"I was a former employee of IO and they are the worst company to work for, they do not take any accountability for the patients who mistreat the staff especially the PCR's, we were cursed at daily, complained on due to not being fast enough for the patients medication, supervisors were never available when help was needed, we would need to send out emails or on our teams chat and it would take some time for a response, I was told we were supposed to receive incentives for making the 100 club I never seen any of that, PCR's were never given any kind of praise, or recognition for the work that we did for this company, only clinician staff, the workload that they put on a PCR was alot, not only did we have to schedule, RS patients, we had to verify insurance, create patient charts, handle all medical records concerns and or questions, we were asked if we wanted to take short lunches, stay late due to high call volume, constantly told to hop on a call, taking a break seemed like it was burden to upper management, lots of changes with that company, high turnovers and the pay was terrible and to ask for a raise was a process, this company causes emotional distress, and mental abuse, IO needs to be held accountable for the distress that we are put under and not worry about the money!"
