      Zero accountability. As soon as you spend money with them their priorities stop. They will remind you everyday where you left off LOOKING on their website but offer no resolution to late packages. Was told if my package didn't arrive by a certain day I could get a full refund. It didn't come and I wanted said refund but Amazon said that I need to wait 2 more days and if it didn't come by then I could get a full refund. 2 more days went by, no tracking info no nothing and I still can't get a refund it just says to wait longer......... Something ain't right!

      Amazon has charged my bank account $15.89 for 2 months in a row for an account that I don't have. I contacted customer service, and they have put me through so much just to get my money refunded back to my account. The 1st time the rep finally refunded some of my money - NOT ALL OF WHAT THEY PROMISED ME!!! The 2nd time I reached out to them, they switched reps on me in the middle of the conversation, and I got nowhere. The 1st rep said they saw the charge. The 2nd rep said they didn't see anything at first and then he found the charge but couldn't give me any information about it. WHAT THE HELL!!!! They have no problem charging my account but can't give me information about it? What kind of sense does that make?!?!?!? I'm sick of being inconvenienced by Amazon. They have caused me overdraft fees! They have lied to me over and over again about the draft from my account which HELLO I have proof of! I see Amazon in a whole new light now!!!

      Amazon employees INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE ORDERS!!!!!!! There have been countless where I have received deliveries from Amazon Fresh/Whole Foods with products damaged. Ive received potato chip bags that somehow got grease on the paper bags but yet they were closed. Ive received products on several occasions that have odd odors on the packaging which makes no sense. Needless to say Ive received countless boxed items with the boxes crushed, ripped and very damaged. The only reason I have continued to order through Amazon is because of the convenience since Im not fully able to going shopping for myself. Ive reached out to Amazon multiple times about the damage to my orders, sometimes Ive received refunds, but now they respond to me as if Im lying even when I send them proof, then they dont respond. **************** tells me to not worry and the next order wont be the same. Its funny how in the ******* but the customer service is in *****, hmmm??????

      On 7/27/2022 amazon had closed my account because their "records" show that they "previously closed an account of yours for violating the terms of our Conditions of Use agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site." I responded back to them saying that I did not violate any terms of services and that I did not own any other account. This is ridiculous because I had bought 1 year worth of amazon prime and they suddenly close my account when I had done nothing wrong but buy products on their website. I kept replying back to their "account specialist" that they have made a mistake, but they assured me that they were correct and they would not be reversing their decision of closing my account. I had recently even order thousands of dollars worth of items on their website and I had rightfully paid for them. This just doesn't make any sense and when I try to find out the "other accounts" I apparently have because they "thoroughly" looked into it, they wouldn't list the accounts that they found have violated the terms of service. How are you going to not share the information of other amazon accounts that they apparently think that are connected to my amazon account? I keep arguing back with the specialist and they are no help at all because they keep replying back to me with the same email saying that "another account of yours has violated the terms of agreement."

      Don't ever order with Amazon and then try to cancel something a couple hours later. They play with your money and tell you that they can't cancel it even though it's still sitting in the warehouse. They make you either send it back take it to one of their things or refuse the delivery which makes you take more time to cancel something and just get your money back for something that was only ordered a couple hours ago. Their policies are not customer service based their policies are solely there to line ******************* pockets they do not care about their customers and they only are there to take your money and make it difficult for you to return anything. I don't even want to give them one star because even though they're one rep was nice all their policies are geared to keep their pockets lined instead of customer service and keeping the customer happy. They might happily issue you a $10 promotional credit to continue to spend money with their company if it's sold and fulfilled by Amazon but they can't give you back your money because the item is still sitting in the warehouse they have to wait till it's delivered and spend all your extra time trying to get your money back for something that you canceled within 2 hours of ordering because it was the wrong product.ZERO STARS

      I recently ordered the Dakpets 4" Professional deShedding and Light Trimming Tool for removing my dogs dead loose undercoat and it is fabulous ... OMG !!! Thank you, thank you. I give this item a 10 Star rating not a 5. ??

      Amazon technical support is run by a bunch of inbred AI. Who can't figure out a problem if it depended on their last braincell. I'm surprised they can even breathe.Pro tip. Don't put AI in charge of your security. Inbred *****. Give me a light, you turds.

      I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered the same day. The map in the app shows me Im the next stop then screen goes away. I called and called Amazon they kept saying it was deylayed, how if I was just the next stop! Then they kept telling me it would be delivered at 8pm at 10pm and I never got it! Called the next day and they canceled my order and they couldnt send out a refund!!! This is bad business I paid for same day shipping not next day, not two days later!!!! I see the truck in my neighborhood everyday and as a customer a this was unacceptable!
