- Additional Info:On March 30, 2005, the BBB met with the owner of New York Sound Video & Photography, Frank D'Orr, to inquire about the nature and type of business he is conducting and to verify proper licensing to conduct business both in the State of Washington and the City of Spokane. Mr. D'Orr claims to be a freelance photographer representing local advertising agencies in search of models. When pressed to identify these agencies, he claims confidentiality and the need to keep his trade contacts secret. In addition, Mr. D'Orr states that he offers training to prospective clients for a fee of $499.00 which includes a portfolio of fifteen photographs. When asked if he is properly licensed to undertake such training, Mr. D'Orr changed his mind stating he didn't offer training or collect any fees from prospective clients. The company also affirms that it is not licensed to do business in Washington, Idaho or Montana.
