      3 weeks for a refund! I cannot believe that this is legal. I'm sure its to catch the constant and continued mistakes regarding payments. Its for Amazon's benefit. Nothing else. Surely they would not suggest that the added frustration has any other reason. I'll ask the big question, what happened to the promise of free 2 day Prime shipping? Actually thats never been the truth. Would anyone else like to talk to someone in ***************** that is familiar with Amazon products and procedures? Amazon is not interested in the customer. So I am only going to purchase from Amazon when ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! I need a store that I can physically go to and see what I'm actually paying for..

      Amazon is fine for small item purchases but DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OTHER REASON! We purchased a **** camera and they sent ** a box of pink paper masks. Upon calling about the problem they are unwilling to help ** with out the return of the masks. They sent ** a $10 box of masks yet charged ** for a $2,000 camera. This is not ok! We will give them their masks back but we are still out $2,000 with no camera. They have ways to make it better without needing a $10 box of masks back first. Buyer beware for major purchases you have no recourse or protection!

      I was issued a credit of $18 some change. I ordered some products which the representative gave me the wrong information about the product that I was ordering also did not inform me if I got a product and did not like it dead to critic was non reformable. I also asked to speak with a supervisor which refuse to review the conversation that I have with amazon.com employed when I placed this order. Also the delivery drivers from Amazon deliver products to a different address took pictures of someone else's house. And said it was delivered to me when I never got it and it was not my house.

      Amazon is THE WORST!I've noticed a growing pattern where Amazon's vendors take your money, say they've shipped your orders, but have in fact walked away with your cash. Then, when you contact Amazon, someone in Manilla apologizes and tells you your order is not eligible for a refund, as per the vendors instructions, regarding your order. So the question is, who stole my money? Because, I certainly never received my merchandise, and ***** reports that they never received the order to deliver. Their vendor in this instance is "Ikalido," an apparently **************** which should have been my first giant red flag. But I'm apparently far too trusting. On top of this, Amazon contacted my credit card company and instructed them NOT to accept my request to dispute the transaction! So I don't know what I'm going to do.

      I would honestly not even give them one star. They are a bunch of thieves my kids made a purchase and they now refuse to refund the money.

      Its unfortunate when you have to call customer service it is extremely hard to understand what the person is saying. And the multiple thank youand I am sorry throughout the call becomes incredibly irritating.

      I ordered three items from Amazon on May 31, 2023, the order was set up for same day delivery. That was a couple days ago. So, I chatted and then had them call me for help locating my order. After an hour of chatting and talking there was no resolution. They could not locate my order, they could not cancel my order, But they don't know where it is? What a joke, they are as bad as ******** They said to "just wait for it". They got too big to handle the load.

      I ordered on 6/1 retirement party decorations for a party I am having on 6/3. I paid extra to have them GUARANTEED delivery for 6/2 between 3am and 8am. It didnt arrive by the 8am deadline but was continuing to show as being out for delivery. Then suddenly it said tomorrow 6/3 by 8am. How can it be out for delivery then suddenly no longer going to be delivered. Amazon customer service was zero help. They gave me the logistics number who was of no help either. Then I was told as a courtesy we are sorry we are refunding your shipping charge. My response was that has nothing to do with courtesy! You didnt provide me the service I paid for so you have to refund my money. So I decided to do this review so the other customers will know that Amazon is unreliable and even if you pay for it, they dont seem to be able to get it to you when you ask for it. So if you have something that has an urgent need or you need decorations for a party or something like that you better get it from Amazon a month before because theres no guarantee theyre gonna have it for you in the timeframe they claim they are. But the funny thing is they have overnight shipping, so why couldnt you just overnight it or put it in the overnight stack so it could be overnighted to me so Id be guaranteed to have it on the day of the party! I spend a whole lot of money with Amazon every year I wouldnt rely on them for anything , because theres nothing they can do to fix it when they s**** up and the only answers they have are the answers that they are taught in Support training. Needless to say very disappointed! again Im only posting this because I want other people to not have to experience the anger and emotional upset when something like this happens so heads up, Amazon cannot guarantee you that your stuff is gonna get to you when you want it even though they claim they can and even though you pay for It.

      Buyers be aware. I sent back three items and two of those items were scanned into one box and the other one was in a box by itself. When I called about my returns, I was told that they only received two and a puzzle in which I never ordered from them. I returned Two sets of Microphones and a compact mixer. The guy at the *** store taped up the box for me and gave me a label for the items. Now someone at the *** or Amazon warehouse, swapped out my mics and replaced them with the puzzle. Now they are refusing to give me back my courtesy credits. As much business that we do with them, they should treat their customers right.
