I purchased two items from Snazzyin in the amount of $103.50 on 12/5/2024, in which I never received my order. I have contacted the company several times via email at ********************************** in which someone stated the order was en route to me in which it was never sent. The tracking number is not in alignment with ***** and I have asked for a refund from the company with no response. I have been fraud out of my money, and completely believe the company is a scam. On 1/15/25 I ordered 2 pair of leggings from Snazzylin. On 02/03/25, I received a package from Snazzylin. The package was not what I ordered, it was a sequin bedazzled colorful jacket. I reached out to Snazzylin and was to keep the jacket/give to a friend and they would refund $10 of $51.41 or pay thr return shipping to a China address for a refund. On December 6th I purchased two items from this company. I waited. I never received any tracking information. Contacted the company January 2nd via email to let them know I had not received my package. Explain to them. I was being patient due to the holidays but that's over. I was then informed that my package was being held in customs due to error. They asked me did I want to get a refund or receive my items. I said okay. I would like my items asap. They promise that it would be shipped again and I will receive a tracking # that they will contact the factory to have it expedited. I kept an eye out for the tracking. There was never any contacted them again. And once again, up until today's date I have not received a refund nor my purchase from this company. I simply would like to be refunded. I ordered a gray jumper that was advertised as cozy sweater material. However what I received was thin and see through and had a ribbed texture. I messaged them asking if they could help me and they responded immediately but after I explained my issue, they stopped responding to me after I messaged them several times and made their public ******** page a private group. Purchased a pair of pants from Snazzyin Boutique. Took not only a long time to come, but the pants are not as advertised, looks like they're for a 2 year old. I emailed Snazzyin. They told me to mail the items back to *****. Online they advertise from the *************. I received the package from a Cube Smart Rental in *********, ********. Greetings, I placed and paid for an order for 2 skirt and top sweater sets: black and mustard yellow...weeks ago and have to receive the. I paid over $97 USD. This is an absolute shame the are ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE and scam the public. Please provide resolve by making me and others whole. Sincerely disappointed in it all. I placed a order# ****** with company Snazzyin on October ******* for a total of $39.49. I received confirmation of my order however after almost 3 weeks I still have not received my order. I reached out to the company and was provided a bogus tracking information that was not valid with **** tracking that was provided. I reached out and then was provided a different tracking that stated that the package would arrive on 11/18/2024. I still have not received my order and at this point I just want a refund, it has almost been 3 weeks and the event I would like to wear them for is about to pass. I placed an order with this " business" and they took my money. However, I never received the item and have not any update. My card was ran a month ago and now it like the company doesn't exist
