      I did not receive my package from Amazon. Com prime. I used the chat button to get ahold of a Amazon assistant FOUR times, all four times I was to receive a email confirming that we spoke andi was told 1-2 and 24 hrs I'd get a refund email.... I STILL Haven't received anything!!! Not my package not my refund not even ONE email

      Im tired of paying for Amazon plus, but not getting the benefits that I pay for. This is like the 3rd time this year that my guaranteed delivery time has changed. There is no benefit to this service and it seems like a rip off.

      Be careful when you use a *** card they will charge stuff to your credit card and say *** does not cover it. I got charged for whole milk. When I called and asked what the charge on the credit card was the lady said it's the driver's tip which was a lie. Then she said whole milk is not covered by the *** card. I told her all dairy products are covered and the supervisor was no help either. he said that I could cancel the order and re order it I said why it'll be the same problem. So I'm going to register a complaint with the state social services about how Amazon treat's customers who use the *** card.

      On 7/23/2022 i got my 4th or 5th fraud text in the name of amazon. Everytime i got a fruad text i called amazon but no one cared to help me. On 7/24/2022 i called amazon again but when i spoke to ****** she just made beleived to help me and then all of a sudden told me that she will call me back in ***** min but never got back to me. I want to close my amazon account because 1st of all there very bad **************** 2nd of all there website. Other company website you could order via entering your email and password on your account without any problems and these companies have gr8 customer service. Last week i tried ordering from amazon and other copanies and just by amazon website when i entered my email and password from my Amazon account it gave me problems it was locked while by the other companies website i put in my email and password i was able to Go rite into there website and order what i need in there website. I am thinking to close my amazon account and maybe reopen when i want to order from them again. If you do not have an amazon account then do not open up one. If you do have an amazon account then please close it for your own sake. Amazon shares with scamers customer information behind there customer back and they liey to there customer that they do not share any information to others. Other companies do not share any information from there customers. How do i know. Because i never got a text or email from a scamer in there company name.

      Ever since Amazon began using its own drivers in our area, instead of **** we have had almost 50% of our packages misdelivered, to various neighbors or at times, to unknown locations. We have contacted Amazons chat for almost all of these, with a promise to correct the issue; yet it keeps happening. Clearly they just dont care.

      Applied for an Amazon Prime Rewards card with an 800 credit score for the extra $200 promotional reward. Did not receive the $200 promotional reward, had a conversation with customer support and the supervisor assured me I would have the $200 added to my account through a different team, in writing. The other team denied to add the amount to my account. Billion dollar company making fraudulent promotions without repercussions, absolutely ridiculous.

      Amazon fails at shipping and following basic instructions. I requested all packages put inside a gate , when they do this no issue but anaconda uses others that fail and drivers that **** so now Im being told items delivered are here when they are not . Amazon fails . They scam you and pot blame on there bad drivers . I closed my account over this . I suggest not using them as they are horrible . They refuse to help and ***** you .

      I placed an order with two items with free shipping. When it didn't arrive at the expected time, I checked my order online. It indicated that it was undeliverable and being returned to amazon warehouse. It took 2-4 days with several calls and people to tell me why it was undeliverable. Finally, one said the package was damaged and couldn't be delivered. It was in transit returning to Amazon warehouse. I received no communication about this to alert me. I had to beg to please send a replacement for that order. It took 1 hour on the phone for them to agree to send a replacement order prior to the return of the other. As if I was the one returning the items. Longer story short, 3-4 weeks later I received an email stating they received my return. I was charged $5 for return shipping. And now, of course all systems are down due to their overload of the Prime days sales. I can't call or chat or email about the error. And this is only one of the many unfair occurrences. Wow. What a company. Cancelling my trial Prime.

      Amazon will not allow negative reviews of sellers, even when it has nothing to do with the fulfillment process and has everything to with the item purchased from the seller. Items continue to arrive much later than initially promised. Counterfeit goods are becoming more and more popular on the platform and Amazon is doing their best to cover up the incidents. Service prices are increasing while quality is plummeting.

      I purchased a coffee machine from amazon and it was originally sent to the wrong address. I called amazon to fix the issue. **************** cancelled the order, refunded the order toward a gift card, then proceeded to order the machine for the correct address. I was told I would receive the machine in two days, fast forward a week later and I still had no machine. The order was lost in transit. I called the customer service again. The lady on the line told me that the order would not process as 'lost in transit' until 9pm and that I needed to call after 9pm. I called after 9pm, another lady told me it would not process until 3am and that I needed to call the next day. The next day rolls around, I call for a refund. The gentleman on the line told me that the refund call lines were busy and that he would have someone call me. No one called. I received an email an hour later that I was being refunded on a gift card when I originally purchased using my debit card. I called Amazon customer service again. Another gentleman answered the phone and I told him everything. He told me that all he can do is give me a gift card. I told him I did not want a gift card. He said "I can only give you a gift card, goodbye and have a good day." I attempted to respond and he hung up on me. I called back. Another lady answered and I told her everything, she said "I need to transfer you because I am just a lovely lady that cannot help you", I told her I do not want to be transferred to the refund department because they just hung up on me. She said I cannot do anything I am transferring you, I asked "where to?" She said I cannot disclose that information, and then transferred me. Surprise, surprise the next person she transfer me to said I cannot do anything and I am stuck with a gift card that I do not want. Thank you Amazon for your very impolite customer service.
