    Please read the attached bid and agreement between GreenPro Landscaping and **************************** early June 2023 GreenPro and I entered into an agreement to fill in the bad spots in my lawn with topsoil and reseed those spots. The second week in June a crew of two added topsoil to the bad spots and left to get more topsoil. After the third phone reminder a crew lightly overseeded the bad spots. Unfortunately a different crew arrived the following day when we were not home and sprayed "Weed and feed" herbicide. That effectively killed the grass seed that had been spread the day before. We had to wait for the "Weed and Feed" to dissipate for three weeks before attempting to reseed again. Now it is early August. I have called GreenPro on three separate occasions to have there crews come to my house and finish the job of overseeding as we agreed on. They continue to be a no show. Please do what you can to resolve this problem. As you can see GreenPro charged a hefty price for their services. We are now past time to provide those services and finish the job.Sincerely,*************************

    Terrible company to hire. There are getting zero stars from our community. We are a senior 55+ community with 19 homes on private streets. He hired this company in the fall of 2020 to do our snow plowing and continued with them during the summer of 2021 for our mowing. During the summer their mowing crew damaged dozens of sprinkler heads by running them over and charging us over $1,500 in repairs. They also damaged an entire 6' section of vinyl fencing and yard art which they did pay for those damages. In October of 2021 we signed a snow plow contract with them to again handle our snow plowing. On Tuesday the 21st they quit, sending us the following email:"Good afternoon to all, Unfortunately we seem to not be the right company for you. We at GreenPro have decided that it would be best to terminate this contract with (community name) as of 12/21/2021 @1:45pm PST.The reason we are terminating this contract is because all of our sites that we service during the winter months are either a 1" or 2" trigger contracts therefore our employees are out working during those conditions and making sure those properties are being taken care of. The 3" trigger and residential snow removal is not the right fit for us as we only service commercial properties.Thank you for your time."My response to their email is below:"Good morning everyone,I am doing the courtesy of responding to everyone in this email chain to not hide our displeasure in your companys decision to quit.All the email communications listing the issues we have had with your company are all faults of your company not fulfilling the agreed upon and signed contract between (community name) and your company. Blaming it on 3 trigger point and only servicing commercial properties is no excuse, while our agreement was very specific and you were already familiar with our community from doing the plowing last year.Quitting in the middle of snow season, with a 55+ community that contains 19 homes, on private streets, that does not have the equipment or the manpower to cover the slack while trying to find a replacement company to fulfill the duties your company agreed to is both disgraceful and cowardly. Thank you."A company that does not stand behind a signed contract, leaving a 55+ community in the middle of snow season, 3 days before Christmas to find a replacement is not a company that should be hired for any job.
