I was regular customer of Zulily and really enjoyed the site, however everything about the way they handled going bankrupt or out of business was terrible. I had a credit card with them and it was impossible to make payments on the card for months and got to the point where the website no longer worked. During the two years that Zulily has spent attempting to save their business, they’ve been charging me interest on an account there was no way to pay on! It’s had a negative impact on my credit score and now the amount they claim I owe is ridiculously high.Initial Complaint

I purchased six clothing items from *** ***** **** on your website Oct 10th. 2023. Recently, a friend pointed out that *** ***** **** jacket I’ve been wearing, which was bought from Zulily, may be a counterfeit. After comparing these six items with a genuine light grey jacket I purchased from ******, I’ve found several discrepancies that suggest all of the items are fake, particularly regarding the zipper and chest logo. Please see the attached pictures for reference.
The Zipper: The zippers on authentic ***** **** jackets are branded with ***** embroidered on the metal. However, the zippers on these items either lack this detail or display incorrect lettering, which is typical of counterfeit products.
Chest Logo: I also noticed inconsistencies with the chest logo. On genuine jackets, the text aligns perfectly with the stripes of the logo, and the stitching is flawless. In contrast, the logo on the jackets from your site shows misalignment and uneven stitching, which is characteristic of counterfeit goods.
Given these discrepancies, I emailed and request a refund for these items from Zulily. But the company replied "When Beyond acquired Zulily, we only acquired the intellectual data, meaning previous order history and invoice data remained the property of the previous owners. As a result, we are unable to locate past orders, or process returns/refunds for transactions that occurred prior to the acquisition. We realize this is not the resolution you were hoping for, and it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide."
The order was over 100 days and credit card company couldn't dispute it.
Please let me know how to proceed with the refund process.

On 11/25/23 I received an email from Zulily for a purchase I returned (order # *********** ( item # *********) the email confirmed my return order had been received and processed. The email also stated I was given a store credit in the amount of $68.45. Before I could place a new order Zulily had shut their doors for business on 12/22/23. At that time I went on the Zulily website an found a message from ******************************* stating if you have a credit you need to file a claim which I did. The claim deadline was 6/14/24. I completed the claim form and mailed it back on 6/4/24 and have not heard anything since. I am unable to reach them by phone or email as there is an automated message requesting customers file a claim if money is owed.Initial Complaint

I ordered from Zulily and had to return items due to not the right size. I had a $160.83 credit on their books that they owed me when they closed their business. I did fill out a form and returned to the company that is handling their bankruptcy but I have never heard back from them. Had credit on file with Zulily when out of the blue they went out of business. I was asked to file a claim and mail all information which I did and no response. The phone number that they have you contact is a recorded line with generic information, you can't speak to a live person. I did call **** ***** ********* which is the company supposedly working the Zulily claims but they will not answer phone calls. I leave messages and I did have someone return a call but they left a voicemail which was very hard to understand and all I could get out of it was to call the same number that is a recorded message with no chance of speaking to any live person. There has to be something that can be done. I know I'm not the only person who has been ripped off by this company.Initial Complaint

Zulily close my account I don’t know why but they are charging me a lot of interest on my closed credit card account which is a difficult situation as to reducing and paying off my debt. The interest is very high compared to my other cards and they gave no written notice or instructions on how to proceed in this situation and who could I speak with I truly don’t believe I owe ss much as they say I owe
