      **************** unbelievably low!! I spent three days to change a delivery location on an order. I called multiple times at each time was told that problem of location resolved. I was lied to and product was not canceled or changed in location. I was directed to *** and still lied to. Then was reassured a confirmation email was sent to me to confirm cancellation. Never sent or canceled. I have never experienced anything like this. I spent over two hours on the phone waiting for multiple people to assist in this problem. I think the worse part was, I was lied to three times by **************** that the situation was resolved. I was a good customer but I will never use this service again. I have never been lied to and misdirected by a store, on-line shopping, or company like this situation. Disgusted on the time I wasted to try to resolve my issue and working my job the same hours. I would like some feedback but realize after what I went through there will be no contact.

      Extremely Disappointed False Promises About Refund and No Resolution I am extremely disappointed with Amazons customer service. I was repeatedly told that I would receive a returnless refund for my order, but after multiple contacts and assurances from different agents, I still have not received the money. Each time I reached out, I was given a new explanation or empty promisenothing but false ******* feels like Amazon is playing games with customers instead of honoring their commitments. I trusted their refund process and followed every instruction, yet Im left waiting with no refund and no accountability. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in their customer ****************************** needs to take responsibility, stop misleading customers with false statements, and ensure their refund team follows through on what they promise.

      *******. They are for me 3 months of free Prime through my cell phone provider and when I signed up and tried to make a purchase they locked my account? My identity even though they offered me free Prime through my cell phone provider so my debit card information is on file there and my account is locked because they also won't accept my documents to verify my banking information so they're just straight trash

      Amazon is the worst business there s******* me a around my refund they have received the item purchased and don't want issue a refund . Delaying delivery of returns, telling lies, contradictory email. And discrimination .hang up calls and they're outsourced employees in ****** *********** are very unprofossional and terrible attitudes hang up on you AMAon is a business killer with no remorse.

      Amazon is a piece of art. I'm a prime member and I ordered 2 items that was suppose to been shipped on 10/14/2025. So when I checked my email that Tuesday morning it says it will be delayed. So I called Amazon and spoke with ******; she stated if bot delivered that day I would still receive my full refund and get my items. I called Wednesday morning talked to several people's that kept hanging up the phone giving me the run arounds til someone by the name of ******, decided upon her herself and decisions to cancel my order and return the items and make me do the whole payment,wait, & shippment all over again to make me wait til the 16th which falls on a Thursday as quoted. Around 6:30 a.m 10/15 I talked to the 5th person they told me this time the driver canceled my order when I know for a fact the only how it could be canceled unless the person behind the receiver in the office notify the drive to stop and return the order cause im married to trucker. They're liars, rude, and disrespectful. This is what you called mistreatment when im at work bussing my behind at the hospital as a nurse taking care of people's and their love one's.... Woww

      Have been a Prime store card holder for years now, have never used any of their special financing options before, Purchased several items as part of the Prime Day deals and placed them under a 12 month special financing option. I get charged the full price for all my items in one ******* Amazon's customer service line to see why. Spent an hour on the line with because the basic floor associate nor the supervisor could assist in answering any of my questions. They attempted to transfer me to the "card specialist," Waited almost 30 minutes on hold, to be told they are not available, by the supervisor. Supervisor then begins to tell me the purchase amount is the full price because I incorrectly elected to pay the full price at checkout. He could confirm this because he talked to the "Card specialist" and they said so but was unable to put them on the phone. Proceeded to tell me to cancel the order and repurchase at full price as they would not honor the Prime day deals, obviously. No higher escalation, no further inquiry, no service, the Second level customer service supervisor is the end all be all of Amazon's assistance.

      Signed up for Amazon prime through my Amazon app. and it started that included all Amazon Prime benefits. Not until I called I was told that since I didn't sign up through Amazon.com I didn't get the full benefits! I signed up through a third party which was ****** because of doing it on the app. I think that is such a scam!!! I am still paying the $14.99 a month no matter what I should still be getting all the same benefits but no I still have to either but or rent some Prime movies which I think is absolutely ridiculous and I don't think people know about this and more people should be aware of this!!

      Amazon has automated out the ability to complain to them or the seller, or leave a seller review, if an item hasn't shipped. Amazon failed to ship an item to me. They're still advertising it with "next day delivery" from the same seller at a higher price of course, but I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for mine and the order will be auto-canceled shortly. It's clear that either the seller doesn't want to sell to me at the price I received, or Amazon doesn't have the item it claims to have. Either way, Amazon shouldn't still be selling the item when legitimate orders aren't fulfilled.Furthermore, Amazon doesn't provide an option to leave a review for a seller (RACERSPEED) who hasn't sent an item, or an apparent way to contact the seller or Amazon staff directly. The help bots only allow predefined responses, none of which are "there is a problem with this seller" or "let me talk to a person". This means there could be hundreds of improperly canceled orders from a seller, and we'd have no way of knowing as customers. We also have no recourse through the normal help workflow but to cancel the order (not even to provide feedback).
