      In 2025 April, I attempted to purchase a computer using a ************ credit card. The purchase was flagged due to the high amount, and Amazon requested bank statements in a U.S. format. My bank in ***** was unable to provide such documentation. As a result, Amazon permanently closed my account.Later, after I obtained a ********* account, I opened a new Amazon account to continue shopping legitimately. However, Amazon detected a link with my prior closed account and shut down my new account as well.I have emailed Amazons support and appeals teams multiple times, but they have never responded to my requests or provided a path for resolution.This situation is unreasonable because I am now a U.S. resident with valid *********ing information, but Amazon refuses to allow me access to its platform or even communicate with me. I am asking BBB to assist in obtaining a formal response from Amazon, and to have my account fairly reinstated or at least reviewed properly.Desired outcome:A written response from Amazon explaining why my accounts were permanently closed.Reconsideration of my account with my ********* credentials, or clear instructions on how I can restore access to Amazon services.

      Today with Amazon has been the worst experience I had e ever had and I am beyond upset . I received incorrect information. No resolution. Amazon allowed my information to be compromised and use. After countless time repeating myself over and over which means no notation from previous representative about t what going on. Constantly get a person with a strong accents and broken English so I am unable to understand and customer service **** I am so unhappy with Amazon to the point I just want to cancel the membership all together.

      I communicated with customer service regarding an item that I was having issues returning on their site due to a bug on their site (for which I have screenshots of). Following a lengthy chat with customer service, I have records in the chat log stating "I have successfully processed your refund to the card that you use with your Prime membership. " followed by ": To avoid any inconvenience, as we do not like to waste your precious time, there's no need to return the item for you to receive a refund. You're welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of it, whichever option is most appropriate and convenient for you." A month later and there was no refund processed, so I requested a call to follow up. Amazon now says I can't get my refund which was promised?! I now have to produce items that they told me to donate or dispose or I can not get my money back???? ******! Don't trust their customer service.

      I placed an order for an item and Amazon switched my payment method to a different card I had saved. I messaged their customer service to either cancel the order, or switch the payment card back to the original method. I was informed by the **** that my order was canceled, and then transferred to another *** who also confirmed that it was canceled. I get a notification later that evening that my product has shipped. I contact customer service again and a new *** confirms that my item was never canceled. And this is my second bad experience in less than two weeks. The first, I had ordered an item, and they sent me a used item. (Shoes) I am overly disappointed with how things are handled through this business and I have canceled my account and will not be using Amazon again for any purchases.

      This is the worst company, literally in the world. On top of their terrible service on their normal marketplace, if you put your life in the hand of these people to order prescriptions, that is exactly what you're doing is putting your health into their hands. They rarely deliver on time they're stating one date and then not providing that date and time accurately.If You rely home medicines or medical devices, you better for your own sake.You had better look elsewhere. Not to I mentioned the fact that you pay for a prime service so that you can get it same day or next day, but then if you don't, you're not getting what you're paid for and they don't care. Too big to fail, they seem to think. I could go on and on, but really it's two deaf ears!

      I am owed $2,000. Opened an Amazon account back in May, uploaded 4x$500 gift cards to buy a kayak. The account was immediately locked and Ive been told now for 4 months that I need to respond to emails that dont get sent. I can only use the $2k on digital purchases. Amazon is a criminal organization. They deserve nothing but poverty and h***

      Ordered an item on a Sunday which indicated Prime next day delivery. I do have Amazon Prime and wanted the item ASAP. Received update that item will arrive Friday - 5 days later. Tried to cancel and even did customer service chat to try to stop item from shipping. I was told it cannot be cancelled. So Amazon would rather pay to ship item both to me and returned from me. Also, puts me out of the way to go somewhere to return and shop locally for item. All could have been avoided if they didnt have false advertising for delivery on their website. Get better Amazon! Be honest with delivery options!

      Amazon in notorious for false advertising. Every order comes with a delivery date. This false advertising is used to get people to purchase assuming your item will arrive in time as stated at purchase. 75% of orders i place never arrive on date stated. I have called numerous times about this issue with no resolution. If you can't make one, or two day prime shipments, then dont advertise you can. Its false advertising use to entice purchases. I have been told its a warehouse issue at least 10 time this year alone. Your incharge of the warehouse, fix the problem or stop false advertisement. If its going to take 3 or four days then say that. I will be shopping elsewhere while Amazon lies to people.

      I received an item that was completely missing its contents. I reported this in the Amazon return system as Missing Parts. They sent me a replacement, and as prompted, I returned the empty bag that I had received. Over 30 days later, I received an email that I would be charged for the original item that I ordered if I didn't send it back. I called Amazon Customer Service and was told the following: 1. Since it was after the 30 day window, nothing could be done to resolve my issue. The return center that receives the returns sends out the notifications, and there is no way to contact them directly. 2.The first representative told me that I selected the “defective items” in my return claim however, the manager told me that I selected "missing parts" in my return claim and suggested that I didn't have missing parts, I had a missing item. At that point, she was "playing" with words. She said since the entire item was missing, I should have called customer service to get it taken care of vs. initiating the return in the app. 3. The manager told me I could call customer service back if I get charged to dispute the charge at that time, but could not confirm nor deny whether or not I'd ge my money back. 4. I asked to speak to the manager’s boss, but was told she was the last person I could talk to. I asked for her name and she said Lala. I asked for her last name and she said she could only give me the name Lala. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the lack of concern for my problem and the feeling that it is my fault that I am even in this situation. Amazon dropped the ball several times - starting with sending me a package with empty contents, not letting me know that the returned package was unacceptable until 5 days after the 30-day return window was closed, and assuming that I should know to call to rectify the original situation for a missing item vs. initiate a return through the app. I understand policy, but exceptions should be made when the company drops the ball.

      Ordered 2 of same items and Amazon emp put 2 different tracking #s on one box. I have since returned it and trying to get my refund I paid. I have spent a total of 7 hours and 8 different phone calls trying to get my refund and Amazon keeps saying they refunded in 3-5 business days and I still have not received my $117.10. I called again today and dealt with it over 1 hour and then the supervisor ***** hangs up. This is terrible customer service and. I want my $. They have had my item for over 3 weeks and should have been refunded
