      Terrible customer service and they respond without listening and to repeat a script. I ordered couches from Blue Breeze seller $1800. They said the couches were delivered but that was not true. We have cameras and the footage shower nothing was ever delivered.Amazon did not help at all. **************** was requiring a police report, which we were told by the PD is fraud. A police report cannot be filed because nothing was stolen from our property. At the end of the day amazon manager:supervisors all said they cant refund or replace without a police report. So I was left without the couches or a refund.The couches were stolen from a 3rd party and because they showed delivered amazon was holding us responsible. We told Amazon this seemed to be a scam because the warehouse called us to say the couches were still there. They ignored us. Luckily the seller contacted us and said they would refund us if we took down the negative review!!! So we told them the refund first and then well take down the review. We just got a refund almost 2 weeks later. Amazon customer service you werent helpful AT ALL! you dont even care about customer who may potentially be scammed by this seller. How dare you allow them to keep selling on your website. A disgrace of a business.

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for ********* have spent a lot of money with them. Overall, I never had any major issues with them, but these past few years things have changed drastically & not for the good. I have had several packages that arrived late, not at all, not complete, and when you try and contact customer service things get worse. **************** is a joke and you get the runaround or they treat you like a criminal. The only time that I contact them is if my package doesn't arrive or if there is a problem with it. I am not going to contact them if my item(s) arrive. I ordered a few items recently that arrived with only one item and i paid for 6. I contacted customer service several times and all they are doing is giving me the runaround and i have done everything that they have asked of me. I sent a picture of the package to prove I didn't get all of the items and when i sent it to them, days later they send me a email saying you need to send the pic or we can't help you! I have sent it to them 5 times and I am furious that they treat me like garbage. I have been a loyal customer until now and because of the way they are handling this issue makes me angry and it hurts considering i spend so much money with them. Does Amazon even care about the issues they customers are having? I find it extremely hard to say they do because if the did then something would change. its about money and who cares if customers are receiving the orders.

      Horrible! The drivers constantly speed down our driveway where there are kids and animals which they dont seem to careless about. Now its been Two weeks in a row we have had the driver literally at my neighbors house then will park halfway down my road for 20 mins, put in the system that they attempted the delivery (when they did not!) and will drive off. Called customer service and they pretty much tell me there is nothing they can do. Why am I paying for prime to have my stuff guaranteed when it cannot be! If it was something that I didnt need right away its not that big of a deal but when its meds and stuff for my children, there is a major problem!

      Amazon is RUDE I asked too speak to a supervisor and I got called a mother f***** never got the order placed I feel like I should get the item free because of the abuse I received

      Terrible customer service... Estimated delivery was completely wrong (by a couple of weeks) and when I spoke to a customer service manager (Gio terrible representation) they we're completely useless and condescending! Don't buy from Amazon if you need something on a certain date!!

      One star only because there are NO zero stars. I ordered a **** vacuum with a discount. Then found out this vacuum was defective and wanted to simply exchange it. Amazon would not exchange for the same price. They refused to give me my discount. ****'s GREED

      Amazon one;******* about their profits and continually screws the sellers investing their life blood of time and savings into selling FBA. We repeatedly got BS excuses from Amazon seller support and they changes their policies daily to evade protecting their sellers interest. We repeatedly had customers use and return our products often 6-weeks later (past the prime 30-day returns window), and amazon would immediately refund them in full, while taking amazons blood money from ** on products that didn't even sell, nor profit us 1 cent! AFTER 1000's OF HOURS OF ** ON THE ***** WIT&H THEM, THE ***** ARE "AMAZON IS IN THE BUSINESS OF S******* THEIR SELLERS AND TRULY DON'T CARE!! My family has decided to Boycott buying or selling on amazon because they are THIEVES!!!!

      Can't resume working for flex because I can't change the region unless I do 1 delivery! Or use another email! I can't sign up with another email cause I do t have another phone number to use. What's the big deal with changing my region so I can work for amazon

      I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!I purchased a smartwatch, 6 months later it 100% quit working. Amazon has a 30 day return policy? WTF? 30 days?!? Now at 6 months, this expensive POS smartwatch 100% quit working...and ******** won't help AT ALL???? They claim, even they can't contact the seller? Again WTF? they are still selling items from this seller. Why can't they contact the seller?!? Sounds very illegal to me. So amazshit is selling items with no warranty? 30 days? And no contact for seller? I will be contacting anyone I can to figure out this illegal activity!!!!!!!!!!!! I have completely deleted everything off ********. I'm done with their ******** will be sure to tell everyone what kind of BS I'm dealing with for a smartwatch!

      Company has lost two out of three of my orders within a two week period. Not even around the holidays so I'm not sure why. But now they won't even refund me. My only option is to reorder the product and wait almost a week instead of the original two day order. They can certainly take my money for a prime membership without a problem. Safe to say I will not be renewing and have only been buying direct from companies. This company is an absolute joke. I wish I could leave a zero star review.
