      Im reporting Amazon because when you sign up for Prime which is SUPPOSED to be 30 days free then after ***** they come charging my card not once , not twice but three times for *****..What the h*** is ***** then when i call and askk then to refund ..They either pertend like the phone goes dead ...Im soooo sick of them .So BBB can you hael me get my money back...and no stars from me they better be glad i had to select one star

      So I want to give a minus 40, zeros.Amazon was amazing, especially throughout the pandemic!But now, ***** they will do anything for $$$!!!They decided on their own to intrude a credit card on file to get their membership dues, not the card designated, (the default card), for that purpose, mind you!Then just today I ordered a case of 24 and only got 12 pieces of the item!!!! This is my last resort.Because Amazon is blaming me for the loss, as a customer that is preposterous. I mean, I have taken more photos to show them I didn't receive .5 of my order!After calling an unsurmountable number of times, still no resolve!!!HELP PLEASE!!!

      Amazon is trying to charge me for a package that I returned months ago. The product is over ********************************************************************** pay for it. This company treats their employees poorly. And dont even get 8 hrs of sleep while working there. It is high racial company. Will promote an African American person or a white person

      no customer service non working phone maze.chat disconnects you. nothing but links and verifications. run reps if you can get one. can't get through phone system! you nothing but your password or veification. won't order again!

      I have had an Amazon account for several years. Being that I'm a senior I'm not real tech savvy. I entered the wrong password several times which what was against their so called guidelines. They suspended my account, disabled all my echo devices so I could not use them had all smart home controlling all my lights,air condition security camera no use of prime video in which I just payed for services. Now I have devices from them unusable that I had a lot of money invested I cannot get into my account to de-register all my devices to sell and reset them. Being I'm disabled and vision ally impaired This has put a burden in my life. I could not remove all my credit card information any personnel information social security number lost all my photos as Amazon photos disabled. Such bad business practices very sad. Thanks so much for reading.

      I had to switch my phone number back in December and I forgot to update it on the Amazon app so when I tried to login to Amazon because I got a notification in my email saying that my subscribe and save order was ready I was locked out I could not get in to my account they wanted to text my old phone number a verification code so I called Amazon and spoke to two different supervisors. The first one argued with me and would not transfer me to a manager, the second one hung up on me because they said I am *** and all I can do is create a new Amazon account but they would not delete my credit card information from my old Amazon account and told me to call my bank and have them cancel payment on orders that have not come through yet on Amazon is the most unprofessional business and Im not really sure where they hire their employees, but they need better training first of all second of all its fraud to tell me that if any orders come through oh well when I am trying to call and cancel any subscribe and save and they will not allow me to access my account. I do not give Amazon permission to run my debit card. The manager ****** or charm is what she said her name is told me that Amazon will not do anything to unlock my account or remove my debit card from my account thats fraud because Ive told them theres no money in the account right now but tomorrow when the four transactions try to come through and theres money in my account because I get paid then what am I supposed to do call my bank and cancel payment is what she said or except the product and then return it to Amazon and request a refund. Heres the problem once the order goes through I can try to cancel it but oh yeah I cant login to my Amazon account so theres no way to cancel it and ask for a refund because I cant login this is fraud Amazon is fraud. They are a scam and this is absolutely ridiculous. Ive verified my account and all information

      I cancelled an item after seeing the delivery date would be seven days after my initial order. Two separate agents confirmed that it was cancelled successfully and I would be refunded. The confirmation of cancellation and refund was sent via email as well as by chat. The order then shipped anyway, and it is now somehow my problem to call the shipper and have the package sent back to Amazon, then receive a refund. This is despite all the proof I submitted of the cancellation and refund confirmation two days before it shipped. Ridiculous The buck stops with no one.

      I was sent the wrong item by this business twice. I returned the items and they recieved the items totaling 890 dollars. I was told once the items were recieved the refund would be processed. I called to customer service two weeks after the items were reported as recieved by them to see what the hangup was. At that point i was told it would be processed in two buisness days. Four business days later i called back and was told it will be another month before i recieve my refund. **************** confirmed that there was no issue with them recieving the items and that they did infact recieve the items. **************** informed me that they had no way to initiate the processing of the refund and that the system automatically processes it and if the refund isnt processed within a month i can get in contact with them so they can investigate. I was sent the incorrect items, hung up on several times and lied to multiple times just trying to get my money back for the items they already have had back in their possession for two weeks. To be clear i wasnt disrespectful and didnt raise my voice towards the customer sevice representatives at any point. It just seemed like once they heard the issue and realized they couldnt help they disconnected from the chat or lied to get me off the line. I would think that after sending me the wrong item twice they would be looking to make it right but here i am three weeks later out 890 dollars and having never recieved the item i ordered. This company and their customer service seem to be held completely unnacountable

      Amazon legit takes your money makes sure you dont get the items you paid for and still refuses to resend your item or refund you back. Legit trash.

      Problem returning item that I bought and it wasn't what I wanted. For around four weeks , I have been trying to returned a privacy fence I bought.Customer service keep sending the wrong labels to UPS.I even spoke to two supervisors and they told me not to worry this time they were sending the right labels to UPS.Iam a senior, I have DR's *** to go Iam afraid to leave the boxes ouside and be stolen..I just want to get my money back so that I can pay for chairs that I bought.Amazon is hiring people without knowledge of what they are doing Thanks, ********************
