      I have been a Zillow premier agent for years. Their leads have gotten progressively worse and their costs have steadily increased. They always insist on a contract term that you cannot get out of. I recently set my account to DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. When I continued to get billed, I figured I had the contract expiration date wrong. So I let it slide for one month. Then, another charge. I called about ten times and left messages with no one returning my calls. Finally, my account rep responded and they, after some arguments, terminated my account with a prorated credit. They are awful and with big business you cant get anywhere. Dont sign up. ***** regret it immensely. They have awful customer service and only want your money.

      IF THERE WERE A ZERO STARS OPTION, I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THAT. Our home information is not correct. We had an in-ground pool when we bought the home 30 years ago, but filled it in many years ago. When we try to remove the pool, it looks like it has been removed, but then when you go right back to the site, the pool is still there. I have been trying to contact them for over a year regarding this issue. They responded back once, about (?) 8 months ago stating that there was a glitch and that they were escalating it and would get back to me. I have left multiple voicemails over the past 6-8 months, sent many emails explaining the urgency of this and nothing...crickets. We are trying to list our house for sale, but they refuse to acknowledge the error in their program. People are going to come to this property thinking that there is an in-ground pool when there isn't one. This is a major issue and problem. This is supposed to be a company that specializes in real estate needs and they *********** not respond. If I have to (and it looks like I am going to have to) take this up with the media/local consumer advocate groups, I absolutely will. How does a company go this long without any response whatsoever? I haven't even gotten a "F- you, go away" from them. Absurd.

      Zillow no longer list the ************* listings together giving the owners a disadvantage since their posting are hidden under the filter "more".

      I provided the documentation Zillow requested and the listing is still not active. ZILLOW claims this is a 72 hours process but it has been several weeks now. This is extremely frustrating and poor service. If as an owner I can't get anything done I can only imagine what Zillow puts Realtors through. If Zillow doesn't want to post owner's listings than why even offer that option? It's bad enough the site makes it as difficult as possible to find the for sale by owners listings, now you are basically choosing not to post owners listings in a timely manner in an effort to discourage the process, RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!

      Zillow is reporting incorrect information about a home that has been sold. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but unfortunately they did not respond. I tried calling and leaving a message and no one has called me back. Due to them keeping up the wrong information. I am getting a lot of unwanted calls.

      We own our home where we sold 1/2 acre of river front for $5,100.00. Shortly after we sold this portion of our lot property, Zillow stated that our entire 4.5 acre site, along with our home, was sold for that amount....$5,100.00. We have attempted to email and phone this company for nearly a year in order that they would correct this error. They do not answer emails, nor do they return phone calls....after numerous attempts. With Zillow showing such a low price on our property may/might/could/will, suggest to potential interested folks (should we decide to sell) that there is a problem with this home/property. Any professional company, worth their salt, would have employees who would engage in responding to homeowners inquiries. We do not put much, or any, faith in a company who would make such an error, and not correct the error. Zillow has very POOR communications. *****

      As a former business adviser, dont waste your money with Zillow unless you have money to waste. We recycle leads, we dont vet live buyers like we say. Most buyers calling in have agents and their current agent just isnt available. The only good program is flex but we scam agents by saying you must be a Premier Agent for 6 months. When in truth Zillow hands picks the brokerages they want to join. Zillow will not refund you ever even if we are in the error. Reps are taught to get agents to sign same day to ensure sale. We pressure agents into a contract and never talk to them away. Again save your investment dollars, try other platforms unless you are willing to spend over $5K a month for leads.

      We validate potential buyers during our connections process, which is detailed HERE and publicly available for anyone to see. We also have innumerous success stories shared by our Premier Agents who are thrilled with the products and services we provide to them and their business. It's important to also note that we do not "recycle leads". Additionally, if a buyer lets us know they already have an agent they're working with we will not connect them with a Premier Agent as we respect the agent/client relationship.

      Like any sales organization, our employees have quotas which must be met and our sales tactics are in line with the practices of many other large companies. We provide multiple avenues of support for our Partners to resolve any advertising or technical-related questions they may have. This review is disappointing to see from a supposed former employee, however we do not have any ******************** for this individual. The information claimed in this review is not correct.

      I have a home listed incorrectly on Zillow. I have called multiple times and my Realtor has attempted to contact them as well. Neither of us have been successful despite the message- We will get back with you shortly. We are going to miss out on multiple views due to Zillows error. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home which Zillow has listed as a 1/1. I understand mistakes happen but have the means to correct the mistake. This is completely unprofessional and going to cost me in the end.

      Zillow are false promises, miss representation of products, sells tactics are very confusing and misleading. I feel this is a scam they trying to lock you in offering a trial period which you can't cancel. also they locked you on a six month contract with no explanation and they want to charge two months to cancel your service with no service. It is a very crooked company.

      I have been trying with out success to get in contact with Zillow regarding my home being incorrectly listed as sold. I followed the process and submitted through the site 3 times and left a message on what I think is the main number. This incorrect information has resulted in a visit from several vendors including ADT (congratulating us) and junk mail to a different owner name. I did panic a bit when seeing my house as sold, and contacted the ************* to verify that the public record is in our name so not sure where Zillow retrieved this information. I have *********** trying to sell there homes and having my home listed as sold for about $200,000 less than what it could sell for is an issue for them and for the rest of the neighborhood. I would like this corrected immediately or at least a phone number to talk to an actual person.
