      They are quieting dissenting voices when people have had bad experiences on their website in order to drive consumer purchases/growth by intentionally deceiving their clients and instilling a false sense of security. Then when something goes wrong and you go to leave feedback they are actively BLOCKING you from leaving a truthful review of your experience. This is dystopian and needs to be regulated!!!! Do NOT silence dissenting voices in order to benefit yourself!!!!

      Canceled "add person to account upon my death"I was shopping this morning and I was on the "Log in & Security" page. One of the line items just below the passkey line, there an option to add a person to account so upon your death they will have access. I was filling in the name and info of this person, when it suddenly the option disappeared. So I called customer service. I spoke with 3 aginet, who were nice and did the best job with what is available for them to verbalize. They had no idea. I search the internet, and found that "Prime Invitee", a program that initiated in 2009 was canceled 10/1/2025. Why? Now instead you can add family members, but if I die, you will still have to provide birth cert, death cert, bank info, etc......So how is that a benefit. I thought the idea of a beneficiary was a great customer service option. But ********************** does not offer anything unless it will increase the margins. The long game. I am writing in, as Amazon itself does not have a feedback option. If you have an issue, they send it up the chain (maybe), and I will get a call within ***** hours. To keep it private???? I would like to leave a review for the Amazon company. Not for an agent, not for a seller, but for the company. Amazon encourages reviews everywhere, except not a one for public feedback on the Amazon company or AWS. And Amazon Web Services, Amazon et al, is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. How are we supposed to trust this company? I don't think they know what is going on. I would like that option I was offered by Amazon this morning, and started to proceed with it before it disappeared, and Amazon knows nothing about it? No explanation, just go away. How can I leave feedback? You can't publicly. Their error may have been a blessing, since nobody I talked to knew anything about this, giving them more information was probably the wrong move for my security. ******. Don't give Amazon or its 3rd parties data, as they know nothing about where it go

      There is ALWAYS something wrong with my Amazon deliveries! Packages are NEVER delivered when they are supposed to be! When you place an order you expect to receive your packages during the time frame Amazon states! This has ALWAYS been an ongoing issue! Disappointing!

      Amazon continues to miss delivery dates. **************** promise to Expedite, gives new dates then you receive an Email with the same old dates. They claim it's due to product sitting at the Wrong Fulfillment Centers and / or delays. Really 2 month delays? Only Solution they offer is to cancel the Order.

      Awful. I called Amazon and spoke to a supervisor named *****. I explained that a product was advertised for being sold for $13 on Amazon when I went to make the purchase it said $21.19. This is clearly bait and switch which is illegal. I sent Amazon the pictures showing the price and then it was supposed to be $13 on their website but they refused to discuss this any further and said I was out of luck. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did with **** and the woman I spoke to before him. This is unacceptable and shame on Amazon.

      Ive had multiple Amazon packages misdelivered to the wrong residence. The delivery photos on file clearly do not match my doorstep, and Ive provided photo proof verifying my correct address. Despite following every step requested, Amazon refuses to refund the missing items and is now asking for a police reportthough these are repeated driver delivery errors, not theft. My follow-ups have been ignored.

      I talked to customer service to return an item they told me I was going to get a full refund then I waited for the refund it never came contacted them back for them to tell me that now they're only going to give me a 70% refund that they told me wrong the first time and did not give me any other options to resolve the issue even though I have all of it in writing they're still refusing to honor it

      Ordered a wood logs for smoking with guaranteed delivery between 7-11AM. This was important as needed by late morning to provide sufficient time to cook meal. No product. Called at 11:30AM. Representative guaranteed delivery by ***. At 2:20 still no package. Customer support said they couldnt provide an update. Product support team was less than helpful and wasted customer time. Was forced to spend additional money to find products elsewhere. Amazon openly false advertised and expected customers to deal with results. False advertising is illegal and there seems to be no repercussions for this. Unacceptable business practice.

      Amazon is for Convenience ONLY. If you want something shipped to your door. Their prices are not competitive, they no longer strive for a 2 day delivery window- I've had orders Prime item orders go Months before delivered.I have canceled my 8 years of membership with them because they have disappointed me far too much this last year.They have added advertisements to Prime Video!They take and fulfill New orders before fulfilling Yours, so if you preorder 4 months in advance, and they guarantee you'll get it on release day- HA! They told me I would get it 5 days after release! But still they offer Same Day delivery for New purchases! Make it make sense!!Oh, and their Guarantee policy? Wait 48 hours and you can ask to have your shipping costs refunded. (If you are a Prime member... that's $0! WHAT A JOKE!)Their digital media catalog can update and add and remove whatever they like, so if you purchase something digitally- GOOD LUCK finding it in a couple years, they likely scrapped it, always buy Physical copies!You can order on ******* and get better service, faster delivery, and better prices! Steer CLEAR of Amazon!
