      National Family has been harassing me with 10+ calls per day for about a month I block the number and they still leave robot voice messages. This is maddening!!! I would never do business with this company!! Stop!!

      I was just searching around for insurance. I found this company and left my number with them. HUUUGE MISTAKE. They literally called me 23 TIMES in the span of an hour. This is unacceptable. Im also getting bombarded with texts from them. They seem to have multiple numbers that they call and text from too. Ive just block each and every one of them. Im so annoyed with them at this point that I will certainly take my business elsewhere. This is just ridiculous!

      -1 star.I called to get information and purchased insurance for my young adult children since I would be moving out of state and they would lose their health insurance coverage .The agent was very rude and would not give me any information. I will not be asking this company for a quote. It's interesting that they call multiple times a day to some people, but they won't answer questions from others.

      The agent that worked with me was named ******. He asked me if I was stupid for asking if there were any plans to help with my current due medical bills. I stayed very professional and calm, but he was quite the opposite. Very unprofessional and Im still trying to find help.

      This National Family Life Insurance was a very bad company. No matter how many times I told them NO NOT CALL ME and I am also on DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. However, this bad company used different telephone numbers and kept calling me daily. I have to block their numbers every time they called. I ever picked up the phone and told them "Please don't call me again" couples times. Still today, I received their call!
      Is BBB really accredited this bad company?

      Wish I could give them 0 stars. Never called them or filled anything out for them but somehow they got my number and will not stop calling me every single day. Told them to leave me alone multiple times. ********** others is not the right way of doing business!!

      I have never contacted nor done business with this company and I am on the Do Not Call Registry, yet they keep calling me, several times a day. Disgusting.
