      I was promised overnight delivery from Amazon for an item if I spent over $25 in one transaction. Never mind that I had ordered other items eligible for this deal just a couple of hours before, I had to order more. So I ordered more items that I didn't need to get yet to reach that $25 amount. The next morning, the item didn't come as it was supposed to. The Amazon app says it hasn't been shipped yet. It's impossible to find Amazon's phone number on their website, I had to go to the internet. Their automated system informed me that if they aren't able to ship my item on time, then I'll get it when they ship it. So rude! I then requested to speak to a real person. The real person was not any better. She was uncaring, unprofessional and didn't care. At first she said it was no problem, she could just cancel my order for me. Oh, great. I said no, I need my item when it was promised. Amazon made me purchase extra items to get it within a certain period of time. I would either like my item very soon, or compensated in some way. Their representative said if I wanted a promotional credit to reimburse me for my trouble, that I would have to call back tomorrow after I got the item. Then she said, it would only take a minute, and I shouldn't complain about the extra trouble. So I look at my phone, and see that I had been on the phone with amazon for 14 minutes already, and this is not including time I spent searching for a way to resolve my problem before I had to search up their phone number. She acted like this even after I pointed out to her that the item I ordered was medical in nature, I really really needed it today. There was a time when Amazon cared just a little bit when something went wrong, but that is completely over now. I am seriously considering canceling my prime. I feel Walmart has recently surpassed Amazon in customer service, so I still have a way to get items delivered. Thanks a lot Amazon :(

      Screwed up 3000 matress. Exchange is going horrible too. **************** is playing games and giving bs answers and will just lie to u and hang up. Would leave 0 stars if I could

      I placed an order on October 8 and received a discount stating if you order any item from Amazon within 24hrs your shipping and handling fees are free. I received an email with how much my card was being charged which was the price of the item. Now 4 days later I'm being charged a shipping and handling fee now I call Amazon and they have no clue about the promotion and tells me they'll put $7 in my Amazon account. No you guys promote things and never go through with the promotion. Just overcharging for everything that's why i ended my prime months ago because it was always something new.

      They approved a refund for 3 items I did not receive. Then I received an email. See snip of email below. But it came from a no reply email. So I can't actually respond. I contacted customer service several times and they just give me generic scripts and transfer me to a "lead" or an "associate" And then they make me start from scratch with explaining the entire thing and don't actually help me. I know they have no intentions of ever actually giving me this refund.       I honestly loved Amazon and have used them for years. I have paid them hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and use them every couple of days because online shopping is so convenient for me. Returning items used to be so easy but now it is a nightmare. My account has been permanently closed. I was told that they took this action because I repeatedly tried to return items that are different from the items I ordered. This is untrue. Recently I ordered a cast iron tortilla press. I returned it because it rusted immediately after washing it. They told me they discarded the item because I returned the wrong item. Ive had other instances where they sent me the correct item just in a different color and that led me to return it. There was an instance where I admitted to possibly mixing up barcodes by mistake for some elf brushes that I ordered. They were all accounted for but I may have had the Staples associate scan the wrong screenshot. I contacted Amazon customer service and admitted my mistake and they said that everything would be ok. I have been sent emails that have stated to please return a item or Ill be charged when I already returned the item. When I contact customer service they tell me that I will not be charged because they do see the item was returned and they charge me anyways. I just find this extremely upsetting and unfair that Im being treated this way when I have given so much money to this company and they are treating me this horrible. I was a prime member and loved using Amazon services. I would love to have my account reinstated even though they are treating me so horribly and accusing me of basically being a criminal when all Ive done is be faithful to this company.

      If i could give zero stars I would. Let's start with payments. Over 8hr for payment to go through is insanity for a billion dollar company. Customer support is ick. Late delivery constantly so do not believe delivery time before purchase. Prime is just a money grab to steal money from people they do not care about. That includes workers.

      I used to never fail to receive my packages from Amazon. Since I joined prime membership I've ordered several items just this mth Oct. I only received one item out of all of them and I guess it was because the **** delivered it instead of their trucks. I asked them to resend my order of **** and batteries but they didn't honor that. I also asked them to have the driver to ask for indentification before they gave packages to unknown person, yet they didn't honor that either. Needless to say I got nothing but I paid for the prime membership fees for someone else to enjoy. So I requested a refund on the prime membership fees since I personally haven't got to enjoy them because someone else got my packages and they declined to do that also. So I got a refund on the **** and batteries but that's not what I wanted. I even requested could they let me reorder the items at same price I paid for them but didn't receive them and I would even pay shipping even though they should pay for that since I've received nothing but headaches from them and it's their own fault because the driver of their truck is incompetent to deliver to my address. That's all I asked for because I couldn't get a better deal anywhere else and that's why I joined prime membership to get the deals on item pricing and free fast shipping. But I personally didn't receive any of what I paid for and that's not right at all. I asked for for prime membership fees back to since I didn't get to use them and they wouldn't honor that. I don't remember if I said that last line already or not. But you have a blessed day and Thank you so much if you could help me.

      Amazon is refusing to refund my money without showing a government ID. I have shown the receipt and confirmed of delivery with tracking number and all the vital information they need they want me to submit a government ID and they sent me an email with a link which I refuse to do. This particular package was for a drill fan totaling of $97.96. *** contacted the company and theyve said unfortunately Amazon is the dealer and I have to escalate it through them. Ive asked Amazon after speaking to several representatives why they want my government ID when I return things in the past with no issue even ones closer to that amount of money. This is a very unsettling feeling. I am not renewing my membership with them and something needs to be rectified. This is almost a month since return of item and theres the proof of delivery. *** even filed a claim with ***. I will. I will file a civil action suit if I need To their customer service is the lowest its ever been I would like my refund and not have to share my government ID with all my information via a link sent to me by email. Thats shady and Im not doing it so if this, if I have to choose legal matters, I will.

      I have left instructions for delivery person to leave my items in a particular place and they refuse to do it; they leave items out in plain sight!! It would be nice if they were to treat deliveries like they were theirs or a family members!!!!
