      Amazon was decent at one time but over the past 6-ish years it has gone downhill, every single one of my last orders I have had to file complaint against their delivery personnel, because my packages have been delayed due to 1). the driver just doesn't want to deal with the gate to my community so will mark all packages for my neighborhood as delivered before making a U-turn and leaving. (Gate has cameras)2). the driver throwing all packages for the neighborhood onto the roof of a random house in the neighborhood.3). And my personal favorite packages showing up 7 months late after you have already cancelled the order and the packages in question look like they went through a war zone and have tire tread marks on them.All of the above are example of just some of the ** I have had to deal with over the last 6 years when ordering things from amazon. their customer service is the worst because their representatives with try and find a way to blame the customer for the package being late, or try and worm their way out of reimbursing you when you cancel an order.

      I honestly don't want to give Amazon customer service department any stars. I ordered earbuds from Amazon for total cost of $32.16. I received the item but when I checked my bank statement Amazon charged me the $32.16 4 times. I finally got through to talk to a customer service representative who looked up the transaction and confirmed I they overcharged me then she transferred me to someone else. The next Amazon representative also confirmed I was over charged then put me on hold so he could talk to someone. When he returned he told ******* had made 4 different stops to deliver my item and every time he did they my account. That didn't make sense to me bu this English wasn't very good and he was hard to understand. Besides I just wanted my money back I didn't care about how it happened. He then told me the $96.48 would e refunded my checking account within 5 days. Day 5, Day 6, Day,....******, and I have bills soon to be taken automatically out of my bank account. I call ********************** customer service again. Got same run around again transferred to whom I think is the same guy I was transferred to the first time. This time though he asked me take a snapshot of my bank statement and email it to him to prove the money hadn't been refunded. Blood boiling, I did as he asked h got the email and said yep, looks like it hasn't been refunded yet then me to someone else who's English was also not very good. She told me the supplier they first went to was out of stock, so they went to another one but they were out of stock and again to a third who also out of stock. The 4th supplier had the item so they got it through them. But each time they went to a different supplier they charged my account. She then told me it would now take **** days to get my money refunded. Blood evaporating, I stated this was not acceptable I have bills coming out with no money to cover them because of this.She I could talk to her supervisor but would get the same answer. I now have my bank involved.

      I placed an order May 11th and it was to be delivered 2 days later. It never came them and the next day is say not shipped. I have been going back and for with Amazon for weeks trying to cancel the order and get me refund. They all keep giving the same spill about a ticket being submitted and Ill receive an email. It never happens. I order very frequently from Amazon, this is very disappointing, and I am done!!!

      I don't trust Amazon.com now. Before I ordered a 3-tier shelf on-line I called Amazon customer service and ask them why is there no free shipping for this $82.99 item when they always say that they give free shipping for orders over $25.00. The customer service told me to go ahead and place the order and they will refund me the shipping cost to me when I received the order. When I received the item I called cust. serv. and I got a different person on the line and she told me that they cannot refund me the $25.14 shipping cost. I told her that the reason I ordered this item was because the other cust. serv. person told me you will refund me the shipping and he even sent me a email stating that the shipping cost will be refunded to me. I even sent her the email of the shipping refund but I guess they will not honor what the other cust. serv. told me. This is why I do not trust Amazon.com anymore and will not do business with them anymore,

      I have been a customer of ********************** for some time. I purchased an expensive watch. It came late and it didnt work. I sent it back and only got half of my money. The seller after being contacted on 3 occasions gave 3 different reasons for not giving me all my money back. Im upset that Amazon allowed this scammer to take my money. They promised me several time I would get the remainder. I never did. So both Amazon and the seller in my book do bad business. Myself and my family will no longer do business with them again.

      I returned an item Amazon confirmed return and refunded me only for a month later, to charge me for the same item, saying they never received it, even though it was confirmed received! I talked to Amazon customer service several times, and all of them gave me the same response that they will be unable to refund me. They confirmed it was received and still charged me!This company is not trustworthy. Anything you buy from them and you would like to return they will not give you your money back!

      They are thieves. ***** should be criminally charged for fraud. About 3 months ago I ordered a cellphone case from Amazon using my son's account. I gave him my debt card to make the purchase. For the last two months Amazon has been taking out $16.00 service fee for Amazon prime. I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT. My son refunded the first month because he thought it was something he did. He went on his account and made sure to delete my card number from his account. We thought that would solve the problem,but it didn't I was charged again this month. So I decided to call customer service and searching the whole sight for awhile I finally found one. And I spoke to someone named *****. Who got all my banking information and stole $370.00 out of my. I had to miss a day of work in order to open a new checking account. This whole thing has been an absolute mess. These people should not be allowed to get away with this, he is breaking the law by taking money from my account without my consent

      We ordered an item from Amazon.com that it sold and shipped straight from Amazon. The item was listed for $48.99 before taxes and fees. Now the same item and listing, so not from a different seller, straight from Amazon is now listed for $24.25. I contacted Amazon and they said the item is on sale. The listing shows that $24.25 is the sale price of 13% of but from $27.99 not $48.99 which we had paid. The only thing to do is return and repurchase. They won't even try to do a partial refund or a credit.Really shady tactics from Amazon.

      Worst customer service ever, even the managers are trash. Terrible listening skills and even worse problem solving skills. The agents cant even perform the most simple task without messing up something on the account. Asking for a supervisor is like asking for a million dollars. They constantly deny you a supervisor and if you keep asking they eventually hang up on you. This companys customer service is a complete joke and waste of money. This is the company that you call in an excellent mood and by the time you finally finish you are ready to throw the entire phone. It is horrible and one of the worst places to call for assistance with your account. **** need to do better.
