      I've had nothing but trouble with amazon.com. As a result I've asked to have my account closed & won't do business there anymore. This all came about with amazon getting a hold of my home phone number & using that on my account. They keep trying to send OTPs to it. They aren't smart enough to set up an alternate method of verification to use. As an aside I didn't save that much money with them anyway. So, no loss to me. Many other sellers to shop with out there. Temu comes to mind. after 2 hours on the phone with CS, enough already! Close it & goodbye.

      Amazon KDP apparently started using bots against bots against authors. I had several books published and the canceled account and stopped receiving revenue for any books sold. They also removed my books and over 50 positive reviews.The reason they terminated? They would not say anything except a violation of terms of services. I thought maybe it was an error. I contacted them over 3 months with same response: we need more time to investigate and will get back with you in less than five days.How many times did I get that message? Eight times! Then finally they said it was terminated ******* would not be reinstated. I would advise anyone who plans to publish on Amazon to find alternate means like ***** Draft2Digital, or ************.Otherwise you can buy a lot of time and money into promotions and reviews and have them all gone when another bot claims another victim! That is my warning to you.., The only reason they get one star is because I cant leave zero stars. Oh, bay the way I always do reviews for products I buy on Amazon and have spent between $25000-$3000 on their products. Not any more! For Amazon to treat their customers like this is unprofessional.

      We bought I cosrway mini split air system from Amazon Sunday the put a hold on our $ 736.in the bank. A few hours later the purchase was made but the hood didnt drop and they had twice the money! We got hold of them and they said this is how they do business and we can expect our money back in 3 to 5 business days. I only spent 736 and the took double! No warning that they would bill ** twice and keep the extra for 3 to 5 days before I hit the order button! That shouldnt even be legal! Here it is Day 3. They have our money we dont. If you put a hold on an acct for an order it should drop off immediately once its taken out for real. This is stealing in my book.They dont even deserve 1 star

      False promises and zero accountability. I ordered a desk back at the end of March and it was coming directly from *****, so I expected it take a month. Well 2 weeks after placing the order the seller and his store is no longer active. I contacted customer care and they told me nothing could be done til the estimated delivery date which was may 8th. It turns out Amazon let a fraud seller slip through the cracks and the desk I ordered was now double the price. I contacted customer care again and came to an agreement with a representative that they would refund me the difference since they refused to give me a gift card, or credit. Well I placed the new order and contacted customer care when it arrived and was told that's not even something they do. Now that I've spent twice as much as I was promised I would spend on that exact desk Amazon basically tells me ***** to **** and my only option is a full return. I have documentation proving I was promised a refund and they refuse to do absolutely anything about it.

      Amazon continuously keeps giving me problems, my packages keep being stolen or not delivered, they dont do proper background checks and interviews before hiring just anybody to steal things people like ME pay for. Check out to me is a scam they make you think you saved money but adds on multiple others taxes and expenses to your overall order, customer service rep ****** are literally the LEAST helpful they cant do their job to save their own lives. And to think Amazon was just the top selling/buying market in the 21st century and as usual every company gets cocky and starts falling and failing and Amazon is headed straight for a Crash out . Instacart is Amazons competition for real. I will no longer be an Amazon customer anymore. Ive made over $5,000 purchases and Im done with them now. Last customer service agent really showed me how careless Amazon is becoming.

      Never received the package. Driver delivered to wrong address - or - decided to keep the item. Stolen property by the driver. Cannot get a hold of Amazon by telephone nor by website chat. I continue to receive the run around. So, am I supposed to just give Amazon the money I spent on the item? This is how this fraudulent company makes millions of dollars on consumers. This is standard procedure.

      Amazon can be a lifer saver and a nightmare. I love their fast shipping! But the reason I went out of my way to leave this review is Amazon and Planet Fitness did joint promo recently for a free Amazon Halo. Shortly after signing this year long commitment Amazon discontinued their Amazon Halo starting this July it will no longer work from my understanding. I actually contacted Planet Fitness and they were great. But long story short I was unable redeem my Amazon Halo due to email issues and theyre refusing to assist me because they consider it a 3rd party situation. So Im out an $80.00 value

      I ordered an item, it was being delivered by Amazon, and when it was out for delivery the item was damaged and the delivery was cancelled. I was notified that a refund would be issued 3-5 business days(and in some cases up to 60 days) AFTER they get the item back!! First they have the item already so why isn't a refund issued immediately to a gift card so people can reorder the item YOU damaged? Or why isn't the same item immediately reordered by YOU after the item is cancelled due to damage? Why should I have to WAIT for you to get the item back when you already have it and then WAIT 3-5 business days AFTER that to get a refund? You have my item I paid for, you damaged it, you keep it so now you have my item and my money and I just have to sit here and wait for a refund? Thanks

      ordered item off a baby registry; item was delivered to me instead of the mother; answered a knock on my door and there was the item; never saw a delivery man; contacted Amazon; after much runaround Amazon hung up on me and refused to issue refund; also I found out that they had opened up an account with me without my knowledge; after more runaround they (apparently) did close the account but still did not correct there delivery mistake
