      When ************* was just starting out one of the elements of his winning formula was customer service! What ever the customer needed, within reason they get. He made sure his employees was very clear on that key element of his growing business. . Fast forward 3o years later and you have a complete, 180 degree turn in the other direction, if you can even figure out a way in the weeds to reach them by phone.After the constant attempts to get you to chat to a *********** that gives you 3 answers to choose from, & none the answers are what you need,so you get bounced a couple more times keeping you in a frustrating loop, trying to tire the consumer out so well hang up. I dont, some 20 min after 1st dialing Amazon customer care (loosely based) finally you will get to speak to someone. Who sounds bothered that you rang their phone, they speak slowly and then put you on hold. 20 min later they return to repeat everything they said before placing you on hold, they have no intention on assisting you.. Even when its reasonable for them to permit a credit of some sort. Because it was by no fault of mine a driver chose to return it. Made no sense to me or the representative but even with that, they refuse to make an exception for you even when common sense might suggest otherwise, Randomly my clothing was marked undeliverable!! I have ordered thousands of items from Amazon & never has that happened & the treatment given to me after that inconvenience by ***************** (supervisor) make matters worse by patronizing me. unhelpful and unprofessional, ****** placed me on hold for 10 more min. He returned to tell the same information I was already given by ****! Its like the night of the living dead -customer service at **********************. I will order these last 3 garments of once more, then Im canceling my 20 year account. I vow never to use Amazon again! Im tired of this horrible treatment. They have treated this 20 year ************ customer like waste for the last time.. enough!

      I have been an Amazon customer for years and I am very frustrated as my years of reviews were taken down and my account blocked from making new reviews. As a parent I look for reviews like mine to help me make decisions, especially on less known brands. Also I spent time on those reviews and its all gone and it seems like its just up to a system to decide.

      I ordered two 12 volt Tobbi tractors for my grandchildren. The first one arrived and after assembling we realized that it was too small for 5 year old. I tried to cancel second one but it was not an option online. Once item arrived I called Amazon and was told that this item is nonrefundable. I was not made aware that this was non refundable at time of purchase so this is very misleading. The item describes ages 2-6 year sold so I thought that it would be suitable for 5 year old. So now I paid $200 for a toy tractor that I have no use for.

      Short version: charged me a different price than it showed at checkout, and it charged me twice. Long version: Make sure you check how much they charge you before, during, and after checkout. I just had the app give me an "error" when I checked out. When I check my gift balance and credit card, I've been double charged at a price it never even showed me. I took screenshots every step of the way since I'm paranoid when I buy online (now I'm glad I'm ****** cautious) and when I called and explained, they wouldn't honour the price I actually bought it at because "I missed the sale window" (ie, it ended while I was on a 30min hold). They even asked me to send them the screenshots and still said no, even though the screenshots were well within the sale - they said it must be a different timezone than I claimed. Seriously? They could see it had just been placed 10mins before I called, but instead they accuse me of taking a screenshot exactly 3 hours earlier and waiting till the price went up just to pretend I was in a different timezone to call them and ask for the price I could have just gotten in the first place? Yeah, makes tons of sense. I was transferred to the "pricing ***** after 45mins of holding who then explains to me they can't change/alter/honour prices. The PRICING **** can't do anything about PRICES. Best part, the item dropped back down WHILE I was on the long call. Amazon used to have great customer service and a working app.... now you have a scam app and people who try to gaslight you.

      They are opportunistic thrives, they said I can get refunded when all they offer is online store credit. They stole from me, and now keeping my money in credit and I want nothing more than to never give them another cent of my money. Don't Shop Amazon, and PRIME has 0 benefits also near to impossible to cancel.

      Steer clear. **************** is increasingly getting worse. They wont refund missing packages, or refund the loaded balance which is fairly substantial. I dont want to use their services and cannot get my money back!!!

      i ordered a printer from AMAZON and they sent me a ******** model and the wrong instruction manual-took 3 1/2 hrs to set up w canon and then i couldnt register it because they sent the ******** version-**** want me to repack it and return it-i asked for a discount instead and they said they couldnt do that

      Amazon no longer delivers when it says it will. Over the last 6 months, most items I have ordered either came several days late or didn't arrive at all. Also when it is late you can not cancel it for several days as they say it is in transit! Amazon is taking advantage of its customers. I would like to give it zero stars! When you call they just keep saying sorry but continue to mislead about delivery times. i was told that the delivery times ar just estimates. No where does it say that.

      So I bought a little giant ladder from the Amazon store and received it on September 13th.I opened the box and as I started to look at the ladder it was damaged so I packed it back up and contacted Amazon through the app and was able to schedule a pick up with *** through the Amazon app. That part was easy. Ive been waiting on a refund since then and its October 10th there site first said that it would be the 8th now its changed to the 20th however they told me it could take up to 30 days! And that date would be over there estimated time. Its also funny how there date coincides with my due date for my synchrony bill cycle, are they really doing this for interest % purposes???? Cant believe it takes 30 days for a refund! unbelievable

      Amazon offers next day delivery if ordered within a time frame in the posting. I have ordered mx times, within the time frame and have never gotten it as advertised, if I get it at all.I looked closely at my recent irder, supposed to have been here on 10/07/2023, pushed back to today (never came) and now pushed to this upcoming Tuesday. The reason seems ludicrously clear. It started out in **************, **, roughly three hours away from me in ***********. Then it went to **********, **, fourteen to fifteen hours away. And ****** knows where it is now. Supposedly it will come in this Tuesday.. Time will tell.
