      Amazon driver keeps backing up onto my driveway without permission even though I do not even have deliveries at my address. He uses my driveway to turn around his big heavy truck causing driveway damage when I submitted the ring doorbell video to Amazon they said anyone couldve done it even though Im showing clear proof of their driver continuously damaging my driveway without permission.

      I ordered a starter with Amazon, paid my monies and the part never arrived. I called them a couple of times without any resolution. They said they sent me an email but I didnt receive an email from them. Now Im out $80, is this how Amazon treat loyal customers!!????????

      I paid ****** for a dress I Ordered I returned the dress and the business paid Amazon prime I have proof I paid the business with a debit card I lost the debit card and had to get another one Amazon prime received the payment but said they needed to send a paper refund check I Have called over ************************************************************************************************************************************* get my refund

      Only giving one star because its required to leave a review. On 9/9/23 I ordered a few dresses from Amazon: got them, tried them on, initiated return on the two that didnt work. I returned the dresses to *** on 9/12/23. Received the refund for one of the dresses as scheduled. To date have not received refund on second dress. It has been over two weeks, 5 chats/phone calls to different agents who have said the refund is stuck and each one saying they are escalating it so I can get my refund. Tonights agent (******* on 9/29) said she couldnt tell me why I didnt get my refund, but I should give the refund ID number to my bank because its their problem now and they wont reissue my refund to me. I even asked them to just cancel the refund and give me an instant credit, but they refused. ******* also said she wont reissue the credit because its been issued, even after having Dinesh tell me on Tuesday (9/26/23) that the refund was stuck and he was sending a ticket to a different department. They stole my item and stole my money and no one is doing anything about it. Im good on Amazon. I used to spend a lot of money on their.

      I wish I could put zero. After 11 years with Amazon/prime they cancelled my account. First they put my account on a 24 hour hold. Then canceled my long running account. *** used them for registries for my son when he was a baby. Wish lists for family/friends. A registry for my sons needs (baby registry) and a Wedding registry for pricy gifts/needs. That way family and friends could decipher what they got my family. Now nothing. No explanation. No apology. Lied about my account would be up within 24 hours. Im beyond hurt and angry.

      With Amazon so far, it has been an under promise, over deliver kind of experience. Most of the time, I order something, and it is projected to arrive a day or more later than it actually takes. There is something satisfying about this, and I commend Amazon for such a business strategy.

      Ordered product and was told it was promised in two days. Did not show. Set for delivery the next day. Did not show. Set for two days later. Still nothing, comments shown that it had arrived in ******* and then sent back to ******* a few hours later. Eleven days, no product, no refund. No updates. Any other business would not survive with this lack of customer service. Their service Rep. hangs up on you after saying the same thing over and over. Now it says it may be lost call and request a refund. It has said call and request a refund a since 9 days ago. They refuse. Still no updates, no emails no service.

      Amazon deleted my account for no reason. I have reached out to Amazon via phone and email with no actual response as to why this has happened. Customer ******************** representatives went as far as to hang up on my husband multiple times when he was just calling to get some type of answer. Even trying to appeal their decision all we have received are automated responses with reason as to why they would shut down our account. Our home pretty much runs on Amazon devices from our fire sticks, fire tablets, and ***** devices, all of which have now become useless without having an amazon account to link them to. Amazon has also said not to open a new account, or they will shut that one down too.

      I placed an order and was charged from my bank account for the items. I changed my mind and successfully cancelled the order before it shipped. They are refusing to refund my bank account in for the payment on my cancelled order, and told me I have to take it up with my bank. My bank said they are wrong and since they are refusing to cooperate with me, I now have to contact the fraud department and fill out paperwork to have the bank reverse the charge. I have been a customer of ********************** for over a decade. They have now lost my business.

      Order date Feb 16, 2022 Order #Order total $49.58 (1 item)This product is on recall Secura Air Fryer XL 5.3 Quart ****-Watt TXG-DS16 Electric Hot Air. However, I want a replacement but Amazon doesnt have another air fryer comparable priced to replace this model which mean I will have to pay a higher price to replace the one I have. Ive had this air fryer almost 2 years. This is another Amazon scam to get more money.
