      We had to cancel our plans and was promised a credit from ***** airlines. When we wanted to use our credit the price of the tickets were inflated in relation to all other airlines. This is a scam. It cost more money to fly ***** than any other airline in order to use our credit. Turns out using their credit would cost us more money to travel. A scam from ***** airlines credit. When I searched for trips without our credit with *****, it was almost half of the fee from the credit we were supposed to have. People are getting screwed.

      We booked a flight trough Orbitz along with a hotel. 1st the flight got moved a day ahead on very short notice. 2nd when we landed we took a cab to get to our booked hotel only to find out the hotel has been closed for months. We had to take the cab and drive hours in the middle of the night to find another hotel to stay in instead. Called numerous times to get this resolved but they keep saying how there is nothing they can do because the hotel does not want to give us the refund even though we booked trough Orbitz directly. Terrible customer service keeps you on hold forever for no reason just to pretend like they are doing something.

      2xs charge pending no itinerary # . On phone with ***** a supposed customer service rep I had to ask 23 times for a manager !!!!! This rep this company is complete idiots liars and false advertising on trips and bookings .

      Force us to get 4 rooms where we could have Booked 3 rooms. Spent thousands of dollars extra because of that. We will never use them ever again. Call me after august the 16th to discuss if you care about customer service. Thanks ******** five ** nine seven.

      I reserved a car rental through Orbitz for my spouse. I paid extra for crash and collision insurance sold through Orbitz ($10 a day). Orbitz charged my account before car was picked up. When car was picked up the car rental vendor sold LSI insurance to my spouse ($16 a day). As soon as my spouse obtained the rental I reviewed the receipt and saw the extra insurance purchased. I contacted Orbitz via Chat and explained extra insurance was purchased and I would like a refund for the crash and collision insurance. They reported they could not refund the money. My issue is that Orbitz cannot refund purchases, even though they charged account prior to obtaining said service. In addition, insurance is being OVER sold to consumers.
