      Very poor customer service, they give you the runaround. I placed 150 orders so far this year. It means nothing to them. Especially when youre returning.The supervisors are very disrespectful to hang up the phone on you. Big they tell you one date and change it three times.I am so dissatisfied and feel like they violated my rights

      DO NOT BUY AMAZON GIFT CARDS I BOUGHT A ****** GIFT CARD THAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME. AMAZON KNOWS WHO REDEEMED IT AND REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY OR PROSECUTE THE THIEF. THEY PROTECT THE THIEVES AND S**** THE CUSTOMERS!

      Amazon seller here. Got my account suspended, appealed, still suspended, appealed again through ID verification interview and still rejected my appeal. Amazon needs to understand theyre holding my funds and wont release them causing me hardship because I have to pay off my credit cards that I used to sell on Amazon. Them keep rejecting my appeals only adds difficulty for me paying back my bills that were used to fund my Amazon store. Not happy with Amazon or how they handled this situation. 0/5 stars if I could.

      I ordered Halloween costume items and received only half of my order. My other half was stolen off the porch and I have video of it happening literally after **** delivered it (threw it over the porch). I contacted Amazon and they denied me any replacement or refund. Then threatened to suspend my account for reporting packages not arriving. I filed a police report and called back, was still denied a refund. I asked for a supervisor and was rudely ignored and hung up on. If Amazon used their own delivery service instead of **** maybe packages wouldnt get stolen so often. It is ridiculous that Amazon is basically telling me to chop up a loss on my money I spent on they website. Its unfair and poor customer service. I no longer will be paying for Amazon prime to be treated this way and Ive been paying for years consecutively.

      Unbelievable. Three of my items were returned, Amazon now has their product and my money, and here we are 2+ weeks later with still no refund. **************** lied about not even seeing my order and also disconnected the chat after an "acting" supervisor left me in the chat for well over 5 mins. (I had time). After asking for a manager to contact me, and multiple declines, he connected me to another "acting" supervisor named ******** who decided to just close the chat without assisting in any way. Amazon has been holding onto $300+ since the end of October. They declined pulling a call from a previous representative who verbally confirmed my order and refund status - which the supervisor basically said they had no record of it. Amazon.com can kindly cancel my account. I have no problem ordering my items from ***** World moving forward. Such poor customer service every time I call for assistance.

      I am a loyal Amazon customer and user for years and have nothing but good things to say about Amazon except what happened to me in this instance. In the process of remodeling my kitchen, I purchased (from Amazon) gold colored door k**** and handles from Amazon from a company called Goldenrod. These items were listed as exactly the same color by Goldenrod in the on-line description. When I received the items the colors did not match at all...so I returned the door k**** through ****** the next day and kept the handles that matched up with the k**** I purchased from ******. Months after, I receive an email from Amazon that they did not receive the items I returned. I called and emailed them several times and was told that I would receive my refund despite them not having received my return package. One email sent to me says "yes", I will receive my money back while another says "no", I hope to receive my money back but the confusion on the part of Amazon in somewhat baffling. We will see...

      I try not to buy from Amazon. They make many errors by shipping the wrong items. How ever this complaint refers to Prime Membership. I just placed an order and refused Free 30 day Prime membership. I checked the Free shipping as my order was over $35.00. As I went from page to page the shipping method would mysteriously change. Some times to Prime. I checked the finished order and did not use Prime. My e-mail confirmation thanked me for joining Prime. I tried to cancel that one Item prime membership, but wound up cancelling the whole order. I was then notified that my Prime membership would last for 29 days ending December 8, 2022.

      I have ordered which is missing, so according to amazon customer service which is really rude and dont know how to handle complains i need to file for a police report for $160.00 lost package which is they dont have proof that it was delivered usually they took a picture of the delivered package as a proof and i have ring camera so i know that its not delivered and no one steal the package. Ive been prime member for 8 years but they dont have any considerations. So i will not terminate my membership with them coz they're too much

      I ordered a product to go with there smart home devices in July 2022. It was used and missing pieces. I started a return and got confirmation they received it and would send replacement. I have since gotten email saying they will notify me when it was available. Now November it still hasnt shipped. I did a live chat where I was told it wasnt available right now. I said in your site it says I can have it by Wednesday. Then she says they havent received my return. I read her from my account the date they have they did. I asked for a call from a supervisor. Got a call this lady says she refund and I can reorder. I tell her not to refund. The price has increased. I just want my replacement. Then she tells me she isnt a supervisor and I ask her why my order disappeared from my account. She says she cant answer that bc she is transferring me. Then hangs up on me. I call back and go through two more people and still do not have my product. When I joined Amazon they had two day for prime. Not three month! ************* has really been sliding. You call this customer service! Horrible

      I've been a customer for over 6 years and some reason thus year my account got hacked. Amazon made it so hard for me to retrieve my account to cancel it out but I am still not able to retrieve it. So I disputed a transaction that the hacker made and they did an installment payment. So after I did that I got a new card and made a new Amazon account. Amazon went to my new account and took my new debit information to pay for the hackers installment payment for something I DID NOT BUY OR RECIEVE! Talked to Amazon they said they can not stop the installment and for me to basically dispute the charge with my bank but they will continue to withdraw the money out of my account?...That's illegal to do from what I know. But I will be taking legal action towards this matter because this is fraud especially when I reported it the minute my account got hacked but I guess Amazon doesn't believe me, so I will take matters into my own hands, legally.
