      Amazon has lots of tricks up their sleeves to get your hard earned cash! If you're ordering something on sale watch the item until it ships. Amazon will change the price back to the original price because they think you are not watching. This recently happened to me. I ordered sandals for the sale price of *****, When they shipped Amazon changed the price back to the original price ***** and refused to refund my money. When I called and brought it to their attention they acted if I was crazy or hallucinating!

      Amazon is only convenient at the expense of their customers. Amazon deliberately sent me the wrong item, which I returned. They acknowledge receipt of the item but insist that I wait up to thirty days before they issue my refund which they will only issue on a gift cards. Once they issue the gift card I have to then appy to Amazon in order to receive my money back. Amazon is a cybernetic pirate ply the air waves of the internet.

      Hello my name is ************** purchase from the internet of Amazon and half of my purchase I received the other half they sent back due to Damage I have made three phone calls and email on your web spoken with several people Who said they could do nothing for me? I need to contact my bank well. I didn't buy the product from the bank. I bought it from Amazon. I explained to them that I pay my bills on time and that the payment is going into the next billing cycle the reception told me he has nothing to. Do with that. And I probably won't get my money until 14 days. Or I may not get my money back at all? So you telling me that you guys took $379 from me and I? Don't get it back? Can someone explain to me why.

      I purchased a NEW **** computer through Amazon.com in January of this year. The computer was a gift for our daughter, who needs a computer for her current work. The computer was shipped to my daughter from a third party, PennPC in ************. I believed it was to come directly from ****. It was working initially. AFTER 30 days, the computer was malfunctioning. It was returned to **** for hard drive replacement per Amazon's instructions. The computer came back without Word for Windows. It now had a Ubuntu app installed. This app was not what my daughter needed. When we contacted ****, we were told that this was a refurbished computer and we could not get the Windows program installed because it had never been on this computer. My daughter has contacted Amazon numerous times. It has now been 6 months since our purchase. I am on Social Security and this was a very large purchase for me. Amazon has determined that they will not reimburse the purchase as the complaint was not filed within 30 days of purchase. My daughter has tried very hard to straighten this out. I have NO FAITH in **** or PennPC any longer as they have been totally uncooperative. I purchased a new computer and have not received one or my money back after all these months. I just want to have my money returned so that I can purchase a NEW and functioning computer. We feel it is extremely fraudulent that we received a refurbished computer rather than the new one we ordered. Thank-you for your assistance in this matter.

      I have been waiting for my prescription for over two weeks. At first it wasnt in stock. Then I was able to order it and the shipping has been delayed twice per prescription. Not to mention I paid almost ***** dollars out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I am very very upset. The customer service people and pharmacists are nice but I still dont have my medication. Amazon can do better instead of taking peoples hard earned money and not providing good service.

      always later delivery than advertised on prime purchase should not advertise 2 day delivery when it always takes double the time on most prime orders. sometimes peoples orders are time sensitive!! i pay for prime but always seems late. just be honest and tell us when we will realy get our stuff

      The Amazon fresh location sends out well expired food!! Im so upset right not and I cant even get in contact with customer service because they say they experiencing high volume calls. No wonder why the service in Georgia is terrible! Ever SINCE I STARTED ORDERING FOOD IN GEORGIA THE SERVICE HAS BEEN FING TERRIBLE! FIRE EVERY THROW EVERYTHING OUT AND START OVER!

      Amazon has contacted few times to inform that they will charge me if an item will not be returned by June 12th, However, looking into my receipts I find that the return was completed on May 7th. I have proof of the return being completed. This is a serious mistake by Amazon and there is a possibility that a large amount of people based on the clients have the been charged twice for the items already returned. I request to raise formally an investigation for the protection of all the millions of customers that Amazon has in the market. This is unacceptable from one of the biggest companies in the world.***********************

      Today I tried to place an order with Amazon and could not place it without a "Prime Trial". I can't afford $15 per month. From now on I will do everything in my power to avoid Amazon. Last year I bought over $220 of items from them.
