      They never give you your order or time I ordered a shirt 2 months ago and still have not received it and they claim it was delivered

      Constantly late on shipping. When you call in about it they do nothing but argue with you. If I could do a negative star or 0 stars I would.

      I ordered 2 packages of gender reveal tablecloth to receive a total of 6 when receiving the package I was missing 4 tablecloths. Checking on Amazon they were sold out. I called to get a resolution to get the 4 missing tablecloths send to me by Sunday because that when my party is or get a partial refund for the missing items. Amazon said they couldnt do either because it was sold by a 3rd party and I told them I was really unhappy and disappointed the representative said my only option was to return those to get my money back!! I explained I still wanted to use them I just needed the 4 missing ones to be send or get a partial refund to go buy something the would go with these tablecloths. She instead said my only option was to return them and if I didnt want to she was going to disconnect because she had other clients to help and disconnected the call!! Never has Amazon been so rude and I have been a prime member and bought so many items from them!!

      Delivery drivers do not follow delivery instructions. Customer rep will offer a new order or refund and assure delivery problems will not persist. They never correct the delivery problems and today when I called their phone number I was put on hold for a while. When ******* returned he said a few words and then my call was disconnected. Horrible company to do business with for orders.

      I purchased a product that was charged to my credit card. The item came opened a did not work. I returned the item for credit back to my credit card. After a week no credit was received so I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke to assured me the credit would go back to my credit card and not a gift card. A week later no credit to my credit card, they issued a gift card credit. I called customer support and they said there is nothing they can do since some items less than $75 has been charged against the gift card. I explained to the customer support that the credit card payment is due for $415 that was the price of the product and Amazon has a gift card with over $350 credit. I explained I needed that the balance of the gift card money to go back to my credit card so I can make the payment. So 1 1/2 hours on the phone and six people later all them saying they are resolution specialists and 1 saying she is a supervisor they say there is nothing they can do. I said ok I dont want the gift card so please just close it and credit my credit card. They said no you have to spend the money with us. I tried over and over telling them it was not my fault since they made the mistake since the 1st gentleman assured me the credit would go back to my credit card. They verified the taped phone call and told be yes we see were he said the credit would go back to the credit card. After trying to be nice then losing my temper with the resolution specialists, begging them to give the phone number for ***************** them saying we dont have have a phone number for the Corporate Offices, the last woman I spoke to said she was a supervisor gave me a number for the corporate office which is the same one that is on the internet. So I believe what they are doing is criminal and fraudulent, not giving me my credit to pay my credit card bill then saying I have to spend the credit balance on the gift card with them. Worst customer service ever.

      At one point I thought this was going great. But now no. Every time I do something, it's a pain. I went to cancel an order that was taking too long, and made same day, I got told it was in the shipping process even though it was not marked for shipping. They said something would be shipped overnight it would take more than a week, and tell me that the site never said that and that 2-day shipping does not apply to this item. Even though I would go back and it would have 2-day shipping on it.No matter what, it is a fight!! Today I was trying to get an address changed and the item is nowhere close to being shipped out because it's a pre-order that's about 2 weeks out. The site won't let me change it. The customer service claims.. they can not override it, and I will have to just pay the difference. When they start the preorder, they will have it lower really early on, and they bring the price up.I have sent items back to never get my refund and for it to be left on my account as if it was never sent to them.I have had items never show up but told they were so I couldn't get refunds. I had items thrown on the doorstep, that things were broken or just missing.. This is just unreal.

      I am not even going to give any star, you're not worth it. Your advertising of people standing by pallets of power tools, 'Super Monster Pallet' is so phoney. A person receives the cheapest s**** drivers and a hammer, that I wouldn't even spend a dime on at a rummage sale. I have never been so scammed in my life. I would really like to get my money back, but I'm sure that won't happen. Disappointed isn't even the word for it. Since you're making me put down a star, I guess I have to. Make a person feel even more worse.

      An order that I placed through Amazon was deemed "undeliverable", and that I should receive a refund within 5 days. Ten days later, still no refund. The online site will not allow you to request a refund (I have no item to return, as I received nothing in the mail). I spent 30 min on hold before getting through to customer service, which stated I would get a refund in 5 days. So now Amazon will have my money for 2 weeks without delivering any product The minute that the item was deemed undeliverable, it should have been refunded to my account. This is poor customer service, and unfortunately I bet some people do not realize that items they have ordered did not get delivered, forfeiting that money.

      I received an email from Amazon thanking me for purchasing a Mastercard gift card from Amazon. It goes on to say we want our members to be aware of scams in which the scammers are tricking others into paying with well know brands. It also goes on to asking you to click the link below to find out more. When I called I was told that this was not a charge to my account it was an attempt to get Amazon customers to learn about credit card scams. I was told that they also have sent about 2 other emails similar to the one I received. This is terrible!! I-find it hard to believe that Amazon could not find another way to inform customers about scams and fraud than to pretend as if we the customer actually purchased something.

      Never got my 5 products called and complained and they shut down my account and now I have no products and can't get my money back. Really angry.
