Two months ago I purchased a used car magazine from ************* for $19.08 off of Amazon and it was supposed to be shipped around father's day, but apparently it's still "running late". Order number 113-*******-7543450. Three weeks later I threatened to *** if I don't get a refund and he told me he refunded me and the **** expected refund decision date was supposed to be august 10, now it's the 12th and I told ***** that I still haven't received the refund 2 days after I was supposed to get the refund. I was asked if I returned the item, I told him I don't even recall getting the item and that it never delivered. I also asked my father if he has received the box in his name (the person I bought this magazine for), he said he did not get it either (with text message proof saying he did not get it). Shameful. Very shameful how this man (the person supposedly working for *************) acts nice and lie behind our backs.

I wouldn't give one star if I wasn't required to I wasn't required to. First of all we live in ***************** they outsource their customer service to ***** to people that don't know how to speak English and are rude .. I only went with Amazon because they guaranteed me the very next day delivery only to find out that they shipped to the wrong address and oh it's going to be 3 days not one day nothing we can do about it sorry and they shipped to the wrong address Telling me that it'll be 7 to 14 days before they can give me my $200 back though I will never again order from Amazon they are a absolute complete rip-off they lie and just take your money

I just had to call Amazon to cancel a Prime membership I did not sign up for to my memory. I was warned this was "a one time exception" to get my refund because if we accidentally push the wrong part of the screen when our computer is loading, that's the customers fault, not Amazon for designing their site to trick us into accidentally clicking on "join" as the screen changes. This would not be the first time that I have found out I am being charged for prime when I did not purposely join. One time it was months before I realized I was being charged and didn't want it. I'm so glad ******************* can travel to space while his business rips off us regular folk to finance his trips. Is he always going to get away with this stuff??

Canceled my Amazon prime today. I returned a camera on the 8th and they refuse to refund my cash until arriving to their Amazon returns center even though they can see that its already on its way to the return center. Ive never had so many issues with amazon has I have with bigger purchase items. I would say if youre going to buy something high value, dont from Amazon. I also had an issue with camera being delivered were it was out for delivery and just stopped being delivered and was claimed to be lost in delivery. Very shady service lately. Terrible customer service reps, not very friendly. I just cancel my prime membership today. Its a shame they used to have such great delivery service. Every arrives late, or sometimes not at all or the have **** deliver an item thats too big for your mailbox, so you have to go pick it up which really just makes paying for free deliveries not worth it.

This company is dba Cupkin. They have manufacture a stainless steel child's cup that has been recalled due to lead exposure. They have known about this issue since Jan 2023. A voluntary recall was issued. The company openly admitted that the majority of their business comes from their products sold on Amazon, yet a recall wasn't issued until Jul 2023 to the Amazon customers that were affected. One of the co-owners *** put out a video in late July basically stating "too bad so sad" we don't have the resources to issue refunds any time soon and despite Amazon being their largest avenue for sales, he states that he has no power to issue refunds to Amazon customers. They've known about this recall since Jan 2023 and yet made no provision for issuing refunds to the customers. Instead he's offering a sticker book! WTH?? This guy profited off of selling poisonous cups and now doesn't want to give people their money back! What kind of business is this?

Terrible customer service! Never buy electronics like this from Amazon! Go and buy from the retail stores. I bought 4 packs of the Skullcandy Mod earbuds from Amazon.ca on July 29th at $49.99 each. On Aug. 6th, I noticed there is a $5 price drop in all sales channels nationally. So, I immediately, contacted Amazon customer service and the customer service rep confirmed that I will be refunded for the difference on 4 units. She said it will take 3-5 days to see the refund. As it didn't happen, and I didn't receive any updates. I contacted customer service again on August 11th, and surprisingly, this time (now that the price is $79) they said there is no price drop guarantee and Amazon follows a dynamic pricing policy. So, in other words, the previous customer service rep. gave me the wrong information and killed time for a week whereas if I had bought this from a retailer, I would have simply gone and gotten the refund for the difference. I could return the item in a timely fashion and buy it at a lower price from somewhere else. They didn't keep their word. Don't be tempted to buy from Amazon just because of easy shopping and delivery, there is no accountability to protect customers.

Terrible customer service and policies. I placed an order at 3:30 in the afternoon for pet items they said would be delivered in 2 days. After order they changed delivery to 10 days for dog treats. I tried to cancel order within ******************************************************** process. This is underhanded. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel. Terrible customer service. The agent even said she couldnt help me and I needed to call back and talk to someone else and refused to connect me to a supervisor.

Amazon -- the mail order company offered me a free PRIME MEMBERSHIP back around April 2023. Within a month I used the internet to cancel the Prime membership. Since that time I've heard that the *** (or someone) was making a complaint that the Amazon Company was making it difficult for Prime members to terminate their accounts. As I believed that I had canceled mine, I didn't worry about it. Today I found that Amazon is still taking money (via credit card) from an account that I thought that I had cancelled. I went to the web site for Amazon and cancelled my account for ********************** once again. I've spend almost an hour trying to find a way to reach someone at Amazon that could confirm my confirmation. I could not find a telephone # or CHAT connection. The company certainly does not make it easy to terminate a PRIME account. *********************

On June 12 I placed two orders with Amazon. One order was for one single Logitech broadcast microphone and the second for a book, When Dogs Heal.I received my first shipment on 13 June, not just one but two microphones. So I very quickly went online to see how many times Amazon charged my debit card, I was charged for both, but I only ordered one.Two days later the book I ordered arrived you did the same as you did with the microphone, charging me twice, I only ordered one.On June 15 I went online to complete the needed information to return one of the microphones. I received the shipping label and tracking number and took the package to *** to be returned. On June 22 without any follow up from Amazon, I went online to find absolutely no record whatsoever of my return. After searching my account with ********************** for well over **************************************************************************************** for my information I gave it to her, including the order number she came up with absolutely no information and transfer me to her supervisor. The supervisor asked for the same information and came up with the order and the return.I was told by the representative that there was no refund indicated and this is where I was left. I immediately disputed the charge with the bank and sent another online request to Amazon to rectify this. Again NO response from Amazon until yesterday when I received a snotty email asking for me to explain why I filed the dispute and moving forward to fill out the returns.

I've had an Amazon Prime acc't for several years. Until recently, I've not had reason for complaint. Their recent price increase played heavily into my decision to terminate my account. My problems started at that point. Opening an account is quite easy and straightforward. Terminating the account, is a different story. I spent a good 20 minutes looking for a clear path to closing my account. In my opinion, it should be as easy to terminate as to open. After finally managing to close my account, I assumed any purchases already in the pipeline would be completed. My account was paid until Aug. 15th. My assumption was that all services would be discontinued at that point (5 days away). My Prime video service was terminated by Amazon immediately. I tried to track some purchases yet to be delivered, and that failed as well. While these services are likely automated, unless they provide a rebate on 5 days of unused service, it seems only reasonable that they would continue the service until the end of the paid contract. I consider this behavior very unprofessional and inappropriate. Again, up to this point, I had no complaints about their service, but as I'm retired, I simply can't afford the rate increase and didn't appreciate the lack of courtesy that came with my decision to terminate my membership.
