1 starAmazon is a horrible company. I have had horrible service and even had to pay to return something that Amazon didnt deliver the entire item ordered. I ordered a mailbox and Amazon only delivered half of it and said they could not send the rest because it wasnt a full order only partial. I had to take the useless part I did get to *** to return it because A,pmazon said they had no way to pick up the return. What they are a delivery service, so how can they not pick up a bad order when it is their fault. and I had to pay for packaging for the return because the box sent by Amazon fell apart. They would JOT reimburse me for packaging.I gave them another chance and ordered 3 items for my dog who is injured and needed these items. Amazon said I would get my order by today. They did NOT deliver my orders but said they did, and have no one you can actually speak with for help. Amazon is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 1 starI ordered a PS4 game for my grandson on May 20. Email stated delivery expected 5/31-6/3. Next email delivery date sooner than expected now 6/1. On 6/1 in the late afternoon I get an email saying the game would not be delivered until 7/11. I called customer service. The woman I spoke to (funny they never give their name!) told me I had ordered from the wrong company. So while on the phone I placed another order for the same game with a "customer service guarantee" his game would delivered no later than 7/5. Late afternoon on 7/5 I get yet another email saying 8/18. Lo and behold two days later I get an email saying delivery was estimated earlier than expected it would now be delivered 7/16. Well folks, it is 7/16. And late this afternoon I got another email. Yep you guessed it. Expected delivery is now 7/28. Another call to customer service. Was told there is another game listed on the website if I would like to place an order with another company. I asked if she could guarantee it would be delivered TODAY. I am leaving the order as is. I am curious no to see just how long it takes for this game to be delivered. Then everything even remotely connected to Amazon will be cancelled and/or thrown in the trash. I am done with them. 1 starI ordered one bug zapper it worked a few hours then quit. Couldn't get refund because they said it was too long. Also picture on box and instructions didn't match what was in box.Then I ordered two Other bug zappers. Both were supposed to be new. The outdoor one came and I have not installed it yet. The indoor one came today. In a battered up box saying I was giving it a second chance, NO I am not. I wanted new one, that's what I ordered.Review fromLeo M

1 starHorrible customer service ever! They could not even aid me out for on why my account is banned.One of the following messages: "My account has been closed for misusing my account for violating their terms. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site." I have seriously spoken to about 4 different people, even emailed customer service emails, and other calls that can expedite this problem. So far, after 2-3 years I have with Amazon is banned from them. I do not think they treat their customers fairly, since most of the customer service people can do SO much, but barely help out with account inquiries. I hope this "paragraph" sheds light on this company, but I lost all hope for Amazon. Furthermore, I hope this review sheds light, if not there will be a bigger problem for Amazon later in the future with their customers.Review fromAndrew K

1 starI will no longer shop with Amazon. They are refusing to give me a refund for an rug I returned from a 3rd party seller. Im being told the account is under investigation. I emailed the Drop off package receipt, and they still refuse to give my refund. I ordered a 48x72 inch rug. I received the rug folded down to 20 inches in a 20 inch envelope. It was unusable. An Amazon employee suggested I iron the rug. I returned the rug.Im sick with anger that I cant do anything about. When I told the rep I was contacting my bank he replied Do what you have to do. We will not give the refund until investigation is complete. I am not a Prime member because I think Prime is absolutely horrible.Amazon is playing with my money. 1 starSummary:I placed an order for QTY (2) of https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087C17XHX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details (TORACK Pegboard Wall Organizer 4 ft. Garage Metal Pegboard Organizer Utility Tool Storage Kit with Toolboard Hooks Accessories, Wall Mounted Storage Bins, Paper Towel Holder, Overhead Shelf) , after sorting for Amazon Prime Day deals. (7/13/22). I found the TORACK was on sale for $129. I put two of them in my cart. Apparently while doing other Amazon shopping, it sat in my cart for >15 minutes. I completed the transaction on 7/13/22, but I failed to notice Amazon had changed the price in my cart, raising it to $159 per item. I contacted customer service on 7/14/22 to alert them of the issue they would not resolve it, citing that it was in my cart too long, and that since the sale was over, they could not credit me the $30 per item that I was due. ($60) in total. I was not alerted that Amazon had changed the price while it was in the cart. **************** obviously can see the price was changed (they were the ones who relayed it was in my cart too long). They acknowledge that I purchased the item during Amazon Prime day, and that the price should have been lower, but they are unwilling to make it right. Major customer service fail, and frankly a bait / switch on price to buyers who might have several items in a cart and might not otherwise notice the subversive price swap/increase.Review fromLorraine W

1 starWhat Happened!!!What happened Amazon since youve purchased WholeFoods, your service has declined! I ordered food from Whole Foods no sooner did I click the button to order, I realize there was over $20 difference in the total price. When I looked into why the price increase, I noticed the two bags of Asian noodles I ordered had increased to four. I went in to decrease the number from four to two but was unable to do so. So I called and was informed that there was nothing they could do! So I canceled my order. They claim in the email I was sent, that I would be refunded in 1 to 2 business days, after 24 hours I saw no movement so I called, customer service but ********************** market Not whole Foods Market claims there was no record of me ordering anything and that any charges have been authorized and are in pending status, so Ill just have to wait until 3 to 5 business days for it to fall off! So Amazon gets to charge you whatever even before it ships, but they cant return your money you just have to wait 3 to 5 business days for it to fall off!! Amazon youre becoming the worst! And thats a shame Because in the beginning you were all that and a bag of chips.
