    I placed an order with Snazzyin 6/6/25. The website explains the shipping process and that it ships with ****. I received a bogus tracking number for a tracking company called 17track (JDW100572661940) that state Not found. I tried emailing Snazzyin but I continue to receive no response. The money for the order has been taken out of my account already. I ask for help please. I do not know what else to do.

    Hope all is well with you.

     I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent order, which finally arrived today 6/5/2025. 
    While I'm grateful to have received the item, the overall experience was marred by a lack of communication  twice and  small updates from the seller. 
     This second time around I had no notification or tracking information on when the item would come. Thank God, Thank you for your efforts in reaching out to the company and myself about the update on results , resolution to resolve this issue. 
    I appreciate your diligence and commitment to Snazzyin customer service. I can truly say I will never purchase nothing from Snazzyin company again. 

    First off  I didn't know it was coming from ***** or ***** or somewhere???   The way it was advertised I was thinking that it came from the ************* from a small African American black company. "Buyers be aware".  
    Not prejudiced but the way the world is going I would not have purchased this item
     understand there is issues going on between ************* and ***** or China shipping products. Snazzyin  had no communication, checking on were the item was when I even asked ,lacking and how to resolve by reshipping express to make sure I received the item, not offered at all. Just replied by different scenario scenarios of repeats.  I still is trying to figure out what "partially shipped item???? Means.

    Company is failed to acknowledge multiple emails to their company for return instructions. I attempted to reach th via social media which they replied with instructions that I had already completed.Details of initial email below Subject: Order ****** Good day,I would like to return the black and white dress.The top portion does not fit well.Please provide return *************** this point, no desired exchange.     I purchased a Grey jumpsuit from Snazzyin. When the pkg arrived, it was a totally different item from what was ordered. There was no lining, no cinching no cuffed sleeve. It was basically tshirt material and it was very obvious it was not what was advertised. I immediately informed Snazzyin that I wanted a full refund. They informed me that (although they did not keep their end of the deal in that they sent the wrong item), I was going to have to pay the full cost of the return. The return was to be sent to an address in *****. I took the item to the *** store and was told it would cost $100 or more to mail it to them. I asked Snazzyn for a return label and they would not give it to me. They offered for me to keep the item and they would give me $18. I don't want the item. It is very cheaply made. If they aren't sending what is advertised, they should issue a full refund and should take accountability for the error and send a return label. I asked to speak with someone at the company, but no one has reached out to contact me. I would like to return the item and get the remainder of the amount I paid. Original cost was $42-$18. So I am asking for $24. I will not order from this company again. They shouldn't be able to do business within the ** if this is how paying customers are treated.

    My order took 32 business days to reach me, while their website states 9-15 business days for delivery. When I reached out to the seller asking for a refund, they instead sent me a tracking number. Once my items did arrive, I found them to be cheaply made and defective. The seller has their headquarters listed in ****************, but they want you to send the items back to ***** at your own expense. Their only other resolution was to refund me $10 for each item in lieu of sending them back. I paid $60 per item so that's not acceptable. This business is a scam.

    I have never received my package and they keep telling me to check tracking and post office said tracking number went to another address but all my information on order # shows my address. I feel like they are scamming me I just want my money back. This order was made on 2/27 shows confirmed (******) order #. They took my money.

    I ordered a pair of jeans that did not fit. I followed the instructions on the website and emailed the company to request approval for a return. No response so I emailed again. This was the response I received We can resend you a bigger one and you don't need to return it back due to shipping fee is very expensive.And you just need to pay *****USD fee for a bigger one.Could you accept it?

    I ordered the item on 1/31/25 and received it on 2/22/25. When I place the order, I enter in that I wanted an extra large (size 12) and some how it got switched to a size small. I have not worn that size since *********** so I would have never put that size down. I have emailed Snazzyin about 5 times between 2/22/25 and 2/25/25 to exchange the ordered attached (order #******) and they have not responded which I feel if very frustrating and unprofessional. I what to exchange the item before their exchange policy runs out and they cannot seem to respond to my emails to let me know where to send it or if they will send me a packing slip to return it. Also, if they do not want to exchange it, I would like my money back

    I have purchased 3 items from this online store 12 days ago. I have repeatedly contacted them through email and ******** messenger with no response. The order number was provided to me, but I have not received a tracking number g number nor update as to where my order is. I would like a complete and full refund from this company, I would also like to post a red flag for scam.

    I followed all the instructions for a successsuccessful return and paid to have my items returned to *****'s headquarters per the return policy. I emailed the tracking number to Snazzyin and also tracked my return. **** shows that my package was delivered to ***** customs on Jan 18, 2025. I have emailed Snazzyin several times, and no one has responded or provided me with a refund If you need to return anything, you must send your return to ***** after receiving approval. (yes, International) And the item was shipped from ********.
