      After purchasing an item from Amazon I returned to page of the item. Soon after I purchased the item Amazon lowered the price by $10.00 in addition to a 10% coupon. I tried to immediately cancel the, but they prevented me from canceling the item and took the $200.00 for the item. I called Amazon for a price adjustment, but they told me they would not give me or allow me to cancel it. I just created the order.

      Alert to all amazon shoppers! Always check your credit card statements to make sure theyre not re-charging for returned items! Major fraud issue with returns!The vast majority of my Amazon purchases are fine, but there is a repeated issue that has become seriously concerning.After I return an item, Amazon registers it as returned in their system. Their automated chat assist even says that they received the item. I get my refund. Then, 90 days after the return was requested, Amazon sends an email stating I never returned the item and so theyve charged my credit card again (thus reversing the refund). This has happened to me numerous times this year. *** started being proactive about it, even reaching out to customer service to tell them I returned an item and to please not charge my card anymore. They claim that they fix the issue, but they never do.Ive had to ask Amazon to correct charges like this many times within the last year (like at least **** times). Ive started to keep all my *** store receipts to prove that Ive made these returns.Buyers beware!!!

      Ive been an amazon customer for a decade with no issues and then last week, out of nowhere, they closed my account. They said it was because my last payment was suspicious but, I had used the same card that has been on my account for years. I sent them what they asked for but, they havent reopened it or even let me know anything else. Ive been a loyal customer for years and spent thousands with them! This is extremely inconvenient. I recently got out of the hospital and Im still recovering. I cant go to the store like normal so, I needed my Amazon now more than ever. This is not the way to treat good customers.

      Amazon customer service is awful anymore. On **** I contacted Amazon customer service to track a package to be delivered **** by 10 pm. Their automated line stated to be delivered by 8 pm. Their tracking system was not even showing it was out for delivery at 2 pm EST and I get a message from ***** when an Amazon package is coming and no message received. After talking to 6 different people with horrible accents, two of which were supervisors, within an hour I was told my package was coming by 10 pm and it is expected **** but will be delivered ****. I said what does that even mean. Thats all they kept telling me and there is a delay in updating the tracking info. When I asked *****, the second manager if she could contact the carrier facility to confirm if package was out for delivery she said she couldnt. In fact they all said that but I know from prior delivery issues they could do that. I was told once the carrier has it they cant get any information. I asked isnt the carrier Amazon but was told again once the carrier received the package they wont know when the package will be delivered. Are you kidding me. It is now 3:41 and tracker still shows being delivered by 10 pm and not out for delivery. I was so frustrated and upset over the poor customer service I asked ***** what was the name of her manager to file a complaint and was told they could not provide customers that info. When I insisted she could she gave me a phone number to call. Havent called and will not call. Told her I would file a complaint with the BBB. So here I am. Amazon needs to train their service people like ****** and whomever the other two were and ******* and ***** who are supervisors and start using people who you can understand. They also need to utilize their tacking system better than they do so customers know what to expect. With so many packages being stolen these days people need to know and stop wasting vacation time waiting for their packages.

      I purchased an iPad mini refurbished. It had a problem within a week or so. I returned it and requested that my $358.45 be put back on My Amex card. After waiting 1 month I found that they put the money into an Amazon gift card which I didnt want. They refused to put it back on my Amex card after speaking to many higher **** So I decided to purchase gift cards with the money. Bottom line I cant do that either. In my opinion this is a form of fraud. Apparently somewhere in their legalese on their terms and conditions it says they can do this. Im a senior living on a fixed income so $358.45 is a lot for me. They have a monopoly. And they need to be broken up like the telephone company.

      I ordered a charger for 35 bucks to amazon locker. ****** broke was told would get a refund when they fix it and it gets returned. Month later and transferred to every other department. Said I would get refund some day hopefully. What a bunch of c*** Your error and I pay for it

      Increase the prices and decrease the quality of service received, thats the Amazon way. Orders are constantly delayed and the costumer service is terrible. I have had numerous missing packages or items that are extremely damaged when they finally do show up. Quit lying about same day, two day, or expedited shipping when you cant fulfill it. I truly hope some of these lawsuits go through.
