      I found my information on whitepages site. Per their privacy policy, I have requested the removal of my profile and all associated information from their database.The optout phone call did not work, I received an "application error" multiple times

      I went to White Pages to obtain my old addresses that I resided at 20 years ago. The White Pages site stated that ************************************ I was led to believe by purchasing a background report for $19.99 and $5.99 for 1 month that I would have access to the 20 addresses. But instead received incomplete not validated Court Cases.

      9/4/2025 I found my full name, address, phone number, email address and other information on the website ****************************** I put in a request for removal of information, which is my right, especially as a ********** resident. During the information opt out process, you are prompted to put in your phone number to apply a confirmation code for removal of the information from their website; however when you receive the phone call, the automated service errors out and does not work, making it effectively impossible to remove highly sensitive information from their public website.

      Today, September 1st, 2025, I went online to ************************** to look for a phone number for a person. They say I picked the one for $29.99. This totalled $31.91. The thing is that I never got a phone number I was looking for so they did not carry out their service. They cancelled the service after asking them to cancel and ignoring my request for a refund. As you can see it was the very day I asked for a refund. How do you conduct business like this? Plus, I am a senior citizen living on Social Security only

      I was scammed because of information about me, that I did not concent to for them to post. They posted my cell phone number, complete birthday, address my maiden and married name. I got scammed because of the information I didn't have them permission to post on internet. I cost 800$ had they mot done that i would have not scammed. They are nothing but a scammer/ stalker tool.

      They have my personal information posted on several of their websites and I want it removed immediately .I do not want ANY of my personal info especially my home address , etc listed for everybody to fund. UNACCEPTABLE. This gives all stalkers free reign to find people and totally unacceptable.want my info removed from all sites they manage including Whitepages, *************** 411, PeopleSearch, and Switchboard.       I paid $11.99 plus tax ($13.26) for a reverse phone lookup and it didnt give me any information. Not only did it not give me any information, it said I needed to pay over $22 to get the information I just paid nearly $14 for! This is a scam!
