  *********** is an absolute scam. Their customer service to render changes to the account or filters on leads is surprisingly dependable however the source of a lead and how they inform you of how the customer is brought on the call is COMPLETELY MISLEADING. A warm transfer lead they claim is roughly $50-80/call which Q****** will call the prospect, confirm "they're interested" and then connect with your dedicated line...95% calls were insured about 1 month to 1 week ago already, and they "changed their mind to quoting becuase they got it figured out, they dont want to go through the process again" so either they're a terrible chance to requote given their short proof of prior or Q****** asking in a way just to get them on the call without informing them what a quote process really is...Almost every prospect had about 2-6 claims and mention they got about **** calls after they submitted their information online. Q****** promised that our warm transfer would be THE ONLY channel for that prospect. You're already getting prospects who are annoyed... ******** Q ****** is not the only channel for the prospect...keep in mind any "matched credits/funds" they gave you is used up after your funds is used For ex. the funds automatically deduct from what you paid for FIRST and then the free credits they give you. So if you paid $1000 and they match you $1000 credits...they'll use your $1000 credits first before accessing the $1000 credits so that if you call later to request for a refund depending where you are in your spending credits will deny for refund because you've reached your free credits...I've used lead gens before but nothing as shoddy as this type of lead gens. We have 1 succesful close on an account which literally happened by accident on the wrong day that they called us. Talk about inconsistencies...out of 18 calls, They are very good at misleading you with the fact that theyre leads are "exclusive" and only for "************" ABSOLUTE SCAM.

  They will not return my calls or help me. I have been trying to cancel this account for months. I sent the last emial 1/10/23 and they paused the account for 7 days. opened it up at 5 leads a day and charged my credit card $350 which they proceeded to use. I cannot remove my credit card either. I have called, left messages, sent emails. Now I am resorting to bad reviews, which if I had read them, I would have never, ever signed up. I keep wondering how I happened to sign up with them since the only phone number is for every thing. I am going to call my credit card company so see if they will remove the charges. I run a small business and I have never experienced anything to awful as this company. The time and money wasted is absurd. I dont understand it. IF THERE WAS LESS THAN 1 star they would get that

  I am very concerned that I am being incessantly harassed by the agents that "Qoutewizard.com" has calling me. As a matter of fact, I have been getting calls from agents every 30 seconds to every 60 seconds non-stop. These agents are calling me from local and greater *********** phone numbers and phone numbers that are from Southern ********** as well. When I answer my phone I kindly request for the agent to take me off the call list, yet each person speaks aggressively and violently to me and then hangs up and does not take my request. I'm concerned for my safety at this point. So I called the phone number that *********** has on their website as a contact number and when I called it an agent named ***** answered and said that he would not give me any information as to how I may get my name and number on the do not call list. He was very disrespectful and told me to look on the website for the very number that I just called and told me to bleep bleep F bleep bleep. I was shocked that this agency allows such harassment and violent threats upon people that are kindly requesting help. So I called the ******* phone number on this website and a person named **** said she would take me off the list however I'm still getting harassing non-stop phone calls. I am filing this complaint and requesting that the BBB report this and launch an inquiry regarding this serious matter of *********** agents.

  Non stop calls even after asking them to stop. They spoof their phone numbers so you believe it is a local call when it is not. The quote was useless and didnt even provide a price.

  Impersonation of actual insurance companies. When the actual company called me, I said I just spoked to you.Their response is, " let me guess, quote wizard".Fraudulent agents.
