      They support and encourage fraud on the behalf of sellers. They've really become worse than ********** in the last few years. **********************************************************************************************************************************

      Amazon has gone significantly downhill. I have about a 65% success rate when ordering from them at this point, with about 1 out of every 3 orders being canceled or never shipping.

      I was able to place an order for products <$40. I was sent notification that my order was shipped. I clicked on the email to track my packages. Amazon locked me out of the account pending a "2 factor authentication" code. I then called customer service confused as I had updated all my information when placing my order. So why was I being asked to verify my account with a code sent to an old cell phone...that I longer have. It was a very painful experience. Words can't describe the icky feeling I had I was then asked to verify by debit card digits and was later asked to provide the "transaction #" from my checking account. The " transaction code" was nowhere to be found on my bank. I literally provided all the information I had, everything but my SS# and it was not enough. I was allowed to buy things from the company, but I then was no longer was able to track/verify anything on my account. Seems a little backwards. Shouldn't you verify that I am not a scammer before taking my money. Seems that "they" are the ones doing the scamming. Mind you 2wks later and one of my packages has not showed up. I am not understanding how this can be so. I no longer desire nor will i attempt to purchase from Amazon. What has happened to the customer experience.

      Delivery delays when promised next day delivery. It is fraudulent to promise next day delivery then delay orders by 3-4 days. It is false advertising and shady business.

      Amazon is a nightmare when it comes to missing items. I reached out to Amazon escalation department several times, which there are demanding a police report and the police will not provide a report since Amazon delivery company picture only show what they delivered and there is no camera footage. Amazon escalation department hung the phone up and the other agents just totally ignore me. Although I gave them the police name, badge number and phone number to contact. This is just poor service from such a major company.

      Hello folks, I used a ********* credit card to order a few items a couple months back. If I recall, I did not sign up for Amazon Prime or Video. A month later, Amazon stole from my ****************** account. Each transaction said it was for Prime and video. After going back to my previous emails, Amazon has not sent me a confirmation email stating that I signed up for Prime and Video. I contacted 3 customer service agents from ********************** and gave them my last 4 digits to my Chase debit card. All three of the agents said that they couldnt find me. My ************* account is where the funds were being withdrawn. For future reference folks, please always cancel your bank debit card ASAP after ordering something from Amazon. Even if you are using a Credit Card that is separate from your bank account. Sadly, ********************** was able to gain access to my bank account because with their sophisticated technology, Amazon was able to trace my ************* account (funds source) that was linked to my Citi Credit Card, and stole money WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION!

      Ordered overnight shipping with my prime membership. The delivery driver didnt follow instructions and left the package outside of the apartment complex building instead of the secure mailroom/Amazon lockers. The package was stolen. Their customer support team didnt do anything to help. They said they wouldnt refund me or replace the item. Cancelled my prime membership and wont ever return to Amazon.

      If I could give a negative 5star I would worst customer service I've ever spoken with. Yes I know most are over seas now but I can normal deal with them and understand what they are saying. Amazon's customer service representative are the worst. Couldn't understand 3/4 of what they were trying to say. And when. I could they kept transferring me. And asking the same identical questions which weren't hard to answer. I was transferred to a specialist of absolutely nothing because he asked the same questions as the Normal representative. And gave the same answer. Saying they could reship my item and never did. Said they had to transfer me. By far the worst customer service EVER. ******************* KEEP CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ***************** SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

      Worst experience ever I recently purchased a lace front wig from Amazon it was $57 in I ordered it I waited got a message saying my order was delivered that was back in March or April they said it was delivered on the 5th the delivery guy delivered my package to someone else because when I got home seen the status it said delivered so I logged into my account seen the picture of someone opening there door grabbing my package in I been trying to figure out how while I get a refund it's been about 2 to 3 months going on I'm so tired in confused about this whole situation I just want a refund everyone from customer service keeps telling me it's nothing they can do they can't help me I asked multiple times trying to reach out to Amazon if there any hope at all I will surely appreciate a refund in stick to in store shopping instead of online

      For Audible - subscribed, and when I went to cancel, my account was "locked". The specific help number they gave on the page to resolve the issue straight up said they can't help me. 20 minutes later and I'm still getting bounced around because apparently no one is able to actually fix the problem.I'm trying to cancel and literally can't. They make it an absolute pain so you'll just give up. Had similar issues with prime in the past as well. Never again
