund policy and if we qualify clickit assured us they would get us a timely refund. We were refunded $100 cash and At first we were told that clickit would process a debit refund, but it didnt go through because we used CASH (and refunds over $1000 cant be processed by debit) ! Eventually we got a hold of some one in the corporate office of ******* and they issued us a check that took SEVEN WEEKS to get to us. Every week we called and asked about the *** of our refund. We were told several times that the check was in the mail and it never came. By the time we finally got it ( 8/1/2024) we were told that the owners were not in town and couldnt be contacted to validate said refund. In my opinion clickit ********** is the most unreliable place to purchase and return parts! Im grateful to be in a position , that I didnt rely on the $1000 they were refunding. But what if the family next time isnt in such a position and they are relying on the refund of $1000 ? Do they starve? Will clickit buy their groceries or pay their bills? No, they wont! The customer service is was amazing, UNTIL we needed a refund! Save your time and use a different dealership for parts and services, unless you like waiting and being told something is in the mail when it isnt.

      IGNORING Customers after signing on BRAND NEW 43 RV. Not as hearing to their WARRANTEE. When questions came up about problems with the new RV they promised to come get it and fix issues repeated, after buying it, They wont DO anything without customer paying for it, They lie and dont even call back or acknowledge the customer in any way. Now its services fees and they want you to tow it i . which is opposite of the promises and Services Warrantee! IGNORING ANY 1??REVIEW. and COMPLAINTS is against what the BBB stands for!! Help us please get Clickit to repair the electrical, the towing debts and scrapes and replace the new water waste tank with a new water waste tank, They told us to buy a sealer liquid which doesnt fix it. It should be not leaking for the 5 wheel is BRAND NEW

      We are able, willing & happy to service the warranty issues the customer is experiencing, but the ** must be transported to our facility. We do not have mobile technicians, but as a one-time courtesy, we did send our technicians to their location. The customer reached out to the manufacturer who communicated to them that they are welcome to hire a mobile service and Forest River would reimburse for parts and labor, but the service call fee would not be reimbursed. There have been a few negative reviews posted but no further communication from the customer to us since then. The person leaving this review is not our customer but is related. If she or the customer would like to discuss this further, we encourage them to give us a call.

      If there was a zero I would give them a zero!Took my MH to reseal front ***** Tech couldnt find leak. Looking at wrong side. Told me I needed four new jacks. Didnt need 4. Left them the 800# for ************** and Parts; they couldnt figure out who Newmar was (maker of the ******* Quoted me $469.19 with parts and labor. Part alone was out $550+ add service charge shipping and labor almost $900. Oil on my carpet, counters and refrigerator handle (?). Tire black 3 wheels not all 4. Ran the house batteries down-didnt know where their charger was- told them to pull it in the shop for the weekend to recharge house batteries which they turned on as I had them on store. Said oh yeah I guess we could do that. And to top it off I ask sales to give me a trade in value on my home to buy a ************. Never called me - called **** he said oh yeah $25000. I said okay we will come and talk. He called me back later and said he could only do $6000. I have never met a more incompetent group of individuals in my life!! **** never do business with them again and will post on social media and all my friends to never do business with ****** Clickit RV EVER!!!

      We had a very positive experience with Click It in North *******. The owner *** even called me back personally to answer my questions. ***** in sales stayed on top of communicating with me in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and professional!. Hope to do business with them again in the future!

      DO NOT BUY FROM CLICK-IT *******! It started off with delay after delay by months. Then our unit finally came in and sat for WEEKS for them to install all the extras. Finally got a call to pick it up, NOTHING was installed. We sat for 2 full days waiting for them to install everything. Besides them not securing the washer/dryer, leaving a mirror behind it, installing the hitch upside down we finally left. Got half way home they called and forgot to put travel license in it so we went back. When we opened the camper, the ** they installed had ripped out of the wall and shattered all over the floor. 3 attempts at replacing the ** with the wrong one, we took the last one. They also gouged a huge dent in the front of the $2000 washer/dryer and tried to put white out on it. 1st trip out they didnt put the hitch pin in and the trailer came loose from the truck and smashed into my rear bumper. Thankfully, we were going slow or we COULD OF DIED! ************* more and more. They fixed all the stuff on the camper, not with factory parts but lesser quality parts including spray painted hooks. They said they would take care of everything when I called them on the road and they said they would take care of everything but when we got back they said it wasnt their fault and they wouldnt replace my bumper. A new bumper cost me about $2000.So in between them fixing and the stuff from the wreck they caused and we had complained about sewer smell which they never fixed until months later when they said Oh ya, there needs to be a valve in the laundry room to block the smell, no duh!Customer service after the sale in hands down the WORST in the industry and our trailer was at Click It longer during the summer months than we had to use it. It sat there for weeks on end saying they were short handed and had other trailers to get ready.To top it off I contacted them last year via phone 3 times and twice for minor warranty repairs and they wont respond.

      Click it RV (service repair) *****, **** and **** in ********************** ****** has **** poor quality/customer service. The staff has has no attention to detail and our just pushing out trailers with no intention of pleasing the customer that just spent thousands of dollars to keep them in a job. The staff has had my trailer for weeks and still cant get the simplest task of installing a combo washer and dryer. What really ****** me off that they try to turn it around on me as if I caused them to not install it right. Click It RV sells their customer on these $1500.00 PDI inspections however tried to turn over my trailer 2xs with all kind of manufacture repairs that should have been done at date of sale before pick up. I provided a list of items that needed fixed before pick up but the staff couldn't even read and follow the list to make sure all legitimate items were address and completed. I have attempted to pick up my trailer two times and its still not ready. The second time they tried turning over the trailer with a safety issue they created when they installed the washer/dryer. The ripped the vent tube causing it to vent into the trailer cupboard space. The installer thought I was to stupid to check his work. Surprise I have bought a thing or two in my life time. At this point I wouldn't even recommend FEMA to purchase relief trailers for a disaster from Click It RV. I feel they need to change their name to Dickit RV because all they been doing me is dicking me around.

      They sold a 76 year old Woman a used $40,000.00 dollar trailer. That a year and a half later still isn't fixed. It's had a water leak in the wall and every time you hook up water to it. It foods the inside of the trailer. They were supposed to fix a number of things and had to order parts. It took eight months to finally get the parts. The first time I took it camping. They said they drained the septic tank. I could not use the bathroom because it was so full of waist and it would not drain. When I took it to drain the tank. They left the valves open. So when I unscrewed the cap to hook up the drain hose. I got covered. From head to toe in human waist. I had to drive from ************ **. To ********** **. Covered. They are liers and crooks. I turned on the heater fan in it and three screws holding the air conditioner on the ceiling. Fell out onto the floor. I tried to put them back in. They are all stripped out. They did after a years time fix a couple problems but it is still not able to be used.
