      I ordered a $800.00 swimming pool threw Amazon. It never arrived. I had to investigate where my package was myself. The company never sent it out. I contacted the carrier myself they said they never received it. I should get a refund right away not in 7 days. That's a lot of money. Now they are doing there own investigation that takes 7 more days . I have all the documents to prove it never got sent and they still won't refund me. Amazons a horrible company deleting my account if and when they refund me. I also talked to 3 different employees they didn't refund me either. A to z refund is what they call it. It's b.s. never spending my $ there again. Still out $800.00 dollar almost a month after purchase. Mad

      Amazon shut down my account and than my boyfriends account because he knew me and took all of our gift card balances, continue to charge ** for prime memberships and apps we had through prime. Refuses to open our accounts and continues to charge **. No one there will answer our questions and currently out of over $200 worth of merchandise and no refunds!

      I published a novel on CreateSpace in 2016 and have been a CreateSpace/*** author since then. Yesterday I logged on to my *** account to order copies of my book as usual but found that although *** seemed to recognize me (even though it wanted me to provide banking and other information it already had), it didnt seem to connect me with my book. For instance, my bookshelf didnt list it. In fact, the site seemed to be treating me as a prospective rather than existing author. After two hours of extremely frustrating attempts to contact someone at *** to order the books/fix the account problems, I gave up. The book is for sale on Amazon.com.The "help" function on the *** site is actually a "help yourself" function -- you get only a limited number of options to explain your problem, and the options produce myriad links to sections of ***'s "FAQ" and "troubleshooting" guides, the vast majority of which have absolutely nothing to do with the situation. I want actual help to resolve a *** problem, not hundreds of irrelevant links.There seems to be a problem with the account that I cant solve on my own as I said, I spent two hours yesterday (and another hour today) trying to do something that should have taken less than five minutes and I would like direct access to a service representative to work with me to make the account functional again. As of now, I have no way of ordering copies of my own book from ***.

      If I could give zero starts I would. Their seller is a fraud and steals money from customers and refuses to refund them for selling defective parts

      SHIPPING: Amazon is going down hill for me. I have order products based on delivery time in the past and Amazon has been right on the **** getting the products to me. But in the last 6 months my orders are not arriving on time. ** RETURNS: I have had problems with the ** code returns. Amazon has tried to rebill me a month later for a product I returned, stating they did not receive the product. Thankfully I kept the receipt to show proof. The problem is if you do not get that receipt the day you return the product at the *** store, you are out of luck. The *** store can not regenerate that receipt or track your product. My advice keep the receipt until the refund on Amazon says complete, not refunded.

      Absolutely the worst customer service center. Couldn't get a native English speaker. My question was to ask if there was a way to return an unwanted gift without alerting the buyer. A simple "no, we have to have a tracking number" would have been sufficient, but instead I was passed around to three different Indian representatives who didn't understand what a gift was. I had to repeatedly explain I was inquiring whether I could return something without the buyer knowing, but they hung up on me.

      My shopping account had fraudulent activity so it was closed. The Amazon flex app was deactivated because of this as well. A total nightmare trying to find someone that would understand what occurred. Following what the escalation team advised still didn't work to only be advised I would not be able to utilize flex again. Their error yet I'm being penalized. Very robotic and lacking common sense. Total waste of time.

      Been a customer for years but recently lot changed.. their customer ******************** on chat and phone are very very rude. Worst is Amazon do not refund for lost returns or deliveries. They dont care about tracking receipts. Be careful buying anything anymore on Amazon. Reporting to Consumer Affairs as well.
