They have harassed me with callsover 60 calls all from different numbers because I block each time they call. *** never answered nor have they left a voicemail. Starting on ****** I began receiving numerous phone calls from this company. At the time I'm writing this complaint I have received 10 calls from different phone numbers all associated with National Family Insurance. I have yet to answer any calls and no voicemails are being left. This isn't a sales tactic, its cyber harassment. Blocking the phones numbers does not work because they continue calling from new numbers. How is this an acceptable form of trying to gain new clients?Business Response

Started getting unwanted phone calls from this company. They are not calling me from different numbers. They have called me 12 times in five minutes. This company offers quotes on health insurance. I have been contacted 63 TIMES in less than 24 hours trying to get me to buy their insurance. I have blocked every number, asked every caller to remove me from the call list, and they all refuse and hang up on me. They are providing my number to HUNDREDS of agents that call me as late as 11pm. This is ridiculous. My document attached is just from this morning's calls, they are relentless.Business Response

No one by that name is a member of the family we purchased this house from in 2021, nor is anyone by that name a member of our family. I was looking for insurance and stumbled across this company. As soon as I added my phone number they have been calling me non stop every 5 minutes consistently from open to close of their business. I have been called over 30 times in one day. They are continuously spamming me.
