      I ordered a product on 06/29/2022 I no longer wanted the product and returned it on 07/07/22 .I returned it via *** Amazon has yet to give me a refund the keep adding extra days and blaming it on *** .I spoke to at least a dozen representatives in regards to my refund nobody has a answer .I will be closing my account and disputing the charge with my bank beacuse thats the only solution to get my money back .

      I was going to order electric bike,(the price was ****** dollars,) so the bike went out stock that quick and when it comes available they are going to charge me a higher price which is ****** and not the sale price! Which is fraud! You suppose to sell the merchandise at the sale price when you have in your cart and the sale price at that time@

      The customer service is a nightmare!Heres my situation: On July 31, 2022 around 8ish int the morning, I was looking around to purchase an air filter for my car, hoping I can get it on the same day so my friend would replace it for me. Apparently, Amazon offered for a PICK UP at one of their locker locations near my house and promised it will be arrived at 3PM the latest. Because its my only day off for the next few weeks that can match my friends schedule and the ** in my car smells so musky whenever its on. Thats why Im very desperate to get it done.Then 3PM passed by, i kept checking the status of my order and gotta rearrange a meeting. What made me feel so bad is that my friend also cancelled his plan, drove 30 mins to my house for nothingAnd 4PM, I checked again then I found out that the status now changed to 6PMTOMORROW without noticed. That was not it I contacted Amazon customer service via chat thinking it would be quicker for a small issue like this. I got lost connection with the first two CS, but from the 3rd one its all c*** They're either ghosted for a while then transfer me to another one or told me to wait. The worst one EVER was the person named Kunal, s/he didnt even read the previous conversation and straight out to tell me: Your order will be delivered by July 31. Please wait until then.I was like its 21:41 now on July 31 here in **********. What year should it be thenAnd Kunal replied: till 9PM. (???????????) Then i was transferred to few other CS after Kunal. And I was told 9 wait until the item gas arrived the. If I dont pick it up, they will schedule a return, So I have to wait until they receive it back in order to get a refund.I dont know how well do Amazon train their CS but the whole thing made me feel like I was AT FAULT COMPLETELY over a false promise . If you cant do it then dont be so sure or at least have a back up plan for the incident that might happen. Now Im still struggling with bad **

      My orders are rarely on time. Orders arrived completely different than what I ordered. Returns slow and frustrating.

      My fire stick remote wasnt working. Amazon sent me another one but still didnt work they assured me that they would send me a new fire stick with remote and never did it. Its a month since I first requested a resolution. They would email me at 3 AM saying theyre still working on it. Truly unacceptable. Ive been an Amazon prime member for a very long time and the customer service From representatives and supervisors are atrocious. Amazon didnt care that I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I advised them I would buy the same product with the competitor. I am demanding that only an apology but a reimbursement for the time and stress less cost.

      This is an email I received from an Amazon employee who told me she got up 5:30am to assist me and that her husband was sleeping in the bed next to her while she was on the phone with me:Dated July 31, 2022:Dear ....You have every right to be upset about your order but you have no rights to interfere in my personal space and talk s*** about my life. I was helping you out with your order.       Amazon is not fulfilling a order I placed in June. It was supposed to arrive on July 28th, now they are saying it will arrive in the middle of august. These are cleats for my son. I called customer service and they were not able to help fix the issue. I am very disappointed with their service. They sent me. Email saying that my conversation was inappropriate but nothing inappropriate was said. Im very unhappy customer!!

      Had an order that show delivered, but I could not find it. It showed it was handed directly to a resident. Come to find out the delivery driver just threw it on the hood of my car I may not have the nicest newest car but I still dont appreciate people putting stuff on it potentially causing scratches, let alone saying it was handed directly to a resident when clearly it wasnt. I got my package so not a huge deal, but it would be nice if this didnt happen and the driver took the few extra steps to set it on the front porch so it wouldnt be as advertised to people driving by. Also, I found no way to file a complaint to prevent this driver continuing to do this.

      I purchased, so I thought return pallets via Amazon through 3rd parties. Only to find out the 1st time, was a scam from *****. I said ok. just a 1st time thing. I ordered a 2nd and 3rd time only to find out that these were scammers too! Amazon should have completely banned these seller from even selling on their website.

      Over the past month, I have repeatedly filtered my searches for "arrives overnight" or "arrive by tomorrow" because I was willing to pay for a more expensive item to get it quickly. In this case, it was a surgical recovery suit for my dog who was neutered and is becoming severely agitated by his cone. The item did not arrive the day it was promised, and the resolution offered by amazon is to cancel the order, which does not resolve the deceptive marketing practice. I can cancel the order, order a different product, but I still don't have the item that I needed. They are never going to care about an individual experience, but I sincerely doubt that this is an isolated incident, and until the BBB and States Attorney Generals become involved, their deceptive practices will continue.
