      I would like for White Pages to remove me from their database. It has me living in ******, ** and it's wrong anyway but I still don't want my information on the web. I have uploaded an attachment of the information I want removed from their database.

      ****** notified me via email that my personal information was found on ****** search. Come to find out, the website it is currently on, is Whitepages. I immediately submitted a request for ****** to have it removed but this is not the first time it's happened. A couple of months ago, ****** sent me the same email stating the same thing, my personal information was found on Whitepages. So not only does the website take your personal information off for awhile, only to put it right back up there but my issue with them is bigger than that. On August 24th, I was the victim of a online fraud scam where my entire bank account was drained. Not only that, but the person who committed this crime against me, also used Whitepages and paid for it with MY debit card information. While my bank investigated the situation, I reached out to Whitepages customer service to notify them of what was going on. I was told the account that was created on their website was linked to my ****** account (most likely due to my debit card being linked to my only ****** account.) My life was turned upside. Whitepages customer service *** named ********* rectified the situation and sent an email stating, "We will also be disabling any accounts and products associated with your card information. This is to help ensure that your billing information is not saved anywhere for later use. The details of this investigation will be forwarded to our fraud team." So your company is fully aware of the traumatizing situation I went through and yet you continue to put my personal information on your website, something I NEVER gave you permission to do, and put me at risk of, god forbid, going through the same situation again because you don't respect peoples privacy or protect peoples identity. REMOVE my information from your website. Don't remove it then put it back up there again. Remove it PERMANENTLY. Don't be surprised when your company gets sued for violating privacy protection and invasion of privacy.

      I wanted the name and address of a phone number that called me. I went to ************************** for a reverse phone lookup. I paid, by ******, the charge for this one time lookup. The system timed out, but they sent me an email with a link to my report, but that also kept timing out. I requested a new link a few times, all links either wanted me to sign up for a monthly service or they timed out and shut down.

      When I click on the links in each of the emails, it takes me to the original page and gives me the options to either pay the $11.99+ for a one time inquiry or it buffers and then times out.  I just would like my money back for the nothingness that I got from this company.  I no longer care to know who was on the other end of the line or where they live.

      I haven't been able to log into my account which I am paying 5.99 a month for. The reset password option doesn't load and sign in with email option lags. I can't get ahold of the company to cancel my payments because it isn't user friendly at all.

      Whitepages sells personal information. It is unclear where they get your info, but you are supposed to be able to request that your information be removed from their website. However, the process does not work. They call back and then request you enter a code that is not provided. The recording says there is an error and hangs up.

      Whitepages failing to remove personal information from their website without providing a phone number. Firstly, they are harvesting information of people from 3rd party vendors. secondly they are failing to remove data of users without supplying additional private information. This is a big violation of CA privacy laws. I will be following up with a court case for this issue.

      Remove my profile from White Pages. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, Whitepages has not removed my profile with private information the public can view (age and address). In accordance with the privacy policy of both ************************** and *******, users have the right to request removal of their information at *********************************************************** or **************************************************************** After pursuing both options on 23 September and after multiple acknowledged requests to the WhitePages support email, WhitePages has still failed to remove my record at ***********************************
