      The drivers never follow delivery instructions. I have called every time Ive ordered and I get no where. The drivers throw packages into lobbies or wrong addresses and customer service who is over seas lies and states it will be escalated. But it continues to happen

      Its amazing to me that one of the largest retailers in the world has such horrible customer service. This is the first time. I keep going back to Amazon because of unique items and deals, but I always regret it. I am getting nowhere except incorrect information and lies. I tried calling the corporate number given to me by a CS rep, and the operator kept hanging up on me when I would ask her for other channels to contact because the normal ones were not working. Its unbelievable. I finally got in contact with a way nicer receptionist, and she did give me a place where I can mail a letter. When supervisors can only answer my question on what is the next step to resolve my issues With the reply I dont know, I should be able to speak to someone else. This isnt the case with Amazon. I placed an order with a third party that refuses to respond to me or Amazon. I am trying to cancel the order and Amazon can't, only the seller can. It hasnt been shipped. No one can tell me how to get the order canceled if the seller doesnt respond to requests. I have an order in limbo for a week and nothing can be done. I was promised an A to Z claim would be done twice, only to be told it cant be because the item was never shipped and only authorization was done to CC, not charged. I dont want the seller to somehow charge my card down the road with an open order. I dont know isnt an answer. Amazon can do better but wont. Amazon has lost a customer.

      I think amazon is a scam they take people money and when it's time for a refund the customers having a lot of trouble getting their money back especially right away. I give amazon a BIG FAT O rating. I would advise people not to do business and services with amazon.

      I am a prime member of Amazon and I am supposed to get free shipping and returns. When I try to return an item they asked me to drop it off at the *** drop off. I live in a very rural area and the *** drop off is more than 60 miles away. For the last few years, when I want to return something, I call Amazon and they have *** come pick it up. A few months ago, they began charging me $7.99 for every return. I do not think it is fair that I have to drive two hours to return something or pay $7.99 to return something. I dont understand the point of paying for a Prime Membership. Amazon has changed immensely over the last couple of years, and sell some items that are very poor quality.

      Had a great experience with ***** in the customer service ***** He went above and beyond to resolve the problem with a GE product we purchased when GE didnt want to help us. I hope Amazon can keep this guy. He is a great ambassador for the company. *********************, ******

      I purchased two 18v batteries not even a day in to receiving I requested to return because the first one didnt work correctly for my kids car I requested it but they dont allow returns on batteries!!! Because its dangerous to ship. You just shipped it to me!!!! How is that possible??????? Im out of $$ and got paper weight.. I want to return it and get my refund!!!!

      I ordered 2 DVDs from this company on Amazon. They both were bought from this seller. I printed out the receipt. I only received 1 DVD. When I checked what was going on, I found that the seller removed the missing DVD from my order and did not notify me. There is no way to leave a review on Amazon on how lousy this is. I'm not renewing Prime anymore. It is not the same. Hardly any 1 or 2 day deliveries like the promised when I signed up. All they are doing is squeezing every ***** they can out of us.
