      WELL I PURCHASE A GAME CONTROLLER FROM AMAZON AND I RECEIVED IT BUT NEVER OPENED IT AND DECIDED I DIDNT NEED IT SO I RETURNED IT AND AT FIRST AMAZON WAS SHOWING PROGRESS ON THE RETURN SO DAYS GO BYE AND I DECIDED TO CONTACT AMAZON ABOUT MY REFUND I WENT THRU SOME MANY WORKERS AND NO ONE DID NOT HELP AND UNDER MY ACCOUNT THE PROGRESS OF THE RETURN DISAPPEARED AND NOW THEY SAYING THAT I ***** THE RETURN AFTER I SENT THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM THAT DONT SOUND RIGHT WHY WOULD A PERSON ***** SOMETHING AFTER RETURNING IT I RETURNED IT TO GET MY MONEY BACK NOT FOR THEM TO KEEP MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT.

      They broke an item I ordered in shipping, never delivered it and now they make me jump through hoops to get my money back. They wont send the product. They want to give me a damned gift card. I have to fill out an incident report, when they never sent me anything. They weren't even going to tell me they weren't going to deliver it. They even hung up on me . I'm not their employee. That's not my job if they fail to deliver.I'm not their customer anymore either. Forget their discounts. I'll just order from the sellers directly.

      If I could give no stars I would I returned a package to them and because the *** employee scanned one of the items twice theyre withholding my refund stating theyre waiting on the package mine you I dont have the package anymore it was shipped off August 4,2023.I regret spending money with them theyre a hassle to deal with

      If I could give zero stars I would. First of all Amazon doesn't want you to call their customer service because they would ACTUALLY PROVIDE a phone number on their app. I had to look it up online. I was calling for a simple request of getting a paper receipt for an item I bought to get reimbursement from work. I spent a half hour of my valuable time on the app trying to figure out how to get a copy. The idiot representative I spoke with was not helpful and I asked to speak with a manager. She proceeds to tell me there are no managers available. I know better. I DEMANDED to speak to a manager and she continued to say they weren't available. She eventually cut me off and put me on hold for at least 10 minutes. Why do they lie? Because they don't want to deal with customers! Finally I got to speak with a manager who kind of resolved my issue. How can a company sell merchandise and not be able to provide a copy of the receipt? So disappointed in the treatment I received from Amazon. I have been a prime customer for years. This is how customers are treated these days by so many uncaring companies who only want our money. They don't want to deal with any other issues. They want you to resolve your issues by clicking on this, and scanning that.. and it took me 10 minutes to find somewhere to place this review.. apparently ****** is on Amazon's side. I don't think prime is worth what you pay for it anymore because you don't always get 2 day shipping (by no fault of their delivery drivers I'm sure) which is their big selling point. So good luck to you if you have to call them... they're right up there with ******* on my list of CANCELATIONS.

      I am a tough customer and I will give bad feedback often but where credit is due I will speak up, so I am picky about products and Amazon will quickly refund customer or exchange item. I tried buying something at **** it was a disaster NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGE OF ITEM. **** *****. Worst company ever Thanks Amazon your a lot more customers friendly **** is far worse

      I have been a prime member since ****. I have spent thousands of dollars ever since. However they do NOT value an important customer that does spend thousands of dollars! I have ordered merchandise many times and been told delivery by tomorrow and more times than none I get the last minute email stating that the order is delayed, after you have been waiting for it all day! then if you try to cancel said order you can't until after you receive said item.

      I'm giving them two stars because there are good deals on amazon.com. But they charge me an annual fee to get special privileges. I guess those privileges include no way to contact them about general issues and lies about shipping and delivery. I order a lot from amazon.com and lately every delivery has been late. The 1 and 2 day delivery windows specified mean nothing. Lately, the delivery people have simply been dumping their deliveries anywhere and everywhere in our mail room. I live in a high-rise condo building and we have a secure package system (Luxor) that works great. The package was "left with someone at the front desk." Our concierge does not accept packages and has not in over a year. This was not an accidental "too early" update; this was an outright lie. I'm tired of amazon.com getting away with whatever they want to do. I get it; they are the giant now and @#$% you customers, but as I have no way of reaching them, this seems like my only alternative to report and complain.

      I placed a massive order for an out of town ********* over a week ago - guaranteed one day shipping. When it hadn't shipped several days later, I contacted customer service to explain I was leaving town and needed to cancel, but they assured me it would be delivered by Friday 8/12. It was not. Before going out of town, I contacted customer service again - I was told it was too late to cancel. Back and forth for hours, and all I got was an offer for a coupon free month of prime. Okay, so $400 gets stolen off my porch and I get $9 pity prize? I will be canceling my membership after more than a decade of doing most of my purchasing through the site. Anything that isn't stolen off my porch will be returned 1 by 1 at ******, which will really just **** us all off as it is about 20 items. Thanks Amazon for treating your loyal customers like turds!

      Amazon lied, false advertised and misrepresented information. I purchased 3 items all to be delivered on the same day, once i placed my order it changed the date of 1 item. I called amazon and spoke to customer service and was told that 24 hrs after i receive confirmation of shipment of shipment it would be delivered. This company should really be looked into for illegal business practices. They should not be allowed to continue such misrepresentation and misleading business practices.
