I used to love amazon. But then a few years ago everything came out about them treating their employees horribly. I started to use them less but I still have Prime and do use it because sometimes they're really is not another good option for me. They still treated customers very well until a few years ago. At the beginning of covid I understood that two day shipping wouldn't happen there should be no more effects from this yet I don't get anything on time things that are marked Prime take a week or two to get to me still when I complain I'm treated like s***. I have pointed out that I pay for Amazon Prime so that guaranteed shipping should mean something that's what I pay for but it means nothing. I am done with that company

Bad business practices. Do not recommend their services. Their PRIME auto renewal services charged an old account that is no longer used. We didn't know about the charge and as a result we racked up late fees! If I can't pay for something I don't want you to put it in a credit card that I don't use! Auto renewal practices are predatory. If my Prime membership defaulted, I wouldn't know till I tried to make another purchase. At which point I could reinstate my membership and have those services.

Biggest company in the world is a scam. Chatted with an associate to reschedule an auto ship order. He says let me transfer you to somebody who can do that. So I get transferred to Rashmi. I dont get a response for about ********************************************************************************************************************* I tell him no I just want to reschedule even though it hasnt shipped. He replies back no option for it then disconnect the chat. Absolute joke of a company and a waste of money on a membership for 2 day shipped that never arrives in 2 days and all they sell is over priced Chinese garbage.

Amazon prime wardrobe department (also known as try before you buy) : horrible service. Horrible! They made me feel like I am not a valued customer. I refuse to order from them again. Otherwise, the regular Amazon business is great. Take caution before using this service.

Amazon signed me up for the unlimited music service costing $14.95 per month following a 4 month free trial without my consent.

I ordered a set of new headphones for my boyfriend and we received used product. The product had a return slip inside from a previous customer and an LPN barcode. My boyfriend worked for Amazon in the past and knows LPN numbers only go on products that are returned or damaged. This isnt a huge issue for use since the headphones work great and nothing was missing, but this practice could easily s**** over other customers (Amazons return department doesnt verify products work when they are returned).

Amazon is in the business of doing bad business! I purchased an item from their renewed program that was described to be in like new condition. When I received this item it was in very bad condition and was rusting in some parts. I immediately sent it back to get a refund. I've been waiting a month now to get a refund! The item was from a specific seller but was fulfilled by Amazon. Now when you go and look at most of these sellers that Amazon fulfills orders for and customers are complaining, Amazon always says it's their fault because they are in charge of fulfilling the order. Well then why shouldn't I get an immediate refund or a refund in a reasonable amount of time if I receive an order that is defective and completely inaccurate to what I ordered! This is a problem that is Amazon's fault by not fulfilling an order properly and making sure the items you are sending out are of good quality and match your website descriptions! I've tried contacting their "customer service" and I get the same rehearsed automated answer! No real resolution! No one knows what's going on! Or they do and are not saying, which is worse. I've since cancelled my Prime membership and I will not renew it! I'll order from ***** directly from merchants websites, Etsy, anything I have to do to avoid dealing with Amazon and their shady business practices. It'll take a little longer for me to receive the products I want but the peace of mind of dealing with companies that have integrity makes it worth it!Oh and Amazon your delivery drivers look like bums!

They always deliver to the wrong address. You try contacting them and no one to talk to. When you do get someone to talk to, they want to know if I looked around the neighborhood. Why should I have too? Or they say it hasn't been delivered yet. But I recieved the email with the picture of the other persons door they left it at. Its rediculous.

I have yet to see a one day delivery product delivered on time. And I can't blame the workers. Those warehouse conditions are amongst the worst I've ever been in. You can thank higher management for that. As to the products themselves misleading might work. If one buys a box of trading cards and it is labeled unstable, shocks, your looking for quick drop lands that are scary, not gates. You'd want maze of ith and and a two shocker or something, not azorius guild gate.

I ordered a piece of plastic trim for my pickup truck on May 5, 2022 and received a well used one on May 11, 2022 that was obviously repacked by someone in a worn cardboard box as it was broken and unusable. I contacted Amazon who issued me a credit to their gift card system which I used to reorder. I received the replacement a week later, no harm no foul, other than the hassle. The broken one was picked up on May 12, 2022 by *** and delivered to Amazon on May 16, 2022. I was then given notice of receipt of the returned broken item on May 21, 2022. Now on June 29, 2022, I receive an email from Amazon customer service that they have not received the item and plan on charging me no later than July 15, 2022 for the amount paid ($39.30) if they do not receive the item back by that date. Luckily, I know how sleazy Amazon is and saved not only the call tag receipt issued by *** but the order details and confirmation by them that they had already received the item all the way back on May 21, 2022. So I phone them and explain the situation to someone in another country who assures me they will resolve this. I'm put on a long hold, then he comes back on to tell me not to worry. ****, I'm already worried knowing how messed up their record keeping is and fully expect to be charged again for the returned item on July 15, ******************************************************************** when I did a return on Amazon. I think it was back in 2009 they did the same thing and due to my inability to prove I returned an item they reversed a credit and I wound up paying for an item that was returned. Amazon waited for over 4 months to do this after the transaction occurred in 2009. And come to find out *** doesn't keep records over a certain amount of time so there was no way to obtain proof of delivery back to Amazon. So I began to keep meticulous records for each Amazon transaction including any returns which helped this time around. I recommend you do too.
