    I ordered a WINTER coat on November 29, 2024, all that has happened is a LABEL was created. I called them today December19 2024 to see what happened to my coat. I was told it was supposed to have reached me on December 11,2024. Now it's going to take 2 days to find out what happened to my order. I don't think they tried to fulfill my order. I might get a refund in 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY from ZULILY they are selling things they can't find. I think it's the old bait and switch routine. If I hadn't called them, they would have never contacted me about my order. While it's fine I might get a refund. I'm still out a winter coat and I have to wait for the refund to purchase another coat for winter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from Zulily. Zulily could fix this by following through with their orders. Again, DO NOT BUY from Zulily.

    Never thought a company could be so dirty. I’ve been trying to get this straightened out since Zuiliy closed. I have done everything I was told to do. Left with a credit card bill of over one thousand dollars. I sent 3 boxes back that would have amounted to around $500 dollars. It wasn’t taking off of my bill. No on sent me a letter or email about filing a claim. Now they are saying things were closed June 2023. How was I to know how to file a claim when I tried everything to get in touch with someone. My interest rate has been raised to 32.24% this is uncalled for how I can I get this paid off I’ve already sent way over the money to pay off the bill and it’s still $491.44 this is ridiculous BBB needs to get involved. This company is dirty and I will never buy anything from them again. I pissed customer !!!!!

    You know I read all of this , I must have been blessed , sure stuff to long to get but thats whats happend when you buy from overseas . If it did not fit or damaged , they were on point in giving me credit back on my card . customer service was great , kind and friendly . Hate to see them go . Hope all that have been effectied with loss of work due to this . I wish you all the best of luck . Thank you ZULILY FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD TOGETHER . WISH ALL WELL

    WHERE IS MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK!!! I placed an order on 11/26/23. Unable to track. Never received my order. UNABLE to talk to a person. Did get an email response stating wait for an email reporting it was shipped. NOW SITE IS SHUT DOWN CLAIMING FOR MAINTENANCE!!!!!!PISSED. I HATE THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE 1 STAR

    Ive been a vendor for Zulily for years! I never had issues with being paid on time, but suddenly since May, they stopped paying me. I have so many outstanding invoices that need to be paid. Ive messaged their accounts payable team numerous times, with no response. I even reached out to the buyers and no response. I find it ironic that theyre still trying to get me to sell my products. Not going to happen. Even if they paid me what is due today, I cant trust them anymore to pay me in the future. Zulily!! You collected the money from the customers who purchased my products, so how about giving me the money Im owed?! Its pathetic that they are taking money away from small businesses.

    Not paying vendors since May. I am going through the same thing the previous review is going through. We have been doing business with Zulily as one of their vendors for many years now. They completely stopped paying, and the even sadder part is that none of their accounting replies back. This is very disconcerting and alarming. We will be taking legal action if this is not resolved.

    We have been doing business with Zulily as one of their vendors for more than a decade now. Right after the company got sold this year, they suddenly got delayed in their payments. The even sadder part is that none of their accounting replies back. This is very disconcerting and alarming. You would need think they would treat both their customers and suppliers equally with respect, but I guessed wrong!

    I received an unauthorized charge on my debit account for $19.89 and I have never ever purchased from this site. This is fraud which I know will be reporting both to the bank and the **** I have also emailed this company. If it is not resolved I will make sure this company is held accountable to the highest extent of the law. You think you can commit fraud and get away with it? Guess again. See you soon.

    They have some sort of problem with fraud...they allowed somebody to use data off my credit card to make a purchase but I don't know how that could happen unless Zulily staff are not asking sufficient VERIFICATION questions in the transaction. My card was never lost or stolen but rather the card number was somehow accessed and used at this company Zulily. Obviously, they have inadequate internal controls and if the fraud happened to me it means that other people are buying stuff from the site using stolen, albeit incomplete, credit card information and then innocent members of the public, like me, are charged. Citi cancelled my card and refunded the Zulily charges. However, there is something SERIOUSLY wrong if Zulily is charging credit cards that are stolen and part of the problem evidently is there is a lack of controls, checks and verification on the part of Zulily undoubtedly because that requires EFFORT AND EXPENSE and so if the do the right thing it will cost Zulily money. They've figured out that it is more profitable to them personally to SHIFT THE COSTS of the fraud to the public by inconveniencing people like me. Unbelievable.
