  Out of curiosity I went to Zillow to find out what my home is worth.They found out what my phone number is and put it on a registry of homes that people are wanting to ******** I'm dealing with real estate agents calling and texting wanted to know if I'm selling my house.The last agent I talk to said she would contact the referral service to remove my name.

  You cant make this up!After constantly notifying Zillow of their inaccuracy in posting the tax assessment of our home rather than their Zestimate, they not only refuse to correct it, but they also displayed photos of a home that isnt ours.They had previously posted an estimate of our home that was $100,000 more than what they show now. The reason they gave me is that they now dont have the necessary information to make an assessment? However, prior to two months ago, they had all the needed information for the past 14 yrs. when they always posted a Zestimate. Ive repeatedly requested that a supervisor contact me to no avail. Ive also requested in writing that the post be taken down entirely, but their generic response was that this cant be done??Since false information is publicly being posted, Im reaching out to anyone else experiencing a similar situation to contact me in order to file a class action lawsuit against Zillow.

  Zillow Zestimate is utterly ridiculous. The Zillow website lists my home in ********, **, which has 2029 sqft and is valued at $361,400. Meanwhile, the house next door, built the same way with extra bedroom has 2114 sqft and is valued at $450,200. How can a house be worth over $88,000 MORE for just an extra 85 sqft??? It simply doesn't make sense. When I bought my house last year, it was appraised at $391,000, and I believe its value should be closer to that appraisal. After I contracted Zillow. I received an unhelpful email response from them that included nonsensical suggestions aimed at enhancing the algorithm's performance regarding my Zestimate. As Zillow is unable to manually modify or delete specific Zestimates, they are there to supply the essential information needed to enhance the accuracy of the Zestimate displayed for my residence. The Zestimate is simply a compilation of unimportant data that they assert cannot be modified or corrected? It may be necessary to file a report against Zillow/Zestimate with the ************************ or other relevant authorities if they can't report real value of houses.

  Zillow Landlords should be paying for the application/screening fee because they are not looking at applications, posting all pertinent information regarding the property and terms, or answering basic questions. All they respond with is apply on Zillow, pay. My claim is Zillow requires them to do this. Zillow is pushing the predatory process. This process is one that is monetizing a process that is flawed and predatory. All Experian cares about is increased profits for investors and they've simply hid a predatory process behind your name. Same investors, same consultants, a new avenue to prey on consumers.There should be not application/screening fee until a landlord has fairly reviewed all applications and had conversations with the applicants. They should only be screening and asking applicants to pay after they have ensured fit. Screening should only be done if the landlord is pursuing the applicant not if the applicant asks how long the lease term is!This process is just like the job market, highly competitive, shady, predators in play. Only difference is employers don't make applicants pay to apply and neither should Zillow.

  I listed my house for sale by owner on Zillow. The house appraises at $870,000 Zillow Zestimate for the house is $535,000. I repeatedly asked Zillow to explain why they gave is such a low appraisal, but they could not give me an answer. Nor would they remove the listing despite me requesting that multiple times.

  Do not trust zillow to do a backround checks on tenants, As a landlord i trusted zillow to find good quality people and trust in the company to be truthful. They have on there app that they do credit, eviction and criminal backround checks. I had to evict and take these tenants to court and after 5 months, finally got them out.. And after court found out they had two other prior evictions.

  A terrible company, they are thieves, and someone needs to take them to court for lying and stealing all of the people's money. Do not give them money because you? will not see it again. Come on, F. D.I stopped them for stealing the people's hard-earned money.

  I have been trying to resolve an issue with my home listing on Zillow for weeks, but their customer support is completely unresponsive. My home recently reverted to outdated information, even though it had displayed the correct details for years and remains accurate on other platforms like Redfin and Realtor.com.I have emailed three times, called multiple times, and sent direct messages on Instagram, but I have never received a single response. Zillow makes it difficult for homeowners to correct inaccuracies, and their lack of customer support is unacceptable.If ********************** is going to display real estate information that impacts property values and visibility, they need to have a functioning support system. Based on my experience, they do not. I would not recommend relying on Zillow for accurate or up-to-date property listings.

  You removed the ability to limit what emails I receive so I cancelled all emails from you. I looked for homes for sale and got tons of emails about rentals. There use to be a setting I could flip, as there's several how to's on doing this and I did it once, but it's gone now. I am only interested in getting what I am interested in. Why would someone wanting to buy be interested in rentals? Dumbest thing ever. Constantly getting something I didn't ask for and never wanted.
