      I have been trying to resolve a refund issue with Amazon and I have been transferred five times, talked to a very very rude agent, who pretty much told me "I've already told you what you need to know bye", and then just transferred over and over and over again with no resolution. I don't know what is going on with Amazon lately but they are s******* up so so much on delivery, on customer service, refunds. I am very very dissatisfied.

      I don't get how a company can mark my item delivered and not deliver it and tell me. It's gonna be delivered the next day that's b*******. I have my truck tour apart waiting for the park that was supposed to be here today. The did not come I did cancel my item I will go to the park store and buy it and I will never buy from Amazon again. This is the worst company to deal with this aint the 1st time they've done. This marked item delivered it and not be delivered. I wonder how many people get scammed out of their items. That they say they deliver that never get them...Like I said Amazon is lost all business for me. I will go to the store and it won't be wal-mart either

      I'm been with Amazon for years and all of sudden they decided to lock my account. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of products from them. I have called numerous times and I get the same results. It needs to stop.

      Amazon kept charging me a $14.99 a month fee even though I paid for an annual membership. The Amazon customer service representative told me too bad. He told me he was going to transfer me to another department and to not hang up. After ******************************************* on hold to see how long I would wait before I hung up. He had no intention of transferring me. I called back to cancel my membership and get a partial refund since it had only been a month since I was charged for an annual membership. He told me since I used my membership I couldnt get any refund. I gave up on them and called corporate. They gave me a $125.10 refund. Ill never go back to Amazon!!!

      I have returned a laptop to amazon and amazon promised me a refund with an email that says "our manger successfully processed a refund of $3,433.34 to your credit card" over a month ago and I still haven't gotten my refund. They stole my laptop and wouldn't give me my money back. I have spent hours on the phone with them to find a resolution and all they do is feed me with more lies. They keep promising me that I will get my refund and then I call back after 2 weeks and they say "Oh we never actually processed the refund, we will do it now" and I'm still waiting. I have so many emails from them confirming that I will get the refund and I yet to see it happen. The worst company and I spent thousands of dollars with them. Lawyer is my next destination.

      Amazon goes against our rights telling us the money we spend is not our money! I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon just for them to tell me that it's nothing but fraudulent I make my money honestly. They also removed all my reviews that was my freedom of speech. Something needs to be done.

      Amazon has turned into a rambunctious business. They are very unprofessional, and they have now thrown out all of their policies to fulfill the customer service needs. According to the standards of professionalism. I have been seeking a refund for an item that I returned earlier in the month of May 2023, and until now I have not been refunded for the merchandise that I turned into the *** store, where I live in Northeast ** on the day that I turned in three items, two of which were refunded to my original form of payment, and the third one they are telling me that my card declined the payment reimbursement now how was that? When I turned in three items to the same exact location which was a *** drop off store as I stated, two of them were refunded back, and one was not I have been getting the runaround by various people acting as if they are supervisors, and none of them are, Ive been lied to hung up on and totally disrespected and still to this day have not received my refund. Somebody needs to do something about this and the Better Business Bureau needs to intervene and bring closure to me getting my money back that I have yet to receive as well I have continued to order from them, and the ************* ************** have been bringing packages into our building and leaving them on the floor in the lobby for someone to walk right in the door and steal them and take them away on the day that I was supposed to receive a package. I notified Amazon that I did not receive the package, I was told by the representative that they would be re-issuing me a package the same day which was Monday, May 29 and I still have not received it. The representative told me if I did not receive it on that same evening to call them back and they would give me a full refund given anything except the runaround

      I have tried since Thursday the 25th to resolve a issue with Amazon prime falsely accused of using my funds. I had sent 2 items to friends that morning and was unable to log on to my account, it ask me to verify that it was me and I put in my full name, address, phone number and the last 4 diggits of payment method and still could not log on. After numerous calls with Amazon only to be told I had to wait ***** hours for their team specialist for further action, they didn't have options for what they were asking for in the emails. I received 4 gift cards in the mail this month and purchased products for myself and registry funds that friends have contributed to and they still to this day will not allow me to access my account. I've explained to them that I to my knowledge have not violated any regulations. My account is also set up through our TV provider and have no access to TV. My friend and myself are disabled and depend on health products to be delivered as we don't have ways of getting things ourselves. Family and friends who contributed to my family fund to help me get this. They are keeping people funds with no option to refund any amount. If using gift cards inappropriately I would not of had them on my list for purchasing anything. They have been rude, I've been hung up on, and threatened not to open another account while being told by another I could and was walked through it only to have that account closed as well. All I want is my account to be reopened. At the best of my knowledge I have not done anything wrong to be treated horrible.
