      I'm just curious if it is not false advertising to state in writing that product will ship in 2day then change that to 5 business days to ship then 2 more business days after it leaves the warehouse. I would assume that listing of 2 days shipping would include handling also. Not start after it is on the truck. Along with no where does it state at point of purchase that this is how it will be processed. It's also a issue that I have to guess when I will receive the bill for items as it doesn't bill me till it leaves the facility. Meaning if you don't watch your account you could suddenly have a unexpected change show up. If you think you're paying at time of purchase seems very bate and switch to me. I was thinking that was illegal to do?

      They did not follow policy and did not issue my return back to my original card, instead issued a refund to a Amazon gift card to keep the money in their own account, Cheep! I want my refund back to my account and have cancelled my Prime Membership!

      Multiple times I have ordered from Amazon, until the past year I have always gotten my packages. Now it is hit or miss if I get them. Even if I pay for the extra shipping cost, the package still does not come on time, or does not come at all. It has put me on the spot way to many times for me to not have learned my ******* I called to tell them to tell them that packages said they were delivered to my house, we live on a dirt road, no other houses around... they said even though it says it was delivered it can still come tomorrow. Why pay for it to get here faster and it not come? They are really racking up on the extra charges, and missing packages. They offered no refund or expedite shipping to get the package replacement here on time. I have missed birthdays, holidays, and other important days waiting on them. Amazon is no longer convenient, more of a hassle.

      Im looking at the Amazon driver as I type this but once again my package is late. Why are we paying for prime when you dont do what were paying for. Your hub is only 10 minutes from my house. You took us in by saying order in the next 30 minutes to get it by a certain date and very rarely does the product show up on time! I could have driven to ******* today and gotten the item if I had known you were going to mess it up once again. ****** learned the hard way. To make matters worse they wont let you contact anyone who speaks English and theres no way to send an email. Just a generic chat with some machine who transfer you to yet another foreigner whos just going to say wait 49 hours. Prices are no longer competitive so like I said ******* has become a better option.

      Amazon allow sellers to overprize items they sell and when we request a refund, as a Amazon prime member we are liable for the shipping cost!!! I called Amazon and all they can offer is to contact the seller to provide the shipping cost.

      Amazon uses bait and switch on high-end electronics. I have bought a couple of high-end TVs from them. They advertise low-end models as though they have all the features you will need. But when you get them home, you cannot attach your peripherals to them. I got a good ********* But there were no inputs where I could connect a DVD/VHS player and there was no output where I could plug in the cables so that I could turn up the sound on my home stereo to hear the ****** cars roar or a stadium crowd cheer. Don't be conned by these scam artists. I've spent thousands of dollars at Amazon over the past two decades, but I cannot even get to talk to a person fluent in ******** English to express my frustrations. And when I ask for a call back, it comes from ***** or ******** where nobody cares that I have a good transaction or customer service experience!

      I get so tired of drivers stealing my items. It's almost not worth using Amazon...plus getting customer service is ridiculous. They should be able to track this c*** especially when the driver says an item has been "signed for" but alas...they don't care enough to bother.

      Amazon has signed me up to their Prime services without my consent and I have tried repeatedly to contact them they have been charging me since June 2023 and I have not been able to resolve this ********

      Amazon customer service is going down week after week. They hire unqualified people to do problem solving. **************** Reps are like robots. They can't think or talk on their own and use their best judgment. they just repeat the same thing over and over. Some of them are rude and unprofessional. I try to shop other places so I don't have to deal with their customer service department. They might be doing well in some areas but if they don't take care of their customers their rating will go down. Very difficult to deal with them.

      This company has gotten really bad. Ive been an Amazon customer for over a decade. *** spent many thousands of dollars on Amazon, and now every time I place an order that needs to arrive when it says it will arrive, it is late. Called to complain, and they dont even care. They dont value their customers, even the ones that have patronized them for many years, and that have spent vast amounts of money with them. Just cancelled my membership, and I wont be going back unless something changes drastically, and I am compensated appropriately for the large number of inconveniences this company has caused me.
