      I cancelled an item after seeing the delivery date would be seven days after my initial order. Two separate agents confirmed that it was cancelled successfully and I would be refunded. The confirmation of cancellation and refund was sent via email as well as by chat. The order then shipped anyway, and it is now somehow my problem to call the shipper and have the package sent back to Amazon, then receive a refund. This is despite all the proof I submitted of the cancellation and refund confirmation two days before it shipped. Ridiculous The buck stops with no one.

      I was sent the wrong item by this business twice. I returned the items and they recieved the items totaling 890 dollars. I was told once the items were recieved the refund would be processed. I called to customer service two weeks after the items were reported as recieved by them to see what the hangup was. At that point i was told it would be processed in two buisness days. Four business days later i called back and was told it will be another month before i recieve my refund. **************** confirmed that there was no issue with them recieving the items and that they did infact recieve the items. **************** informed me that they had no way to initiate the processing of the refund and that the system automatically processes it and if the refund isnt processed within a month i can get in contact with them so they can investigate. I was sent the incorrect items, hung up on several times and lied to multiple times just trying to get my money back for the items they already have had back in their possession for two weeks. To be clear i wasnt disrespectful and didnt raise my voice towards the customer sevice representatives at any point. It just seemed like once they heard the issue and realized they couldnt help they disconnected from the chat or lied to get me off the line. I would think that after sending me the wrong item twice they would be looking to make it right but here i am three weeks later out 890 dollars and having never recieved the item i ordered. This company and their customer service seem to be held completely unnacountable

      Amazon legit takes your money makes sure you dont get the items you paid for and still refuses to resend your item or refund you back. Legit trash.

      Problem returning item that I bought and it wasn't what I wanted. For around four weeks , I have been trying to returned a privacy fence I bought.Customer service keep sending the wrong labels to UPS.I even spoke to two supervisors and they told me not to worry this time they were sending the right labels to UPS.Iam a senior, I have DR's *** to go Iam afraid to leave the boxes ouside and be stolen..I just want to get my money back so that I can pay for chairs that I bought.Amazon is hiring people without knowledge of what they are doing Thanks, ********************

      I purchased a ***** dollar gift card from Amazon. I spoke to three different people at Amazon yesterday August 7,2023 why I couldn't use my gift card. All three people told me that there was ***** on the card. Everytime I tried to use it I couldn't because it claimed that my account was closed. Now today when I spoke to someone else at Amazon this person told me that my card was already used. How is it that 3 different people from Amazon tell me that my money was on the card one day and now today someone else is telling me that it's already use? To me someone at Amazon used it. I will never buy anything from Amazon again.

      I placed an order on Prime Day and Amazon cancelled my order. When we called them Princess ** advised us and emailed us that we would receive a refund after we ordered the products at regular price. She wrote "I added a note on your Amazon Account about the refund that we will process." i just spent over an hour with **** who refused to give me his last name because he stated that Amazon has prohibited him to release his last name. He also told me that he could not refund the difference because I did not place the order! He said this after he told me that the difference in pricing was $86.58! I did place the order and that is why ther is a difference in pricing. I finally got tired of explaining it to him and asked for a supervisor in which he answered that they are not available to have a supervisor speak to customers. After this fiasco, I have decided that it we no longer want to or should order from Amazon and we should cancel our Prime Membership. The disregard and unprofessionalism towards the customers is appalling! Do better Amazon !

      Bad delivery to my house. I have had 6 late delivery from Amazon in 3 months and what it really is they lost the package or shipped off to somewhere else but just say running late. They say shipping moved to **** for on time delivery but later when checked **** doesn't have it. Why does amazon have a 4.8 star review but I know I'm not the only person this is happening to.

      I have reached out to Amazon regarding their driver's walking through our manicured lawns in our subdivision instead of using our driveways and sidewalks to leave packages. We have requested they leave packages at the garage; however, they manage to park on the street and make a trail in our yard instead of following instructions. Amazon is not going to pay for our lawn to be reseeded, and I am certain that this level of disrespect is only in "certain" communities.

      I had a subscription for bath towels. Every other month I should receive one new set of two towels. The towels were priced on the website for $24.53 for a set of two towels (not on sale). As a prime member I receive free shipping. However, I was being charged $41.31 for the item. Nearly double the price listed on AMAZON.COM. When I sought a resolution, they transferred me from person to person in their "chat help" system. Seems like an obvious bait and switch or worse, straight up fraud. I have screenshots to prove everything. If you're going to use their subscription service, you need to keep an eye on what they are charging you!!!

      I ordered 3 items back on May 1, 2023 and received a email that the items were "Undeliverable". The email stated I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. Its August 8, 2023 and I still have not received my refund. I phoned customer service and was put on hold several times, each time he returned he asked the same questions. I was then told he could giver me a $10.00 gift card. My items were more than that and I also have already purchased them. I am Totally disappointed in Amazon and the customer service was very badly scripted.
