    Was going great selling, and all of a sudden I was not able to purchase a shipping label, so i emailed them, and next day I get an email saying my booth was closed, cant log in or anything. No reason as to why, even after i sent another email asking why, all I received was the same message about my booth being closed.

    ZERO STARS! CHARGES ME TWICE CONSTANTLY, TONS OF HIDDEN FEES, AND THEY HAVE FINALLY ROYALLY SCREWED OVER THEIR SELLERS WITH THIS LAST FEE THEY ADDED. IF YOU ARE STILL IN BONANZA.COM, YOU ARE BEING PLAYED, GET OUT NOW! CLOSE YOUR SELLING BOOTH AND SELLER ACCOUNT! THE ONLY ONES MAKING MONEY HERE ARE BONANZA.COM SELLING THEIR "SELLER PLANS" TO DESPERATE SELLERS, TOTAL SCAM. FAKE TRAFFIC! THIS WEBSITE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNERS PUNISHED.

    Horrible customer service. Over charges. You can't close your account without jumping through hoops and they charge you anyways. DO NOT USE. They are scammers.

    Started importing my **** listings to Bonanza years ago. Very few sales, but no listing fees UNTIL they implemented them last month with no direct notification to sellers. Just learned of fees when they showed up on my credit card statement. I immediately closed my account at ******************** and will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

    Since Quincy ******* took over, Bonanza has been ran with incompetence. The site is now charging a per listing fee after the first 50 listings. I was double charged and have outright been told that I will be receiving no refund. Bonanza outright took my money from me. I am very upset about this and will be filing with the BBB on this issue with Bonanza.

    Bonanza double charged my bank account $20 without notifyling me about their new policy regarding ridiculous fees. You can see by other complaints stating the same. I filled out numerous tickets from Bonanza's site and never got response back. Bonanza started of great but since they became more popular they also became very greedy. I was lucky to sell 5 fridge magnets within a year. I will just stick to ****. At least they have customer support that calls you back with any problems and resolve them. Where is Bonanza's phone number?

    They updated their fee structure with a very vague blog post. I contacted a bonanza agent and they told me that I would only be charged a fee for new listing that are posted. I did not post any new listings and was charged $20 in fees. Turns out the agent I spoke with did not know what they were talking about and they are now charging you a fee for every listing that you have on your account. After contacting them again they refused to fix their mistake or offer any kind of refund. They do not care about people on the platform.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR SELLERS AND TRY TO SCAM MONEY FROM YOU WITH MONTHLY LISTING FEES. It is NOT FREE and they will charge you a lot when you can sell for free on other sites. Even if you were there for a decade and a member in good standing, they will not assist you or listen to any explanations that you have. They only care about themselves. Also, heard that some of their sellers take your money and don't deliver the item that you purchased. **** has better reliable sellers and buyers. BEWARE OF BONANZA!

    I just deleted my account that I had for 20 years because I got a $20.00 charge just now. Are they being sneaky? They suddenly started charging fees for every item I have listed, never had that before. Do NOT use Bonanza. stick with ****. They also charge you now for delivery labels. Good Bye Bonanza, you messed up a nice site.

    I have had my items on Bonanza for over 2 years, i have over 1000 items, and have made two sales through Bonanza.Bonanza uses ****** for payment process, does not get involved in customer refunds, and uses google merchant center to try to push sales. ... which anyone could do for absolutely free....On ****, I sell hundreds of items per month, and pay a 28 dollar monthly fee which is worth it. Paying even a buck a month would be too much for *********************** the fact that Bonanza would send a couple of sketchy emails and institute vast changes to how the charge sellers, and begin charging people unaware is absolutely classiness. Saying we put a note on the site is absolutely not an excuse either, when Bonanza does not get you any sales why would you even go there on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis.I never agreed to be charged for any of this, and was unaware of the changes, the fact that I am leaving this review an hour after receiving an email saying they are now billing me more money on a monthly basis, then the profit I made after over 2 years is laughable.Bonanza should take a step back, pause this ****, and before making such vast changes to how they charge sellers, create a system where sellers can agree to opt into the new charges before billing them, else just limit their accounts to 50 listings and not automatically bill them.If Bonanza wants to start charging sellers a ***** setup fee, charging for listings, etc, Bonanza has to be able to bring value to the table, which is does not.I will be closing my account and doing a charge back on my credit card if its charged.
