      Ordered an item on a Sunday which indicated Prime next day delivery. I do have Amazon Prime and wanted the item ASAP. Received update that item will arrive Friday - 5 days later. Tried to cancel and even did customer service chat to try to stop item from shipping. I was told it cannot be cancelled. So Amazon would rather pay to ship item both to me and returned from me. Also, puts me out of the way to go somewhere to return and shop locally for item. All could have been avoided if they didnt have false advertising for delivery on their website. Get better Amazon! Be honest with delivery options!

      Amazon in notorious for false advertising. Every order comes with a delivery date. This false advertising is used to get people to purchase assuming your item will arrive in time as stated at purchase. 75% of orders i place never arrive on date stated. I have called numerous times about this issue with no resolution. If you can't make one, or two day prime shipments, then dont advertise you can. Its false advertising use to entice purchases. I have been told its a warehouse issue at least 10 time this year alone. Your incharge of the warehouse, fix the problem or stop false advertisement. If its going to take 3 or four days then say that. I will be shopping elsewhere while Amazon lies to people.

      I received an item that was completely missing its contents. I reported this in the Amazon return system as Missing Parts. They sent me a replacement, and as prompted, I returned the empty bag that I had received. Over 30 days later, I received an email that I would be charged for the original item that I ordered if I didn't send it back. I called Amazon Customer Service and was told the following: 1. Since it was after the 30 day window, nothing could be done to resolve my issue. The return center that receives the returns sends out the notifications, and there is no way to contact them directly. 2.The first representative told me that I selected the “defective items” in my return claim however, the manager told me that I selected "missing parts" in my return claim and suggested that I didn't have missing parts, I had a missing item. At that point, she was "playing" with words. She said since the entire item was missing, I should have called customer service to get it taken care of vs. initiating the return in the app. 3. The manager told me I could call customer service back if I get charged to dispute the charge at that time, but could not confirm nor deny whether or not I'd ge my money back. 4. I asked to speak to the manager’s boss, but was told she was the last person I could talk to. I asked for her name and she said Lala. I asked for her last name and she said she could only give me the name Lala. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the lack of concern for my problem and the feeling that it is my fault that I am even in this situation. Amazon dropped the ball several times - starting with sending me a package with empty contents, not letting me know that the returned package was unacceptable until 5 days after the 30-day return window was closed, and assuming that I should know to call to rectify the original situation for a missing item vs. initiate a return through the app. I understand policy, but exceptions should be made when the company drops the ball.

      Buy a product and dont like it and then return it and have to wait 30 days to get a refund!! Let that sink in! Thats the craziest return policy in the history of return policies! If I bought my product at Best Buy and returned it. I would get a refund immediately. Not Amazon, no no. Please do not buy anything of value on Amazon because if you dont like it and want to return it. Youre gonna have to wait a month to get your money back. I wonder if Amazon would be ok with me purchasing something and the pay them for it in 30 days? I highly doubt it.

      Amazon warehouse in **************** is out of control. I have had multiple items that were either lost or never delivered. I ordered a Amazon gift card a few days ago. The next day it was out for delivery, but never got delivered. Got a hold of the Amazon and they said it was probably stolen, so who stole it. Was it the delivery driver? I have had issues where the delivery driver says they could not get to my residence and that they will deliver it the next day, but it never got delivered. Its is very frustrating when you dont receive an order. Who ever is in charge of the Chico Warehouse needs to get with the program or resign.

      Amazon has the WORST customer service. It's bad enough that you can NEVER get a US-based customer service person. i.e, if they even have an call center in the US. Been having issues with their ACCOUNT SPECIALISTS since August 22 when they cancelled my order. Reason being I had requested refunds on multiple orders. Been going back/forth since then, asking for proof of the multiple refunds on multiple orders, but their only response is to send me another email about the multiple refunds. I spoke to customer service August 27 who told me that the money I have on my gift card can only be used for movies and subscriptions. Orders placed for anything else will be cancelled. Have sent couple emails to the account specialists to no avail. They have not answered any of my questions regarding their emails neither have they told me when I can place an order without it being cancelled. In meantime, my gift card balance is there not able to use. AMAZON IS THE WORST WHEN TRYING TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE!

      I cant believe Im having to make this post. I just cleaned up human f**** in our neighborhood street in the City of ******** after an Amazon.com delivery driver felt the need to defecate in a subway bag and put it in a first aid box and run it over with his van right out front of our house after delivering a neighbors package. In the exact area where all the neighborhood kids gather and play. We have reached out to the city, to ******** ****************** to ************************* Amazon Home and they couldnt seem to care less that a biohazard was left scattered out in our public street. The morning after the incident a dead bunny appeared next to the pile of excrement so we then had a new angle to try and get someone from the city out. City of ******** animal control was very quick to come out and address the dead bunny, and Ms. ***** was the only person nice enough to seem to try and address the issue. But now today, after still hearing nothing and multiple kids having already tracked through it I just cleaned it up myself. Amazon, maybe if it was outside of your yard where your kids play you might have cared. But whatever conditions you have your workers in, this is not acceptable and its disgusting. Especially now hearing other ridiculous stories of delivery drivers and warehouse workers having to maintain your unrealistic expectations. Absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you and the driver that was careless with his mess.

      A delivery driver damaged our guttering as he attempted to make a U-turn in our driveway (our driveway to not made for this). He admitted to causing the damage, we have pictures, a bill and have submitted everything to Amazon. After many conversations, they eventually stated that there was not enough evidence to show that the driver did the damage. We are now out $600 for the damage done by a poor driver. We will never use Amazon again.

      ***** a** company. You still owe me about 8 bucks from an item you never even attempted to deliver to me or even give me a reason why. You only refund me a measly $1 and some change which I have screenshots of. On Saturday I paid for some items on amazon to be delivered THIS MORNING (Sunday) BETWEEN 4AM-8AM!!!!! My items never even left the facility nor was there even an attempt for them to be delivered. Now I have to wait an extra day for my items when I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!!!!!!!!!!Youre a bunch of loser a** thieves.
