      I made a purchase on Amazon that went horribly wrong. It was from a third party seller, and to do a return at ***, I would need to purchase a return package because the seller shipped the item in torn cellophane. I don't feel I should be responsible to pay for return shipping. I contacted Amazon to ask for a refund instead, they promised a refund, but failed to give me one. I contacted them again a few weeks later, and they said they would not honor the first associate's promise even though I provided screenshots of the conversation. They said they would file a claim and get back to me within 5-7 business days. Three weeks have passed without a word from them. I called this morning, and after much back and forth with plenty of hold please the guy promised a refund on a gift card within 5-6 hours. Surprise it was for $11 and some change when it should have been for around $67! The item was from a third party seller so Amazon does not want to take any responsibility for this, but they allow third party sellers to conduct business on their platform! I called back again this evening, and they still refuse to give me a refund or send me a shipping package. I have to wait another ***** hours for an answer as to how they are not going to help me. BEWARE OF THIRD PARTY SELLERS ON AMAZON!!!!

      On July 13, 2025, I ordered groceries through Amazon Fresh for delivery between 68 PM to my home in the *****, **. The order was never delivered and was canceled at 10:39 PM without any update.I am medically unable to leave my home and rely on grocery delivery to survive. I re-ordered and selected my EBT card as payment. I entered my PIN and authorized $107.57. Instead, ********************** charged my debit card for $123.71 without permission, and I still did not receive my groceries.This caused me to go hungry. I contacted Amazon but received no help. This is a case of unauthorized charges and neglect of responsibility.I am requesting:A refund of $123.71 Investigation into why my EBT authorization was ignored An apology and resolution from Amazon

      Amazon driver pulled out in front of my vehicle on old ****** road in ********* at approximately 12:05pm today 07-10-2025, then immediately stopped to turn right into *************. I blew my horn and your wonderful employee flipped the bird at me and my wife. So not only is your employee a liability while driving on our roads, he is also very rude. He would not give his name but I took his picture and a picture of the license plate ************* tag ********.

      I want to address the issue of Amazons so called Amazon prime day that started July the 8 I started watching prices around the end of June a few days before their so called prime sale started all prices on 11 different items I was watching increased by at least 8% the day of prime they went back to their regular prices. Can anyone say False advertising??? You must think the public is really stupid

      They charged my Account a membership annual fee, I don't have a recurring account, they also sent me more items than I ordered, sent back for credit, they have yet to credit my account yet, but keep avoiding me. No way to email them, I've had stage 4 cancer and cannot talk, so email is the only way.

      The nasty chemicals on there perfume smelling plastic bags causes Terrible asthma attacks. I have told them about this more than once. Asthma is a recognized Disability and chemical induced asthma is very real. They should at least have a tab we can use for chemical and perfume free packaging. The smell permeates the products and they are useless to me.

      Amazon Prime delivery windows are no longer reliable. What once meant two-day shipping now often stretches to four daysor moreif it arrives on time at all. The 'two-day' promise is a vague guideline than a guarantee. Missed deliveries, poor communication, and a lack of accountability have become the norm. After years of loyaltysince the very first day Prime launchedIve decided to cancel. The online shopping experience has deteriorated, and Amazons shifting priorities no longer align with the service they once promised.

      My Amazon Prime Video app has not been functioning for 3 days. During my first call to their *********************** the agent used abusive language to me. It was shocking. During my 2nd call, the agent said there was nothing they could do. I could barely understand the agent. there was a language problem and she finally told me there was nothing they could do. This is regarding streaming video. I've had a horrible customer experience, still paying for a service that I am not receiving.

      Went to Amazon to make a quick order on some items that were needed for my household. Selected the items to be delivered the next morning. Overnight, I receive notification that the items are out for delivery. I wait and wait and wait. The items never came. I went to check and the items were delayed. I reached out to customer service to see what was going on. The ***s were very apologetic and promised the items would still be delivered. And to reach back out if they didnt. They would issue a refund. They never came so I reached out again. I had to explain myself all over again and it was like pulling teeth to get my point across. The items never came, Amazon broke their promise of a delivery. It was so bad that last night as I was in the chat and was typing a response, the *** closed the chat and I was left unsatisfied and with a lot of questions. Never have I had an experience like I have had with Amazon this past week.

      Let me save you some time: Amazons service has gone completely downhill. I pay for Prime, supposedly for next-day delivery, but at this point, Id be better off mailing things to myself via carrier pigeon. Most of my orders show up 3 to 4 days later, if they show up at all. And the best part? Amazon still acts like its my privilege to wait.Trying to get help is just as infuriating. Their customer service is a robotic script-reading circus. You can practically hear them flipping through the manual while giving you the same vague responses that never lead to a solution. They make big promises like well escalate this or your order will arrive tomorrowbut spoiler alert: it doesnt.And whats their idea of compensation for all this wasted time and frustration? A generous (note the sarcasm) $5$10 credit but only usable on Amazon-sold items. So basically ********** be clear: Im paying a premium for benefits Amazon doesnt even bother to deliver. Then I get passed around from one scripted customer service *** to another, with no resolution and no accountability. Its a jokeand not a funny one.Amazon only gets away with this because theyve wiped out all the competition. No one holds them accountable, so theyve stopped caring. I genuinely hope someone creates a real alternative, because they need to be knocked off their high horsefast.Enough is enough. Im tired of paying more for less. If youre thinking about Prime, dont. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.
