      I ORDERED A BRAND NEW LAPTOP COMPUTER FOR $619.00, WITH THE DELIVERY SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, JULY 23, 2022. KNOWING THAT AMAZON SOMETIMES DELEIVERS EARLIER THAN STATED, I LEFT A BIG ONE FOOT SIGN WITH BIG LETTERS ON MY ***** DOOR, TO PLEASE LEAVE BOX UNDER BREEZEWAY, NEXT TO THE GARAGE, SO IT WOULDN'T GET STOLEN OR RAINED ON. SO HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED, I SEE ON MY COMPUTER THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. I OPEN MY ***** DOOR, FIGURING AT THE VERY LEAST, THE DRIVER WOULD HAVE LEFT IT ON MY ***** STOOP, BUT THIS **** AMAZON ***, LEFT THE $619.00 COMPUTER, INSIDE MY ***** DRIVEWAY GATE. IT COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY STOLEN BY ANYONE WALKING BY. HE DUMPED IT THERE, ON PURPOSE, SINCE HE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO WALK UP TO THE ***** STEPS.... AND THEN TO SEE AND READ THE ***** EVERYTHING I DID TO MAKE THIS DELIVERY SMOOTH AND SAFE WAS ALL JUST A BIG EXERCISE IN FUTILITY. THEN NOT ONLY DID THE **** *** DRIVER, NOT REALLY DELIVER THE PACKAGE, HE LIED ON THE DELIVERY. THE WEB****, SAYS "DELIVERED TODAY - YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS HANDED DIRECTLY TO THE RESIDENT." ???????????????????????????????? REALLY? WHAT A BUNCH OF HOOEY. THEN YOU GO TO THE **** AND THERE IS REALLY NO EASY WAY TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT TO THEM, EVERYTRHINHG HAS A CANNED ANSWER AND REMEDIES. MY REFLECTIONS NOW ABOUT AMAZON. NOT ONLY IS THEIR AMAZON CREDIT CARD, LACKING ANY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PACKED WITH ADD ON FEES, YOU HAVE TO CALL AND REMOVE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE AND UNACCEPTABLE, SINCE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS WHO REALLY SUFFER. BUT THEN AGAIN, THEY KNOW THAT, BUT SINCE THEY ARE A GIGANTIC COMPANY, THEY DO WHATEVER THE **** THEY PLEASE. BIGGER ISN'T ALWAYS BETTER, AS IS QUITE OBVIOUS WITH THIS GIGANTIC COMPANY. I WILL TELL YOU ONE THING, I WILL AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH AMAZON IN THE FUTURE

      I tried to make a purchase from Amazon for a fifty dollar gift card and my order kept getting declined for two days they told me their security team was looking into the issue well I can't wait anymore so I will take my business we elsewhere

      Had a continuous delivery issue where carrier (Amazon *******) drivers message a delivery but never arrived. No confirming screenshot either lately. Amazon customer service lately uncooperative, denying either replacement, refund or contacting carrier to rectify delivery issues. Told me I would have to find them and contact myself. Very poor customer service . Supply chain and lots of deliveries aside, one should expect a paid for package to arrive. Thank you.

      They never deliver things on time I waited 2 weeks for my item. And I called to ask for a credit when they missed not one but two deliveries set by them. And pushed my delivery back another 5 days. But offered me nothing. Guess Ill cancel my prime membership and stop buying from them. Spoke to 2 reps in chat and both offered me $10 credit but never received and spoke to someone in the heavy item department at customer. And he offered nothing and was rude as well.

      I was advised on a delivery that if the item did not arrive on a scheduled date that I could cancel and get a refund.On the day after and item still hasn't arrived, it allowed me to cancel; however, they advised if the item was delivered after the cancellation to deliver it back to them, which means I would have to go out of my way to bring it back and pay for the fees associated on bringing it back.I asked if I'm able to keep it to get a comp for the inconvenience and my question was never answered.The bot answering my question is automated so it doesn't know how to customize the response. A bit unsatisfied with this transaction.

      Amazon claims their Blink outdoor cameras are weather-resistant and failed to mention it doesn't hold up against thunderstorms. We just had one a week ago and after the storm one of my outdoor cameras went offline. I went to investigate and took it down, I open the camera and to my surprise, it was completely soaked. Had to pour the rest of the water into the sink and now wonder how is that possible. I spent a good amount of money on these cameras so I called their customer service. I was on hold for 45 minutes and when I finally spoke with their representative, she insisted that their device runs through quality control and insisted that I may not have closed the device properly. she ultimately says "she cannot help." In summary, I felt humiliated and made a liar. I would NEVER buy any of their cameras ever again.

      Amazon is selling off returned products under "promo deals" and are not in anyway helpful when requesting a new product for the same price instead.They just say "return it and buy for full price"

      Ordered a fake USB drive and was refused a refund despite it being a known scam product and being removed from Amazon, since it was just outside the 30 day return window. Amazon is knowingly selling scam products / fakes and refusing refunds.

      I spoke with ****** about my order being delayed and she couldnt help so I asked for a manager and was only sent to a different retail department and spoke with Jisoo. He told me Amazon couldnt do anything since the order hadnt shipped and for me to wait until tomorrow. He also said he was going to call me the following day. I never received a call and my order still hadnt shipped. I then called and spoke with ******** and she could help me so I was transferred to ****** who just stopped talking on the to make it seem a bad connection. I called back and then spoke with manager, ******, who says that there was nothing she could do since the order already shipped. I was told previously that the order had not shipped but now it will be here on the date of my departure! Poor service, poor communication, poor retention *****!

      Amazon has been terrible. Recently spent some time on the phone with someone from the investigation division about their drivers opening doors to my house to deliver packages. While going through this it was noted we dont have the key entry access that they offer so they were entering our home without permission. We also found that the pictures they are supposed to take of packages were not of the packages and instead of the items in our garage. After this started happening we had random vehicles drive by our house slowly and recording as if they were trying to look for entry points and when we would be home versus not. This was brought up to the amazon person. She advised that there would be notes to NOT TOUCH doors, just leave package beside them outside. This didnt happened. Today it happened again where the driver got out of the delivery van and walked right into my garage and left a package. As soon as he saw me, he ran. Theres has never nor will there ever be permission for them to do this. This is scary that its still happening, we filed 2 police reports now with local police about the issues. This needs to stop. Youve lost customers due to this as its a security and privacy issue.
