Lots of straw purchases here at Pierre money Mart. Highly against WA state law. What is a Straw Purchase for Cars - Is It Legal?By *********************** | October 24, 2023 If you find yourself looking for a new or used car, you know you will need a car loan to get one, but you also have bad credit, what do you do? One thing you should not do is consider a straw purchase. A straw purchase is made when someone works through a car buyer with better credit to secure an auto loan, paying them for a vehicle rather than paying the lender directly. The straw buyer could be a family member, a friend, or someone else with a good credit history, but the car buyer whose name is on the loan does not always have to be a willing accomplice. There are some who become victims of a straw purchase scam if the primary driver of a future vehicle in question uses someone elses information to secure an auto loan.Regardless of the circumstances, straw purchases are illegal. Although it may not seem like it, there are alternatives to car buying that do not result in breaking the law. Read on to find out more about straw purchases.

I bought a vehicle from these people trusting that they were doing right by me and that the bank was looking at the paperwork properly. The bank has now informed me since my car was totaled by an accident of no-fault at mine that I still owe $8600 on my loan because they over financed me for this vehicle by 197%. ! I even purchased the ************* that they told me to purchase so if my car was totaled that it would be covered! That was a lie! Rewind a bit before I realized my ************* wasnt going to cover the cost and that I was over financed by 197% between the dealership and First tech credit union. I went back to purchase a new vehicle when my car was totaled at that time, they couldnt find a number that would work to have me financed. They offered me to bring in a couple thousand dollars in the back door to give to them in their pockets and they would lower the finance amount, at that point turned around and left the dealership I knew I got scammed with my last vehicle and I was about to get scammed with my new vehicle ! Do not do business with these people. Biggest mistake of my life!

I brought *** 4 months after I got it gas fuel pump went too I took too *** dealership in ******* and was ******************* that that they sold me this car knowing the fuel pump was no good and then had extended warranty and it didn't even cover it and I was told that it does cover my issue with the car. So yeah this would be my last time ever dealing with **** money Mart you know it's a shame with these dealerships selling these used cars. They take your money. Get your highest interest rate. Run your credit over 50 times just to get your approved. Knowing that the car that you're buying has mechanical issues. All kind of issues and won't tell you. Then when you call them and tell you what happened they put you on hold or they rather send you to three or four different people knowing nobody can help you and it's wrong. It's not right people to do anything for money these days or just to get a sale and sell the car

BEWARE! The car salesman ******* is a sicko he refused to give me back my ID upon myself leaving my ID on accident, I called the office to inform the dealership I had forgotten my ID and ******* said my ID had been turned in and he would call me back after a few hours I decided to show up to the dealership, I met ******* in the lobby by surprise when he saw me the look on his face was if he had seen a ghost I placed my hand out and said "my ID please" he claimed he gave my ID to the local police department upon me asking which department I can pick up my ID from he took off running into the the car lot. I was forced to walk over to the sister dealership and explained my situation where the manager of the local **** dealership walked over to Pierre money mart and demanded my ID back from *******. Upon this request ******* produced my ID from the comfort of his desk even though he claimed he handed my ID to the police. This situation is a huge saftey risk as his intention on keeping my ID are unknown! Thankfully the address on my ID was out of date as my fear was he would have used my ID address to come to my home or given my address to other parties out of vengance for me to not buying a car from him. Car salesman like ******* are the reason women should not go to car dealerships alone. As long as you do not have ******* as you car salesman you should be ok but if you run into this monster ******* I would highly recommend you ask for someone else. Again his name is ******* and I hope you never sell another car again, please beware!
